Podobn\u011b b\u00edl\u00fd \u0161um je dal\u0161\u00ed \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 pom\u016fcka na span\u00ed. Ten obsahuje v\u0161echny sly\u0161iteln\u00e9 frekvence se stejnou intenzitou, \u010d\u00edm\u017e vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed \u0161um podobn\u00fd statick\u00e9mu hluku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Oba se b\u011b\u017en\u011b doporu\u010duj\u00ed pro maskov\u00e1n\u00ed ru\u0161iv\u00fdch zvuk\u016f. V\u00fd\u0161e jmenovan\u00e1 studie nazna\u010duje, \u017ee tyto \u0161umy mohou sp\u00ed\u0161e naru\u0161ovat regenera\u010dn\u00ed sp\u00e1nek, ne\u017e jej zlep\u0161ovat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 25 zdrav\u00fdch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch ve v\u011bku 21 a\u017e 41 let, z nich\u017e nikdo pravideln\u011b nepou\u017e\u00edval zvukov\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ani netrp\u011bl poruchami sp\u00e1nku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">B\u011bhem sedmi po sob\u011b n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch noc\u00ed ve sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9 laborato\u0159i byli \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci vystaveni r\u016fzn\u00fdm sluchov\u00fdm podm\u00ednk\u00e1m:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">samotn\u00e9mu hluku letadla<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">samotn\u00e9mu r\u016f\u017eov\u00e9mu \u0161umu<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">kombinaci obou<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">hluku letadla s nasazen\u00fdmi \u0161punty do u\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci studie ka\u017ed\u00e9 r\u00e1no pot\u00e9 hodnotili kvalitu sv\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku a podstoupili kognitivn\u00ed testy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdsledky byly pozoruhodn\u00e9:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">1.<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Samotn\u00fd hluk letadla zkr\u00e1til hlubok\u00fd sp\u00e1nek o 23 minut a zp\u016fsobil, \u017ee sp\u00e1nek byl poci\u0165ov\u00e1n leh\u010d\u00ed a fragmentovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">2.<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Samotn\u00fd r\u016f\u017eov\u00fd \u0161um v\u00fdznamn\u011b nekr\u00e1til hlubok\u00fd sp\u00e1nek, ale ukradl 19 minut REM sp\u00e1nku, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci c\u00edtili m\u00e9n\u011b odpo\u010dat\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">3.<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Kombinace hluku letadla a r\u016f\u017eov\u00e9ho \u0161umu byla hodnocena jako nejhor\u0161\u00ed \u2013 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci hl\u00e1sili \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed probouzen\u00ed a ztr\u00e1tu hlubok\u00e9ho i REM sp\u00e1nku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">4.<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u0160punty do u\u0161\u00ed se uk\u00e1zaly jako vysoce \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9, t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 neutralizovaly \u0161kodliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky hluku letadla a zachovaly kvalitu sp\u00e1nku.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Pro\u010d je to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pro dlouhodob\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Hlubok\u00fd sp\u00e1nek a REM sp\u00e1nek nejsou luxus &#8211; jsou to biologick\u00e9 nezbytnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">B\u011bhem hlubok\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku mozek odstra\u0148uje toxiny spojen\u00e9 s neurodegenerativn\u00edmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi, jako je Alzheimerova choroba. REM sp\u00e1nek zase hraje kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed odolnosti a kognitivn\u00edch funkc\u00edch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Naru\u0161en\u00ed uveden\u00fdch st\u00e1di\u00ed sp\u00e1nku m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu riziku deprese, \u00fazkosti a neurodegenerativn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">oslaben\u00e9 imunitn\u00ed funkci<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1chylnosti na srde\u010dn\u00ed choroby,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/jednodnova-hladovka-2-krat-za-tyzden-drvi-cukrovku-typu-2-pomocou-autofagie\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">cukrovku<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0a obezitu<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">zhor\u0161en\u00e9 pam\u011bti, soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed se a rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Navzdory t\u011bmto rizik\u016fm z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro generov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161um\u016f mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b popul\u00e1rn\u00ed. Pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 je ka\u017edou noc v\u00edce ne\u017e 53 milion\u016f Ameri\u010dan\u016f (ka\u017ed\u00fd \u0161est\u00fd), p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e Spotify denn\u011b streamuje t\u0159i miliony hodin b\u00edl\u00e9ho \u0161umu a videa o sp\u00e1nku na YouTube dosahuj\u00ed 700 milion\u016f zhl\u00e9dnut\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato studie v\u0161ak nazna\u010duje, \u017ee mnoz\u00ed si nev\u011bdomky sabotuj\u00ed vlastn\u00ed sp\u00e1nek.