M\u00edstn\u00ed vtip prav\u00ed, \u017ee se nejedn\u00e1 o megam\u011bsto ve 4D ani 5D: ve skute\u010dnosti je to 9D \u2013 jako v\u0161echny ty p\u0159ekr\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se chut\u011b, kter\u00e9 se st\u0159et\u00e1vaj\u00ed p\u0159i dokonal\u00e9 se\u010du\u00e1nsk\u00e9 ve\u010de\u0159i.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cchung-\u010dching sice le\u017e\u00ed v provincii S&#8216;-\u010dchuan, ale je jedn\u00edm ze \u010dty\u0159 velkom\u011bst p\u0159\u00edmo spravovan\u00fdch \u00fast\u0159edn\u00ed vl\u00e1dou v Pekingu \u2013 dal\u0161\u00ed t\u0159i jsou samotn\u00fd Peking, \u0160anghaj a Tchien-\u0165in.<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161echno, co se t\u00fdk\u00e1 \u010cchung-\u010dchingu, se st\u00e1\u010d\u00ed k neb\u00fdval\u00e9mu, bo\u0159\u00ed zaveden\u00e1 paradigmata. Pokud jde o \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e9 propojovac\u00ed koridory \u2013 jedno z opakuj\u00edc\u00edch se t\u00e9mat geopolitiky a geoekonomiky 21. stolet\u00ed \u2013 \u010cchung-\u010dching op\u011bt vynik\u00e1 zp\u016fsobem, jak\u00fd si jen m\u00e1lokdo mimo \u010c\u00ednu dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159edstavit.<\/p>\n<p>A to n\u00e1s p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed na velmi zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed m\u00edsto v pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 \u010dtvrti \u010cchung-\u010dchingu, kter\u00e9 v podstat\u011b ozna\u010duje Ground Zero \u2013 neboli Km Zero, jak je to definov\u00e1no m\u00edstn\u011b \u2013 Nov\u00e9 hedv\u00e1bn\u00e9 stezky neboli Iniciativy P\u00e1s a cesta (BRI), co\u017e je zast\u0159e\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed r\u00e1mec \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 zahrani\u010dn\u00ed politiky v 21. stolet\u00ed, kter\u00fd poprv\u00e9 zah\u00e1jil prezident Si \u0164in-pching v roce 2013 v Astan\u011b a pot\u00e9 v Jakart\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edmo uprost\u0159ed rozlehl\u00e9ho parku Chongqing International Logistics Hub Park se nach\u00e1z\u00ed pam\u00e1tn\u00edk oslavuj\u00edc\u00ed KM Zero s n\u00e1dhernou reli\u00e9fn\u00ed mapou vytesanou do \u0161ed\u00e9 sk\u00e1ly.<\/p>\n<p>Mapa vizu\u00e1ln\u011b ilustruje koncept Yuxinou \u2013 vtisknut\u00fd prakticky do ka\u017ed\u00e9ho modr\u00e9ho kontejneru, kter\u00fd vid\u00edme pohybovat se po parku. \u201eYu\u201c znamen\u00e1 \u010cchung-\u010dching, \u201eXin\u201c znamen\u00e1 Sin-\u0165iang a \u201eOu\u201c znamen\u00e1 Evropu. Tady to m\u00e1te, jednou zkratkou: \u017eeleznice \u010cchung-\u010dching\u2013Sin-\u0165iang\u2013Evropa v podstat\u011b. To je vrchol BRI v praxi.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Balet modr\u00fdch kontejner\u016f<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>J\u00edzda po rozlehl\u00e9m logistick\u00e9m parku je n\u011bco docela zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edho. V\u0161ude vid\u00edme ty modr\u00e9 kontejnery z Yuxinou v pohybu. Ale nejen ony: nap\u0159\u00edklad i kontejnery od China Railways a z koridoru New Land Sea. V parku se nach\u00e1z\u00ed se\u0159a\u010fovac\u00ed stanice, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 za \u00fakol klasifikovat a seskupovat v\u0161echny druhy n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vlak\u016f. Ltd je perlou multipol\u00e1rn\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ce: rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed slu\u017eba a provozn\u00ed platforma, kterou spole\u010dn\u011b financuj\u00ed China Railways, m\u011bstsk\u00e1 samospr\u00e1va \u010cchung-\u010dchingu a ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed org\u00e1ny v Rusku, Kazachst\u00e1nu a N\u011bmecku.<\/p>\n<p>V posledn\u00edch dev\u00edti letech m\u00e1 Yuxinou tak\u00e9 \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edho partnera: Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed pozemn\u00ed a n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed dopravn\u00ed koridor (ILSTC), jeho\u017e provozn\u00edm uzlem je rovn\u011b\u017e \u010cchung-\u010dching, ale v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b sm\u011b\u0159uje do jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asie, nikoli do Evropy.<\/p>\n<p>Obrovsk\u00e9 s\u00eddlo \u2013 nesouc\u00ed zkratku NLS, New Land Sea (Nov\u00e1 zem\u011b a mo\u0159e) \u2013 je jednou z nejimpozantn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch budov v logistick\u00e9m parku v \u010cchung-\u010dchingu. ILSTC koordinuje n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vlaky mezi Evropou a jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asi\u00ed p\u0159es \u010c\u00ednu a tak\u00e9 mezi z\u00e1padn\u00ed \u010c\u00ednou a jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Asi\u00ed s termin\u00e1lem v Singapuru.<\/p>\n<p>NLS provozuje 12 hlavn\u00edch tras: to p\u0159edstavuje pom\u011brn\u011b komplexn\u00ed pokryt\u00ed Indo\u010d\u00edny a roz\u0161i\u0159uje se tak\u00e9 do St\u0159edn\u00ed a Ji\u017en\u00ed Asie.