\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 stopa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zjistili jsme, \u017ee toto neetick\u00e9 odstran\u011bn\u00ed bylo s nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed v\u00fdsledkem koordinovan\u00e9ho tlaku ze strany biofarmaceutick\u00e9ho komplexu a tak\u00e9 \u00fatok\u016f ze strany skupiny PubPeer s c\u00edlem ochr\u00e1nit smrt\u00edc\u00ed platformu mRNA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jejich snahy \u017ealostn\u011b selhaly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Na\u0161e pr\u016flomov\u00e1 studie \u2013<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><span dir=\"auto\">Vakc\u00edny se syntetickou messenger RNA a transkriptomick\u00e1 dysregulace: D\u016fkazy o nov\u011b vznikl\u00fdch ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch \u00fa\u010dinc\u00edch a rakovin\u011b po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u2013 kter\u00e1 dokumentuje z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9, dlouhodob\u00e9 transkriptomick\u00e9 poruchy po injekc\u00edch mRNA COVID-19, byla nyn\u00ed ofici\u00e1ln\u011b recenzov\u00e1na a publikov\u00e1na v \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">World Journal of Experimental Medicine<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, \u010dasopise indexovan\u00e9m na PubMed.gov.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studii provedli v\u011bdci z Neo7Bioscience (Dr. John Catanzaro, Dr. Natalia von Ranke, Dr. Wei Zhang, Dr. Philipp Anokin), McCullough Foundation (Dr. Peter McCullough a Nicolas Hulscher) a Medicinal Genomics (Kevin McKernan).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pomoc\u00ed sekvenov\u00e1n\u00ed RNA s vysok\u00fdm rozli\u0161en\u00edm z krevn\u00edch vzork\u016f a anal\u00fdzy diferenci\u00e1ln\u00ed genov\u00e9 exprese jsme zjistili, \u017ee \u201evakc\u00edny\u201c proti COVID-19 v\u00e1\u017en\u011b naru\u0161uj\u00ed expresi tis\u00edc\u016f gen\u016f, co\u017e spou\u0161t\u00ed mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed, p\u0159eprogramov\u00e1n\u00ed imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu a onkogenn\u00ed aktivaci, kter\u00e1 trv\u00e1 m\u011bs\u00edce a\u017e roky po injekci.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span dir=\"auto\">METODY<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Studie analyzovala RNA profily z pln\u00e9 krve:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">3 pacienti s nov\u011b se vyskytuj\u00edc\u00edmi ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edmi \u00fa\u010dinky (neurologick\u00e9, kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed, chronick\u00e1 \u00fanava) po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed mRNA<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">7 pacient\u016f s nov\u011b diagnostikovanou rakovinou po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed mRNA<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">803 zdrav\u00fdch kontroln\u00edch subjekt\u016f<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje a anal\u00fdzy:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Hromadn\u00e9 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00ddSLEDKY<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">mRNA vakc\u00edny spou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed transkriptomick\u00fd chaos<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ob\u011b skupiny s po\u0161kozen\u00edm vakc\u00ednou vykazovaly ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se zdrav\u00fdmi kontrolami masivn\u00ed genov\u00e9 dysregulace \u2013 stovky gen\u016f byly zv\u00fd\u0161eny nebo sn\u00ed\u017eeny, zejm\u00e9na v sign\u00e1ln\u00edch drah\u00e1ch spojen\u00fdch s:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed dysfunkce<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Stres b\u011bhem skl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed a degradace protein\u016f (sign\u00e1ln\u00ed dr\u00e1hy proteazomu)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">P\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed ribozom\u016f a degradace mRNA zprost\u0159edkovan\u00e1 nesmysln\u00fdmi faktory (NMD)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Chronick\u00fd syst\u00e9mov\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Aktivace onkogen\u016f (MYC) a potla\u010den\u00ed tumorov\u00fdch supresor\u016f (p53, KRAS)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Spole\u010dn\u00e9 znaky v obou skupin\u00e1ch<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed dysfunkce a oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Poruchy komplexu I a nadprodukce reaktivn\u00edch forem kysl\u00edku (ROS) \u2013 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 rysy chronick\u00e9 \u00fanavy a neurodegenerace.