{"id":97258,"date":"2026-01-19T06:03:27","date_gmt":"2026-01-19T05:03:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/?p=97258"},"modified":"2026-01-19T06:03:27","modified_gmt":"2026-01-19T05:03:27","slug":"10minutovy-ochranny-stit-jako-kratke-intenzivni-cviceni-preprogramuje-vasi-krev-pro-boj-proti-rakovine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/2026\/01\/19\/10minutovy-ochranny-stit-jako-kratke-intenzivni-cviceni-preprogramuje-vasi-krev-pro-boj-proti-rakovine\/","title":{"rendered":"10minutov\u00fd ochrann\u00fd \u0161t\u00edt: Jako kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 intenzivn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed p\u0159eprogramuje va\u0161i krev pro boj proti rakovin\u011b"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Studie z Univerzity v Newcastlu p\u0159edstavuje p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00fd argument, \u017ee jednor\u00e1zov\u00e9 kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 intenzivn\u00ed cvi\u010den\u00ed nejen\u017ee zvy\u0161uje kondici, ale z\u00e1sadn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed strukturu lidsk\u00e9 krve.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Takto zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e1 krev vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed nep\u0159\u00e1telsk\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro rakovinov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky a urychluje jejich opravn\u00e9 mechanismy zp\u016fsobem, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee zastavit smrtelnou progresi nemoci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nejde o marat\u00f3nsk\u00fd tr\u00e9nink, ale o vyu\u017eit\u00ed siln\u00e9 biologick\u00e9 reakce dostupn\u00e9 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ka\u017ed\u00e9mu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se cvi\u010den\u00ed transformuje z obecn\u00e9ho zdravotn\u00edho doporu\u010den\u00ed na c\u00edlen\u00fd, strategick\u00fd z\u00e1sah ve v\u00e1lce proti rakovin\u011b na bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 \u00farovni.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edlivov\u00fd posun v krevn\u00edm ob\u011bhu<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie, publikovan\u00e1 v odborn\u00e9m \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">International Journal of Cancer,<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u00a0p\u0159ekro\u010dila r\u00e1mec observa\u010dn\u00edch souvislost\u00ed a p\u0159esn\u011b ur\u010dila mechanismus p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny a n\u00e1sledku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u011bdci do studie zapojili 30 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch s nadv\u00e1hou a odebrali jim krev p\u0159ed a bezprost\u0159edn\u011b po n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9m 10 a\u017e 12minutov\u00e9m cyklick\u00e9m testu a\u017e do vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed. T\u011bmto vzork\u016fm krve pak vystavily lidsk\u00e9 bu\u0148ky rakoviny tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b bu\u0148ky LoVo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Rozd\u00edl byl v\u00fdrazn\u00fd. Krev odebran\u00e1 po cvi\u010den\u00ed byla obohacena o soubor bioaktivn\u00edch protein\u016f \u2013 koktejl exerkin\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b IL-6, jeho rozpustn\u00e9ho receptoru a faktor\u016f zapojen\u00fdch do c\u00e9vn\u00ed funkce a imunitn\u00ed signalizace, jako jsou FLT1 a KDR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kdy\u017e toto s\u00e9rum pozm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00edm zas\u00e1hlo rakovinov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky, fungovalo jako hlavn\u00ed p\u0159ep\u00edna\u010d a p\u0159emodelovalo jejich genetick\u00fd program.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm sekvenov\u00e1n\u00ed RNA t\u00fdm pozoroval v\u00fdrazn\u00fd transkriptomick\u00fd posun. Geny \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fd cyklus a degradaci proteazom\u016f (procesy nezbytn\u00e9 pro nekontrolovan\u00e9 bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 d\u011blen\u00ed), byly omezen\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Sou\u010dasn\u011b se aktivovaly dr\u00e1hy produkce mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed energie, jako je oxida\u010dn\u00ed fosforylace (OXPHOS). To je v\u00fdznamn\u00e9, proto\u017ee mnoh\u00e9 druhy rakoviny, v\u010detn\u011b kolorekt\u00e1ln\u00edho karcinomu, ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed metabolismus, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e up\u0159ednost\u0148uj\u00ed neefektivn\u00ed glykol\u00fdzu i v prost\u0159ed\u00ed bohat\u00e9m na kysl\u00edk (Warburg\u016fv efekt).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tla\u010den\u00edm bun\u011bk sm\u011brem k efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed OXPHOS m\u016f\u017ee fyzick\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed pomoci normalizovat metabolickou dysfunkci a sn\u00ed\u017eit oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres, kter\u00fd \u017eiv\u00ed genomick\u00fd chaos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Pos\u00edlen\u00ed genomu: Cvi\u010den\u00ed jako str\u00e1\u017ece integrity DNA<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nejv\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm v\u0161ak byla oprava DNA. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b po\u0161kodili DNA rakovinov\u00fdch bun\u011bk n\u00edzkou d\u00e1vkou z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm\u017e napodobili druh sublet\u00e1ln\u00edho genotoxick\u00e9ho stresu, kter\u00fd se p\u0159irozen\u011b vyskytuje v chaotick\u00e9m mikroprost\u0159ed\u00ed n\u00e1doru.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">N\u00e1sledn\u011b sledovali opravu dvouvl\u00e1knov\u00fdch zlom\u016f m\u011b\u0159en\u00edm hladin markeru zvan\u00e9ho H2AX.