<\/p>\n<p>Jen v r\u00e1mci \u010c\u00edny tento koridor dos\u00e1hl nejm\u00e9n\u011b 111 \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch uzl\u016f propojen\u00fdch s 59 m\u011bsty a 29 p\u0159\u00edstavy v 16 provinci\u00edch. Mimo \u010c\u00ednu hovo\u0159\u00edme o 100 m\u011bstech v 19 zem\u00edch, v\u010detn\u011b sousedn\u00edch zem\u00ed ASEAN, jako jsou Vietnam, Laos a Myanmar, kam se dostanete p\u0159es provincii Yunnan.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 40 % \u2013 a st\u00e1le roste \u2013 celkov\u00e9ho obchodu mezi \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdmi provinciemi a ASEAN nyn\u00ed prob\u00edh\u00e1 p\u0159es NLS.<\/p>\n<p>A to souvis\u00ed s kl\u00ed\u010dovou rol\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstavu Kuo-j\u00fcan \u2013 dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho logistick\u00e9ho centra, v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b ve vnitrozem\u00ed, a nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstavu na horn\u00edm toku \u0159eky Jang-c\u2019-\u0165iang. P\u0159\u00edstav Kuo-j\u00fcan je dal\u0161\u00edm z typicky efektivn\u00edch \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdch multimod\u00e1ln\u00edch dopravn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 integruj\u00ed \u017eeleznici, silnici a vodn\u00ed dopravu. M\u011bsto Kuo-j\u00fcan je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm spojem iniciativy \u201eJeden konec sv\u011bta\u201c s ekonomick\u00fdm p\u00e1sem \u0159eky Jang-c\u2019-\u0165iang.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravy sv\u011bta<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u010cchung-\u010dching si nem\u016f\u017ee jinak ne\u017e u\u017e\u00edvat sv\u00e9 role de facto sv\u011btov\u00e9ho hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravy \u2013 jeho\u017e mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed s\u00ed\u0165 z\u00e1sobuje pr\u016fmyslovou strukturu koridoru. Jako kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 logistick\u00e1 z\u00e1kladna si \u010cchung-\u010dching vybudoval masivn\u00ed dodavatelsk\u00fd \u0159et\u011bzec integruj\u00edc\u00ed skladov\u00e1n\u00ed, mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed distribuci a obchodn\u00ed slu\u017eby.<\/p>\n<p>Prvn\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vlak spojuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010c\u00ednu a Evropu vyjel z kaza\u0161sk\u00e9ho Khorgosu pot\u00e9, co p\u0159ed t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 10 lety, v b\u0159eznu 2016, cestoval ze Sin-\u0165iangu.<\/p>\n<p>Loni v \u0159\u00edjnu se n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vlak \u010c\u00edna-Evropa, kter\u00fd rovn\u011b\u017e odj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bl z Chorgosu do Polska, stal 50 000. vlakem \u010c\u00edna-Evropa (a \u010c\u00edna-St\u0159edn\u00ed Asie), kter\u00fd projel cestou BRI.<\/p>\n<p>Loni v listopadu vyrazil z p\u0159\u00edstavu Guoyuan intermod\u00e1ln\u00ed vlak spojuj\u00edc\u00ed lodn\u00ed dopravu, kter\u00fd m\u011bl p\u0159elo\u017eit do p\u0159\u00edstavu Qinzhou v autonomn\u00ed oblasti Guangxi Zhuang v ji\u017en\u00ed \u010c\u00edn\u011b a pot\u00e9 se p\u0159es Pacifik vydal do p\u0159\u00edstavu Chancay v Peru.<\/p>\n<p>To bylo poprv\u00e9 \u2013 ohla\u0161ovalo ofici\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u010d\u00e1tek ji\u017en\u00ed pacifick\u00e9 n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed hedv\u00e1bn\u00e9 stezky.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cchung-\u010dching se op\u011bt dostal do pop\u0159ed\u00ed \u2013 rozv\u00edj\u00ed sv\u016fj bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00fd multimod\u00e1ln\u00ed syst\u00e9m \u201ejeden \u00fa\u010det\u201c, kter\u00fd je v \u010c\u00edn\u011b oslavov\u00e1n jako prvn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd mezikontinent\u00e1ln\u00ed spoj do Ji\u017en\u00ed Ameriky, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zkr\u00e1tila doba p\u0159epravy p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 15 dn\u00ed a n\u00e1klady na kontejnery p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 25 %.<\/p>\n<p>\u010c\u00ed\u0148an\u00e9 se extr\u00e9mn\u011b rychle p\u0159izp\u016fsobuj\u00ed geopolitick\u00fdm turbulenc\u00edm. Krize v Rud\u00e9m mo\u0159i? Des\u00edtky n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edch v\u00fdvozc\u016f p\u0159e\u0161ly na prost\u0159ed\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy mezi \u010c\u00ednou a Evropou: rychlej\u0161\u00ed a stabiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, bez probl\u00e9m\u016f se slo\u017eit\u00fdmi dodavatelsk\u00fdmi \u0159et\u011bzci \u2013 jak opakovan\u011b zd\u016fraz\u0148ovalo \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 ministerstvo zahrani\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Glob\u00e1ln\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010di jako HP, Acer a Asus s t\u00edm \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b souhlasili.
