Toxikolo\u017eka a molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed biolo\u017eka\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Janci Lindsay<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0a jej\u00ed spoluauto\u0159i popisuj\u00ed mo\u017enou souvislost mezi mRNA o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00edm a v\u00fdskytem n\u011bkter\u00fdch forem rakoviny krve. Soub\u011b\u017en\u011b auto\u0159i publikovali druh\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek, ve kter\u00e9m vysv\u011btluj\u00ed, \u017ee jejich v\u00fdzkum byl po l\u00e9ta brzd\u011bn systematickou cenzurou v r\u00e1mci v\u011bdeck\u00e9ho publika\u010dn\u00edho pr\u016fmyslu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oncotarget.com\/article\/28827\/text\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.oncotarget.com\/article\/28827\/text\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">s<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed souvislosti mezi o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00edm proti COVID-19 s mRNA a rakovinou\u201c<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0je strukturov\u00e1na jako kazuistika kombinovan\u00e1 s re\u0161er\u0161\u00ed literatury. Zam\u011b\u0159uje se na p\u0159\u00edpad mlad\u00e9, d\u0159\u00edve zdrav\u00e9 \u017eeny, u kter\u00e9 se po pod\u00e1n\u00ed druh\u00e9 d\u00e1vky vakc\u00edny Pfizer\/BioNTech rozvinula akutn\u00ed lymfoblastick\u00e1 leuk\u00e9mie (ALL) a lymfoblastick\u00fd lymfom (LBL).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Auto\u0159i cituj\u00ed existuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u011bdeckou literaturu, kter\u00e1 nazna\u010duje, \u017ee modifikovan\u00fd materi\u00e1l mRNA, zabalen\u00fd v tzv. lipidov\u00fdch nano\u010d\u00e1stic\u00edch, se m\u016f\u017ee v t\u011ble distribuovat \u0161ir\u0161\u00edmi zp\u016fsoby, ne\u017e se p\u016fvodn\u011b p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dalo. Podle t\u00e9to literatury by se mohl dostat i do kostn\u00ed d\u0159en\u011b a dal\u0161\u00edch krvetvorn\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ve sv\u00e9 anal\u00fdze Lindsay a jej\u00ed kolegov\u00e9 diskutuj\u00ed o n\u011bkolika biologick\u00fdch mechanismech, kter\u00e9 by mohly b\u00fdt potenci\u00e1ln\u011b zapojeny do onkologick\u00fdch proces\u016f. Pat\u0159\u00ed mezi n\u011b naru\u0161en\u00ed imunitn\u00ed regulace, potla\u010den\u00ed T-bun\u011bk, zm\u011bny v interferonov\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi, inhibice apopt\u00f3zy (programovan\u00e9 bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 smrti) a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 produkce TGF-\u03b2, r\u016fstov\u00e9ho faktoru spojen\u00e9ho s agresivn\u00edm v\u00fdvojem n\u00e1doru. Auto\u0159i d\u00e1le poukazuj\u00ed na zpr\u00e1vy o kontaminaci mRNA vakc\u00edn plazmidovou DNA, v\u010detn\u011b sekvenc\u00ed promotoru SV40, kter\u00fd se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edm procesu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle autor\u016f si tato zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zaslou\u017e\u00ed zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost, proto\u017ee mRNA vakc\u00edny nejen funguj\u00ed jako klasick\u00e9 vakc\u00edny, ale vykazuj\u00ed tak\u00e9 vlastnosti produkt\u016f genov\u00e9 terapie. V t\u00e9to souvislosti odkazuj\u00ed na st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed sm\u011brnice mimo jin\u00e9 od FDA a EMA, kter\u00e9 se zab\u00fdvaj\u00ed teoretick\u00fdmi riziky, jako je integrace DNA a genotoxicita.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ve sv\u00fdch z\u00e1v\u011brech Lindsay a jej\u00ed spoluauto\u0159i doporu\u010duj\u00ed rozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum, kter\u00fd by l\u00e9pe pochopil potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed dlouhodob\u00e9 d\u016fsledky technologie mRNA. To je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b nutn\u00e9 vzhledem k rychl\u00e9mu roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed platforem mRNA do dal\u0161\u00edch vakc\u00edn a l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch aplikac\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">P\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm stejn\u011b pozoruhodn\u00e1 jako obsah studie je jej\u00ed cesta k publikaci. V druh\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku s n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Cenzura ve v\u011bd\u011b\u201c<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0auto\u0159i popisuj\u00ed historii publikac\u00ed, kterou sami naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed mimo\u0159\u00e1dnou a znepokojivou. Mezi lety 2024 a 2025 byl rukopis zasl\u00e1n do \u0161estn\u00e1cti \u010dasopis\u016f a stejn\u00fdm po\u010dtem byl odm\u00edtnut \u2013 \u010dasto bez jak\u00e9hokoli v\u011bcn\u00e9ho posouzen\u00ed. Pouze t\u0159i \u010dasopisy rukopis skute\u010dn\u011b postoupily k recenzent\u016fm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie byla dvakr\u00e1t p\u0159ijata \u010dasopisem\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Current Proteomics<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0po recenzn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, ale poka\u017ed\u00e9 byla p\u0159ed publikac\u00ed sta\u017eena. Nebylo to zp\u016fsobeno nov\u00fdmi v\u011bdeck\u00fdmi n\u00e1mitkami, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e z\u00e1v\u011bry, kter\u00e9 byly pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za \u201ekontroverzn\u00ed\u201c. V d\u016fsledku toho Lindsay rezignovala na \u010dlenstv\u00ed v redak\u010dn\u00ed rad\u011b \u010dasopisu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Hlavn\u00ed kritika, kterou auto\u0159i obdr\u017eeli od r\u016fzn\u00fdch redak\u010dn\u00edch rad, se t\u00fdkala toho, \u017ee mRNA vakc\u00edny nemohou zp\u016fsobit rakovinu, proto\u017ee nepronikaj\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdm j\u00e1drem a neintegruj\u00ed se do lidsk\u00e9ho genomu. Podle autor\u016f je tento argument p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 zjednodu\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed, proto\u017ee rozvoj rakoviny je slo\u017eit\u00fd proces, v n\u011bm\u017e hraje roli mimo jin\u00e9 i chronick\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Lindsay a jej\u00ed kolegov\u00e9 zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee otev\u0159en\u00e1 v\u011bdeck\u00e1 diskuse je nezbytn\u00e1.
