Rady se m\u011bnily od fobie v\u016f\u010di tuk\u016fm k pochybnostem o sacharidech, co\u017e spot\u0159ebitele udr\u017eovalo v mlze nejistoty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Mezit\u00edm rozsah krize demence neust\u00e1le nar\u016fstal. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b dnes \u017eije s demenc\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 55 milion\u016f lid\u00ed (a do roku 2050 se toto \u010d\u00edslo ztrojn\u00e1sob\u00ed) a farmakologick\u00e9 l\u00e9\u010dby jsou m\u00e1lo \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9, nal\u00e9havost spolehliv\u00e9 prevence nebyla nikdy v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tento nov\u00fd v\u00fdzkum prolamuje \u0161um a poukazuje na lehce ovlivniteln\u00fd rizikov\u00fd faktor, kter\u00fd je ka\u017ed\u00e9mu b\u011b\u017en\u011b dostupn\u00fd \u2013 glykemick\u00fd index na\u0161ich j\u00eddel.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00edce ne\u017e kalorie: Vysv\u011btlen\u00ed glykemick\u00e9ho indexu<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">J\u00e1drem studie je glykemick\u00fd index (GI), co\u017e je ukazatel, kter\u00fd klasifikuje potraviny obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed sacharidy podle toho, jak rychle zvy\u0161uj\u00ed hladinu cukru v krvi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Potraviny jako b\u00edl\u00fd chl\u00e9b, brambory a sladk\u00e9 cere\u00e1lie maj\u00ed vysok\u00fd GI, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje rychl\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst krevn\u00edho cukru. Naproti tomu v\u011bt\u0161ina ovoce, lu\u0161t\u011bnin a celozrnn\u00fdch obilovin m\u00e1 n\u00edzk\u00fd GI, co\u017e zaji\u0161\u0165uje pomal\u00e9 a stabiln\u00ed uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed energie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Toto metabolick\u00e9 tempo m\u00e1 hlubok\u00e9 d\u016fsledky pro mozek, org\u00e1n, kter\u00fd je jedine\u010dn\u011b citliv\u00fd na nerovnov\u00e1hu cukru v krvi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">N\u00edzkoglykemick\u00e1 dieta se zam\u011b\u0159uje na konzumaci potravin, kter\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed pomalej\u0161\u00ed a men\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst hladiny cukru v krvi. Up\u0159ednost\u0148uje sacharidy, kter\u00e9 se tr\u00e1v\u00ed a vst\u0159eb\u00e1vaj\u00ed postupn\u011bji, co\u017e pom\u00e1h\u00e1 \u0159\u00eddit energii a chu\u0165 k j\u00eddlu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Aby v\u00fdzkumn\u00fd t\u00fdm odhalil souvislost mezi kvalitou sacharid\u016f a demenc\u00ed, analyzoval \u00fadaje o stravov\u00e1n\u00ed z rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho souboru v\u00edce ne\u017e 200 000 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch v Brit\u00e1nii, z nich\u017e nikdo na za\u010d\u00e1tku studie nem\u011bl demenci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Vypo\u010d\u00edtali glykemick\u00fd index a glykemickou z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e (m\u00edru, kter\u00e1 zohled\u0148uje i velikost porce) stravy ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edka. Potom sledovali a \u010dekali v pr\u016fm\u011bru v\u00edce ne\u017e 13 let.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dlouhodob\u00e9 \u00fadaje p\u0159inesly jasn\u00fd vzorec. V kohort\u011b se u 2 362 lid\u00ed vyvinula demence, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e pokro\u010dil\u00e9 statistick\u00e9 modelov\u00e1n\u00ed odhalilo p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinn\u00fd vztah: se zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edm se glykemick\u00fdm indexem stravy se zvy\u0161ovalo i riziko demence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b, strava s n\u00edzk\u00fdm a\u017e st\u0159edn\u00edm glykemick\u00fdm indexem byla spojena se 16% sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm rizika vzniku Alzheimerovy choroby. Naopak strava s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm glykemick\u00fdm indexem byla spojena se 14% zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm rizika. Celkov\u00fd rozd\u00edl je tedy 30%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Biologick\u00e9 zd\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00ed je v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 a odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed rostouc\u00ed teorii v neurov\u011bd\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Mozek je org\u00e1n, kter\u00fd vy\u017eaduje gluk\u00f3zu, ale vy\u017eaduje jej\u00ed stabiln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsun. Nam\u00edsto toho \u010dasto up\u0159ednost\u0148uje farmaceutick\u00e9 intervence, kter\u00e9 p\u0159i demenci nab\u00edzej\u00ed jen m\u00edrnou a do\u010dasnou \u00falevu od symptom\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">D\u016fsledky jsou dalekos\u00e1hl\u00e9.
