{"id":98337,"date":"2026-02-01T06:17:54","date_gmt":"2026-02-01T05:17:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/?p=98337"},"modified":"2026-02-01T06:17:54","modified_gmt":"2026-02-01T05:17:54","slug":"prehlizeny-stravovaci-nedostatek-podkopava-zdravi-dasni-obyvatelstva-a-zpusobuje-paradentozu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/2026\/02\/01\/prehlizeny-stravovaci-nedostatek-podkopava-zdravi-dasni-obyvatelstva-a-zpusobuje-paradentozu\/","title":{"rendered":"P\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017een\u00fd stravovac\u00ed nedostatek podkop\u00e1v\u00e1 zdrav\u00ed d\u00e1sn\u00ed obyvatelstva a zp\u016fsobuje paradent\u00f3zu"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Boj proti onemocn\u011bn\u00ed d\u00e1sn\u00ed se u\u017e desetilet\u00ed vede pomoc\u00ed zubn\u00edch kart\u00e1\u010dk\u016f, nit\u011b a \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zub\u016f.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Navzdory tomuto \u00fasil\u00ed v\u0161ak z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e1 paradent\u00f3za \u2013 stav charakterizovan\u00fd krv\u00e1cen\u00edm, ustupov\u00e1n\u00edm d\u00e1sn\u00ed a ztr\u00e1tou kostn\u00ed hmoty \u2013 z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomnou hrozbou a postihuje t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovinu star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-11\">\n<div id=\"badat-145298767\" class=\"badat-highlight-wrapper\">\n<div id=\"badat-2063609853\"><span dir=\"auto\">Pr\u016flomov\u00e1 studie publikovan\u00e1 v odborn\u00e9m \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">The Journal of Nutrition, Health and Aging<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0aktu\u00e1ln\u011b pouk\u00e1zala na kritick\u00fd, p\u0159ehl\u00ed\u017een\u00fd faktor: rozs\u00e1hl\u00fd nedostatek b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho antioxidantu ve strav\u011b.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdzkum, kter\u00fd analyzoval \u00fadaje od v\u00edce ne\u017e 1 200 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch ve v\u011bku 65 a\u017e 79 let, odhalil ohromuj\u00edc\u00ed nedostatek lykopenu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jedn\u00e1 se o siln\u00fd \u010derven\u00fd pigment nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se v raj\u010datech a dal\u0161\u00edm ovoci a zelenin\u011b, kter\u00fd je siln\u011b spojen s dramaticky vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed destruktivn\u00edho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed d\u00e1sn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie t\u00edm zpochybnila konven\u010dn\u00ed zubn\u00ed narativy a pouk\u00e1zala na existenci v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho nutri\u010dn\u00edho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed tohoto probl\u00e9mu d\u00e1sn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Uk\u00e1zala se v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 nutri\u010dn\u00ed korelace<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie, kterou uskute\u010dnili v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci z Connecticut College, Tulansk\u00e9 univerzity a St\u00e1tn\u00ed univerzity v Louisian\u011b s vyu\u017eit\u00edm \u00fadaj\u016f z americk\u00e9ho N\u00e1rodn\u00edho pr\u016fzkumu zdrav\u00ed a v\u00fd\u017eivy (NHANES), odhalila p\u0159\u00edmou a alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed souvislost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zjistila, \u017ee 77,9 % star\u0161\u00edch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch konzumuje nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed lykopenu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ti, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli dostate\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem, definovan\u00fd jako nejm\u00e9n\u011b 8 000 mikrogram\u016f (8 mg) denn\u011b, m\u011bli o 67% ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost vzniku z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 paradent\u00f3zy v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed jej nem\u011bli dostate\u010dn\u00fd, a to i po zohledn\u011bn\u00ed faktor\u016f, jako jsou v\u011bk, kou\u0159en\u00ed a vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u00dadaje uk\u00e1zaly jasn\u00fd rozd\u00edl: pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem lykopenu u osob se z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm d\u00e1sn\u00ed byl pouze 3 847 mcg (cca 3,8 mg denn\u011b), co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje schodek t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 42 % ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s 5 452 mcg (cca 5,4 mg) konzumovan\u00fdmi osobami s nez\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edpady.