Studie identifikovala mechanismy \u2013 v\u010detn\u011b spike proteinu a ne\u010distot DNA, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v n\u011bkter\u00fdch typech vakc\u00edn proti COVID-19 \u2013 kter\u00e9 by mohly potenci\u00e1ln\u011b spustit rakovinu.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Systematick\u00fd p\u0159ehled 69 studi\u00ed a zpr\u00e1v o COVID-19 a rakovin\u011b identifikoval mo\u017en\u00fd bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed sign\u00e1l spojuj\u00edc\u00ed vakc\u00edny proti COVID-19 a SARS-CoV-2 s ur\u010dit\u00fdmi druhy rakoviny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie identifikovala bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed sign\u00e1ly pro leuk\u00e9mii, lymfom a rakovinu prsu a plic. Auto\u0159i \u010dl\u00e1nku, publikovan\u00e9ho\u00a0minul\u00fd t\u00fdden v \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Oncotarget , uvedli, \u017ee jejich zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nazna\u010duj\u00ed pot\u0159ebu dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie identifikovala mechanismy \u2013 v\u010detn\u011b spike proteinu a kontaminant\u016f DNA, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v n\u011bkter\u00fdch typech vakc\u00edn proti COVID-19 \u2013 kter\u00e9 by mohly potenci\u00e1ln\u011b vyvolat rakovinu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Auto\u0159i se ve studi\u00edch, kter\u00e9 zkoumali, tak\u00e9 zab\u00fdvali \u201en\u011bkolika opakuj\u00edc\u00edmi se t\u00e9maty\u201c:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eneobvykle rychl\u00fd postup, recidiva nebo reaktivace\u201c st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eatypick\u00fd\u201c v\u00fdskyt rakoviny v t\u011bsn\u00e9 \u010dasov\u00e9 bl\u00edzkosti po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">reaktivace dormantn\u00edch n\u00e1dor\u016f.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Wafik El-Deiry, MD, Ph.D., jeden ze spoluautor\u016f, \u0159ekl\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">den\u00edku The Defender<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, \u017ee pr\u00e1ce je \u201eprvn\u00edm nejkomplexn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm popisem shrnuj\u00edc\u00edm celosv\u011btovou literaturu o vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch proti COVID-19, infekci COVID-19 a rakovin\u011b\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u0158ekl, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky p\u0159ezkumu vypadaj\u00ed jako \u201ekou\u0159\u00edc\u00ed d\u016fkaz\u201c spojuj\u00edc\u00ed o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed proti COVID-19 s rakovinou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D., vedouc\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00fd pracovn\u00edk organizace Children&#8217;s Health Defense, uvedl, \u017ee zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed studie by mohla p\u0159edstavovat \u201e\u0161pi\u010dku velmi \u0161kodliv\u00e9ho ledovce\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eNen\u00ed v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9, \u017ee genov\u00e1 terapie p\u0159ezna\u010den\u00e1 na vakc\u00ednu, kter\u00e1 nikdy nebyla testov\u00e1na na onkogenn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost, se z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdmi imunoregula\u010dn\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dinky, kter\u00e1 byla injek\u010dn\u011b pod\u00e1na jedn\u00e9 miliard\u011b lid\u00ed, koreluje se zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem rakoviny na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b,\u201c \u0159ekl Jablonowski.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">El-Deiry uvedl, \u017ee by studie mohla poskytnout vhled do rostouc\u00ed m\u00edry v\u00fdskytu rakoviny v posledn\u00edch letech, v\u010detn\u011b n\u00e1r\u016fstu tzv. \u201eturbo rakoviny\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eDomn\u00edv\u00e1m se, \u017ee s vakc\u00ednou proti COVID-19 je spojeno riziko rakoviny,\u201c \u0159ekl El-Deiry. \u201eRozsah tohoto rizika je st\u00e1le t\u0159eba p\u0159esn\u011bji definovat, v\u010detn\u011b rizika hyperprogrese.