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Lep\u0161\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed: \u0160tuple do u\u0161\u00ed nam\u00edsto hlu\u010dn\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">P\u0159esto\u017ee zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed hlukem je rostouc\u00edm probl\u00e9mem a spojuje se se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdmi stresov\u00fdmi hormony, kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi a dokonce i rakovinou, studie zjistila, \u017ee \u0161punty do u\u0161\u00ed byly p\u0159i zachov\u00e1n\u00ed kvality sp\u00e1nku mnohem \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e \u0161irokop\u00e1smov\u00fd \u0161um.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Na rozd\u00edl od um\u011bl\u00fdch zvukov\u00fdch prost\u0159ed\u00ed \u0161punty do u\u0161\u00ed fyzicky blokuj\u00ed ru\u0161iv\u00fd hluk, ani\u017e by naru\u0161ovaly p\u0159irozen\u00e9 sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9 cykly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dr. Mathias Basner, hlavn\u00ed autor studie, varoval p\u0159ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdm pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm \u0161irokop\u00e1smov\u00e9ho hluku, zejm\u00e9na u kojenc\u016f a batolat, jejich\u017e vyv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed se mozek je ve velk\u00e9 m\u00ed\u0159e z\u00e1visl\u00fd na neru\u0161en\u00e9m sp\u00e1nku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Vyzval k dal\u0161\u00edmu v\u00fdzkumu dlouhodob\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f a bezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch hladin hluku.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">\u0160ir\u0161\u00ed obraz: Zpochyb\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch rad ohledn\u011b sp\u00e1nku<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato studie poukazuje na \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9m: slepou d\u016fv\u011bru v prod\u00e1van\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bez dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho nez\u00e1visl\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podobn\u011b jako farmaceutick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl ovliv\u0148uje medic\u00ednu, i pr\u016fmysl s v\u00fdrobky na span\u00ed profituje z produkt\u016f, kter\u00e9 nemus\u00ed u\u017eivatel\u016fm p\u0159in\u00e9st \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky nebo jim dokonce mohou u\u0161kodit.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed hledaj\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed sp\u00e1nek, existuj\u00ed alternativy:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">1.<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u0160tuple do u\u0161\u00ed nebo sluch\u00e1tka s potla\u010den\u00edm hluku (pro blokov\u00e1n\u00ed vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho hluku).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">2.<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0P\u0159irozen\u00e1 hygiena sp\u00e1nku (sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u010dasu str\u00e1ven\u00e9ho p\u0159ed obrazovkou, udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed chladn\u00e9 m\u00edstnosti, vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se kofeinu).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">3.<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Bylinn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky jako nap\u0159\u00edklad he\u0159m\u00e1nek nebo ko\u0159en kozl\u00edku l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9ho, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed relaxaci bez naru\u0161en\u00ed architektury sp\u00e1nku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nejlep\u0161\u00ed pom\u016fckou na span\u00ed samotn\u00e9 ticho nebo alespo\u0148 ochrana p\u0159ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdm hlukem, a nikoli jeho maskov\u00e1n\u00ed potenci\u00e1ln\u011b ru\u0161iv\u00fdmi um\u011bl\u00fdmi zvuky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Stejn\u011b jako v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b vakc\u00edn, l\u00e9k\u016f a jin\u00fdch medic\u00ednsk\u00fdch \u00fakon\u016f je p\u0159ed p\u0159ijet\u00edm b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed nezbytn\u00fd nez\u00e1visl\u00fd p\u0159ezkum a informovan\u00fd souhlas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kdy\u017e p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b s\u00e1hnete po nejnov\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zvukov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edstroji, polo\u017ete si ot\u00e1zku: Opravdu v\u00e1m pom\u00e1h\u00e1 nebo v\u00e1m krade pr\u00e1v\u011b ten odpo\u010dinek, kter\u00fd se sna\u017e\u00edte z\u00edskat zp\u011bt?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro generov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161um\u016f, a\u010dkoli se prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed jako pom\u016fcky na span\u00ed, ve skute\u010dnosti naru\u0161uj\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00e9 sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9 cykly.