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Ribozom\u00e1ln\u00ed stres a nadm\u011brn\u00e1 translace:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Syntetick\u00e1 mRNA s modifikovan\u00fdmi b\u00e1zemi (N1-methylpseudouridin) z\u0159ejm\u011b indukuje p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed ribozom\u016f, chyby v translaci a aktivaci RNA dohledu. Tyto stresov\u00e9 signatury jsou v souladu s reakcemi hostitele na ciz\u00ed genetick\u00fd materi\u00e1l a mohly by nazna\u010dovat zp\u011btnou transkripci mRNA endogenn\u00ed aktivitou LINE-1, zbytkovou plazmidovou DNA nebo vektorem zprost\u0159edkovanou aktivitou promotoru \u2013 co\u017e zvy\u0161uje mo\u017enost perzistentn\u00ed transkripce nebo genomov\u00e9 integrace.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Aktivace proteazomu<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b v d\u016fsledku perzistence spike proteinu a akumulace chybn\u011b slo\u017een\u00fdch protein\u016f.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed dysfunkce a koagulopatie:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Geny reguluj\u00edc\u00ed angiogenezi a koagulaci byly downregulov\u00e1ny \u2013 co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 trombotick\u00fdm komplikac\u00edm po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Onkogenn\u00ed sign\u00e1ly<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">aktivuj\u00ed MYC a potla\u010duj\u00ed inhibitory p53 a KRAS, \u010d\u00edm\u017e vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed podm\u00ednky pro r\u016fst n\u00e1doru.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Dal\u0161\u00ed varovn\u00e9 sign\u00e1ly ve skupin\u011b s rakovinou<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Genomick\u00e1 nestabilita a epigenetick\u00e9 p\u0159eprogramov\u00e1n\u00ed:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Siln\u00e1 upregulace gen\u016f spojen\u00fdch s remodelac\u00ed chromatinu, metylac\u00ed DNA a posunut\u00edm nukleosom\u016f \u2013 charakteristick\u00e9 znaky \u010dasn\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoje n\u00e1doru.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Hyperaktivace sign\u00e1ln\u00edch drah interferonu typu I a Toll-like receptor\u016f (TLR).<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Trval\u00e1 stimulace imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm TLR, IRF a JAK-STAT \u2013 typick\u00e1 pro chronick\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt a \u00fanik z imunitn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu p\u0159ed rakovinou.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed exprese ACE2:<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Ob\u011b skupiny vykazovaly silnou supresi ACE2, \u010d\u00edm\u017e aktivovaly kask\u00e1du Ang-II \u2192 AT1R \u2192 NF-\u03baB\/MAPK \u2013 zn\u00e1m\u00fd cyklus podporuj\u00edc\u00ed vznik n\u00e1dor\u016f a z\u00e1n\u011bt\u016f.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pokud je n\u00e1m zn\u00e1mo, jedn\u00e1 se o prvn\u00ed studii, kter\u00e1 prok\u00e1zala dlouhodob\u00e9 genetick\u00e9 poruchy u lid\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00fdch injekcemi mRNA COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Tyto v\u00fdsledky siln\u011b nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">mRNA vakc\u00edny mohou indukovat profily genov\u00e9 exprese, kter\u00e9 jsou konzistentn\u00ed s tvorbou n\u00e1dor\u016f a chronick\u00fdmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Jedinci o\u010dkovan\u00ed mRNA mohou m\u00edt zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko rakoviny, imunitn\u00ed dysfunkce a z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Syntetick\u00e1 mRNA a dlouhotrvaj\u00edc\u00ed spike protein vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fd stres, kter\u00fd naru\u0161uje norm\u00e1ln\u00ed genetickou regulaci.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Tyto signatury nazna\u010duj\u00ed mo\u017enou genomovou integraci mRNA a\/nebo plazmidov\u00e9 DNA vakc\u00edny.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Cesta t\u00e9to studie \u2013 od rekordn\u00edho ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho z\u00e1jmu p\u0159es koordinovanou cenzuru a\u017e po jej\u00ed kone\u010dnou recenzovanou publikaci \u2013 odhaluje hlubokou krizi v modern\u00edm v\u011bdeck\u00e9m \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pokus o poh\u0159ben\u00ed t\u00e9to pr\u00e1ce sta\u017een\u00edm preprintu, smaz\u00e1n\u00edm platforem a davov\u00fdm vynucov\u00e1n\u00edm pr\u00e1va data nevyvr\u00e1til. Pouze potvrdil hrozbu, kterou tato zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed pro biofarmaceutick\u00fd komplex.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Navzdory ve\u0161ker\u00e9mu tomuto \u00fasil\u00ed v\u011bda p\u0159etrv\u00e1vala. Data obst\u00e1la pod nez\u00e1visl\u00fdm zkoum\u00e1n\u00edm. Rukopis pro\u0161el extern\u00edm recenzn\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm.