\u201c Hyperprogrese ozna\u010duje p\u0159\u00edpady, kdy \u201eji\u017e existuj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1dor roste agresivn\u011bji\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201e\u010cl\u00e1nek netvrd\u00ed, \u017ee vakc\u00edny proti COVIDu zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed rakovinu, ale argumentuje t\u00edm, \u017ee kdy\u017e se stejn\u00fd vzorec agresivn\u00edch druh\u016f rakoviny objevuje u r\u016fzn\u00fdch typ\u016f rakoviny a v r\u016fzn\u00fdch zem\u00edch, nelze jej ji\u017e ignorovat,\u201c uvedla investigativn\u00ed novin\u00e1\u0159ka Maryanne Demasi, Ph.D., ve videu zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00e9m v pond\u011bl\u00ed na Substacku.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span dir=\"auto\">Recenzn\u00ed studie zjistila souvislost mezi vakc\u00ednami proti COVID-19 a agresivn\u00edm n\u00e1stupem rakoviny.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle p\u0159ehledu \u201erostouc\u00ed po\u010det recenzovan\u00fdch publikac\u00ed\u201c informuje o v\u00fdskytu r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f rakoviny po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo infekci COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">P\u0159ezkum zjistil, \u017ee doba mezi o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00edm a n\u00e1stupem rakoviny \u201ese zna\u010dn\u011b li\u0161ila\u201c a pohybovala se od 2\u20134 t\u00fddn\u016f do 8 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f nebo i v\u00edce po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo pod\u00e1n\u00ed posilovac\u00ed d\u00e1vky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Auto\u0159i vysv\u011btlili, \u017ee p\u0159ezkum provedli proto, \u017ee vakc\u00edny proti COVID-19 nebyly nikdy testov\u00e1ny na karcinogenitu ani genotoxicitu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zhodnotili studie proveden\u00e9 mezi lednem 2020 a \u0159\u00edjnem 2025. P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 43 % studi\u00ed \u201einformovalo o lymfatick\u00fdch malignit\u00e1ch, v\u010detn\u011b lymfom\u016f i leuk\u00e9mi\u00ed\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">N\u011bkolik studi\u00ed zd\u016fraznilo \u201eneo\u010dek\u00e1van\u011b rychlou progresi, atypick\u00e9 projevy nebo neobvykle agresivn\u00ed pr\u016fb\u011bh onemocn\u011bn\u00ed\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">41 % studi\u00ed identifikovalo souvislost mezi vakc\u00ednami proti COVID-19 a solidn\u00edmi n\u00e1dory, v\u010detn\u011b melanomu, rakoviny prsu, rakoviny plic, sarkom\u016f a \u201eorg\u00e1nov\u011b specifick\u00fdch karcinom\u016f, jako je rakovina slinivky b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">N\u011bkolik studi\u00ed \u201epopsalo neobvykle rychl\u00fd n\u00e1stup onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, recidivu po kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 latenci nebo agresivn\u00ed klinickou progresi\u201c u t\u011bchto typ\u016f n\u00e1dor\u016f. N\u011bkter\u00e9 ze studi\u00ed \u201epopsaly tvorbu n\u00e1doru nebo recidivu v m\u00edst\u011b vpichu vakc\u00edny nebo v jeho bl\u00edzkosti\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">P\u0159ehled odkazoval na n\u011bkolik ned\u00e1vn\u00fdch rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdch studi\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b dvoulet\u00e9 studie 8,4 milionu Jihokorejc\u016f publikovan\u00e9 loni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jihokorejsk\u00e1 studie zjistila statisticky v\u00fdznamnou souvislost mezi vakc\u00ednami proti COVID-19 a \u0161esti typy rakoviny, v\u010detn\u011b rakoviny prsu, tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva, \u017ealudku, plic, prostaty a \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy, a tak\u00e9 o 27 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed celkov\u00e9 riziko rakoviny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V p\u0159ehledu se rovn\u011b\u017e citovala studie z roku 2025, kter\u00e1 zahrnovala t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 300 000 Ital\u016f a zjistila, \u017ee hospitalizace s rakovinou byly m\u00edrn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed u p\u0159\u00edjemc\u016f vakc\u00edn proti COVID-19, s obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem rakoviny mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e, prsu a st\u0159ev.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Auto\u0159i tak\u00e9 citovali zpr\u00e1vu Divize pro zdravotn\u00ed dohled nad ozbrojen\u00fdmi silami USA, kter\u00e1 zkoumala v\u00fdskyt non-Hodgkinova lymfomu u aktivn\u00edho vojensk\u00e9ho person\u00e1lu v letech 2017 a\u017e 2023.