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Mezi \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky, kte\u0159\u00ed splnili pr\u00e1h 8 000 mcg (8 mg), m\u011blo z\u00e1va\u017enou parodontitidu pouze 2,4 % oproti 6,5 % u osob s nedostate\u010dn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Z\u00e1n\u011bt: Spole\u010dn\u00fd nep\u0159\u00edtel d\u00e1sn\u00ed a celkov\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Mechanismus ochrann\u00e9 funkce lykopenu spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v jeho s\u00edle jako hlavn\u00edho antioxidantu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Paradent\u00f3za je v podstat\u011b zp\u016fsobena chronick\u00fdm z\u00e1n\u011btem a oxida\u010dn\u00edm stresem v reakci na bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed plak. Lykopen neutralizuje tyto destruktivn\u00ed slou\u010deniny a pom\u00e1h\u00e1 uklidnit z\u00e1n\u011btlivou kask\u00e1du, kter\u00e1 naru\u0161uje tk\u00e1\u0148 d\u00e1sn\u00ed a podkladovou kost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Toto propojen\u00ed posiluje rostouc\u00ed soubor v\u011bdeck\u00fdch poznatk\u016f, kter\u00e9 vn\u00edmaj\u00ed zdrav\u00ed \u00fastn\u00ed dutiny nikoli jako izolovan\u00fd probl\u00e9m, ale jako okno do syst\u00e9mov\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Samostatn\u00e1 pr\u016f\u0159ezov\u00e1 anal\u00fdza \u00fadaj\u016f NHANES citovan\u00e1 ve v\u00fdzkumu zjistila statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 souvislosti mezi paradent\u00f3zou a cukrovkou a mezi zubn\u00edm kazem a vysok\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem, co\u017e zd\u016fraz\u0148uje propojenou povahu z\u00e1n\u011btu v dutin\u011b \u00fastn\u00ed s cel\u00fdm t\u011blem.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Nedostatky zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed pot\u0159ebu c\u00edlen\u00fdch strategi\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie d\u00e1le pouk\u00e1zala na v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 demografick\u00e9 rozd\u00edly, co\u017e nazna\u010duje, \u017ee univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed preventivn\u00ed poradenstv\u00ed je nedostate\u010dn\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u017deny m\u011bly o 73% ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed d\u00e1sn\u00ed ne\u017e mu\u017ei, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e tento rozd\u00edl v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci p\u0159ipisuj\u00ed kombinaci hormon\u00e1ln\u00edch faktor\u016f a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed anga\u017eovanosti v preventivn\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bylo, \u017ee u \u010dernoch\u016f nehisp\u00e1nsk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu byla zji\u0161t\u011bna 2,8kr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost vzniku z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 paradent\u00f3zy ne\u017e u b\u011bloch\u016f nehisp\u00e1nsk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 strategie ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vyvinuty tak, aby zahrnovaly i rasov\u00e9 a pohlavn\u011b specifick\u00e9 stravovac\u00ed a vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed intervence k \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed t\u011bchto nerovnost\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Budov\u00e1n\u00ed stravovac\u00ed ochrany pro celo\u017eivotn\u00ed zdrav\u00ed \u00fastn\u00ed dutiny<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdzkum p\u0159esouv\u00e1 pozornost z \u010dist\u011b mechanick\u00e9ho \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zub\u016f pro nutri\u010dn\u00ed ochranu. Aby se p\u0159eklenula mezera v p\u0159\u00edjmu lykopenu, odborn\u00edci vyz\u00fdvaj\u00ed k up\u0159ednost\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed celostn\u00edch zdroj\u016f potravy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Va\u0159en\u00e1 raj\u010data v kombinaci se zdrav\u00fdm tukem, jako je olivov\u00fd olej, v\u00fdrazn\u011b zvy\u0161uj\u00ed absorpci lykopenu.