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Bu\u0148ky vystaven\u00e9 s\u00e9ru po cvi\u010den\u00ed toto po\u0161kozen\u00ed opravily v\u00fdrazn\u011b rychleji, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e po \u0161esti hodin\u00e1ch do\u0161lo k 16,8% sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed zlom\u016f DNA ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s bu\u0148kami o\u0161et\u0159en\u00fdmi krv\u00ed p\u0159ed cvi\u010den\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato zrychlen\u00e1 oprava byla spojena se zv\u00fd\u0161enou expres\u00ed kritick\u00e9ho genu: PNKP (polynukleotidkin\u00e1za 3\u03b2-fosfat\u00e1za). Enzym PNKP je prvn\u00edm reaguj\u00edc\u00edm enzymem v m\u00edst\u011b zlom\u016f DNA, kter\u00fd je nezbytn\u00fd pro opravu b\u00e1z\u00ed exciz\u00ed a dr\u00e1hy spojov\u00e1n\u00ed nehomologick\u00fdch konc\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V nejist\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b rakovinn\u00e9 bu\u0148ky je po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA dvouse\u010dnou zbran\u00ed. Zat\u00edmco extr\u00e9mn\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee bu\u0148ku zab\u00edt, n\u00edzk\u00e9 p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nespr\u00e1vn\u011b opraveno, co\u017e vede k mutac\u00edm, kter\u00e9 p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed rakovin\u011b v\u00fdhody, jako je rychlej\u0161\u00ed r\u016fst, vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se imunitn\u00edmu syst\u00e9mu a rezistence k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm p\u0159esnosti a rychlosti opravy prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm mechanism\u016f, jako je zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 regulace PNKP, cvi\u010den\u00ed pom\u00e1h\u00e1 zachovat genomickou stabilitu. V podstat\u011b sni\u017euje pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee rakovinov\u00e1 bu\u0148ka vyhraje genetickou loterii, kter\u00e1 j\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uje st\u00e1t se agresivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a metastati\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed poskytuj\u00ed v\u011brohodn\u00e9 mechanistick\u00e9 vysv\u011btlen\u00ed p\u016fsobiv\u00fdch klinick\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f pozorovan\u00fdch ve studi\u00edch, kde pravideln\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed u pacient\u016f s rakovinou vede k ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e recidivy a zlep\u0161en\u00e9mu p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed nez\u00e1visle na zm\u011bn\u00e1ch t\u011blesn\u00e9 hmotnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Od starov\u011bk\u00e9 stresov\u00e9 reakce k modern\u00ed obran\u011b proti rakovin\u011b<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tento v\u00fdzkum elegantn\u011b spojuje hluboce zako\u0159en\u011bnou starod\u00e1vnou lidskou fyziologickou adaptaci s modern\u00ed nemoc\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Akutn\u00ed stresov\u00e1 reakce na intenzivn\u00ed aktivitu, tedy n\u00e1r\u016fst katecholamin\u016f, IL-6 a dal\u0161\u00edch faktor\u016f, se vyvinula tak, aby pomohla na\u0161im p\u0159edk\u016fm p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt bezprost\u0159edn\u00ed hrozby, mobilizovat energii a spustit procesy opravy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u011bda nyn\u00ed odhaluje, \u017ee tent\u00fd\u017e primordi\u00e1ln\u00ed syst\u00e9m, je-li pravideln\u011b zapojen, m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 br\u00e1nit p\u0159ed pomalou, vnit\u0159n\u00ed hrozbou malign\u00edch bun\u011bk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Vyu\u017eit\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f s nadv\u00e1hou ve studii je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdpov\u011bdn\u00ed, proto\u017ee dokazuje, \u017ee tato ochrann\u00e1 exerkinov\u00e1 reakce z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 siln\u00e1 iu jedinc\u016f s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdchoz\u00edm metabolick\u00fdm rizikem, co\u017e je skupina pacient\u016f, kter\u00e1 z n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee nesm\u00edrn\u011b profitovat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Diskuse o dopl\u0148kov\u00fdch strategi\u00edch v onkologii se \u010dasto zam\u011b\u0159uje na farmakogn\u00f3zi \u2013 studium l\u00e9\u010div\u00fdch rostlin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed literatury, jak je vid\u011bt v datab\u00e1zi znalost\u00ed, zkoumalo slou\u010deniny ze zelen\u00e9ho \u010daje (EGCG),\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/ako-kurkuma-premiena-takzvany-zly-tuk-na-tuk-dobry-ktory-sam-spaluje-kalorie\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">kurkumy<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0(kurkuminu), hub jako Ganoderma lucidum (reishi) a extrakt\u016f z jmel\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e zkoumalo jejich schopnosti modulovat imunitn\u00ed funkce, indukovat apopt\u00f3zu a zvy\u0161ovat citlivost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato nov\u00e1 v\u011bda o cvi\u010den\u00ed stav\u00ed lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo do pozice plodn\u00e9ho producenta vlastn\u00edho sofistikovan\u00e9ho, \u200b\u200bv\u00edce\u00fa\u010delov\u00e9ho \u201el\u00e9ku\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zm\u011bny s\u00e9rov\u00e9ho proteomu vyvolan\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00edm nejsou jedin\u00fdm z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00fdm l\u00e9kem, ale koordinovanou, syst\u00e9movou sign\u00e1ln\u00ed ud\u00e1lost\u00ed s pleiotropn\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dinky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Praktick\u00fd d\u016fsledek je povzbuzuj\u00edc\u00ed.
