Tato tvrzen\u00ed neust\u00e1le opakuj\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ady, ov\u011b\u0159ovatel\u00e9 fakt\u016f, m\u00e9dia a zdravotnick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, p\u0159esto\u017ee nikdy nebyly provedeny \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 dlouhodob\u00e9 studie biodistribuce u lid\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nov\u00e1, recenzovan\u00e1 studie publikovan\u00e1 v\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u010dasopise Annals of Case Reports<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0s n\u00e1zvem\u00a0<\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gavinpublishers.com\/article\/view\/detection-of-pfizer-biontech-messenger-rna-covid19-vaccine-in-human-blood-placenta-and-semen\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.gavinpublishers.com\/article\/view\/detection-of-pfizer-biontech-messenger-rna-covid19-vaccine-in-human-blood-placenta-and-semen\"><span dir=\"auto\">Detekce vakc\u00edny Pfizer BioNTech Messenger RNA COVID-19 v lidsk\u00e9 krvi, placent\u011b a spermatu<\/span><\/a><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0tomuto narativu u\u010din\u00ed konec.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci z Bar-Ilan University a n\u011bkolika izraelsk\u00fdch l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch center pou\u017eili\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">vno\u0159enou PCR<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0v kombinaci se\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Sangerov\u00fdm sekvenov\u00e1n\u00edm<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u2013 mnohem citliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a specifi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00ed metodu ne\u017e standardn\u00ed qPCR pou\u017eit\u00e1 v p\u0159edchoz\u00edch studi\u00edch \u2013 k vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed mRNA viru Pfizer v lidsk\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00edch od 34 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b 22 t\u011bhotn\u00fdch \u017een, 4 mu\u017esk\u00fdch d\u00e1rc\u016f spermi\u00ed (8 vzork\u016f) a 8 dal\u0161\u00edch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jejich zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jsou hluboce znepokojiv\u00e1:\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">88 % t\u011bhotn\u00fdch \u017een o\u010dkovan\u00fdch b\u011bhem posledn\u00edch 100 dn\u016f vykazovalo detekovatelnou mRNA vakc\u00edny Pfizer jak v krvi, tak v placent\u00e1rn\u00ed tk\u00e1ni.<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Mezi mu\u017esk\u00fdmi d\u00e1rci spermi\u00ed m\u011blo\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">100 %<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed produkovali spermie, mRNA vakc\u00edny ve spermi\u00edch a\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">50 %<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0ji m\u011blo v semenn\u00e9 tekutin\u011b \u2013 a to dlouho po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Je\u0161t\u011b znepokojiv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je, \u017ee\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">mRNA Pfizeru byla detekov\u00e1na u 50 % neo\u010dkovan\u00fdch \u017een<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u2013 u dvou v placent\u011b i krvi a u jedn\u00e9 pouze v krvi; toto zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nut\u00ed v\u011bdeckou komunitu konfrontovat se s realitou vylu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00edrusu, co\u017e \u00fa\u0159ady kategoricky pop\u00edraj\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nejpozoruhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je, \u017ee\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">mRNA byla st\u00e1le p\u0159\u00edtomna u 50 % jedinc\u016f v\u00edce ne\u017e 200 dn\u00ed po injekci.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Toto je dosud nejjasn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u016fkaz toho, \u017ee injekce se nerozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 \u201eb\u011bhem n\u011bkolika hodin\u201c \u2013 ale m\u00edsto toho\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">p\u0159etrv\u00e1v\u00e1, cirkuluje a hromad\u00ed se v lidsk\u00fdch reproduk\u010dn\u00edch a fet\u00e1ln\u00edch tk\u00e1n\u00edch.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">D\u016fsledky jsou obrovsk\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">METODY: PRO\u010c JE TATO STUDIE \u00daSP\u011a\u0160N\u00c1 TAM, KDE JIN\u00c9 SELHALY<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jedn\u00edm z nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch aspekt\u016f t\u00e9to pr\u00e1ce je jej\u00ed metodologie. Zat\u00edmco p\u0159edchoz\u00ed studie nedok\u00e1zaly detekovat mRNA vakc\u00edny, auto\u0159i p\u0159esn\u011b vysv\u011btluj\u00ed pro\u010d: pou\u017eili\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">qPCR<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, kter\u00e1 nen\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b citliv\u00e1 k detekci RNA v mal\u00fdch mno\u017estv\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edce po injekci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nov\u00e1 studie m\u00edsto toho pou\u017eila\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">nested PCR<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, dvoukrokovou amplifika\u010dn\u00ed techniku, kter\u00e1 dramaticky zvy\u0161uje senzitivitu a specificitu, n\u00e1sledovanou\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Sangerov\u00fdm sekvenov\u00e1n\u00edm<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, kter\u00e9 doslova p\u0159e\u010dte amplifikovanou sekvenci a potvrd\u00ed, \u017ee se shoduje s konstruktem Pfizer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ka\u017ed\u00fd pozitivn\u00ed v\u00fdsledek byl pova\u017eov\u00e1n za platn\u00fd pouze tehdy, pokud se objevil alespo\u0148 ve\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">t\u0159ech ze \u010dty\u0159 nez\u00e1visl\u00fdch technick\u00fdch opakov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se sn\u00ed\u017eila pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee by \u0161um v pozad\u00ed nebo n\u00e1hodn\u00e1 kontaminace mohly ovlivnit v\u00fdsledky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tento p\u0159\u00edstup se z\u00e1sadn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed od PCR test\u016f pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch b\u011bhem pandemie k diagnostice \u201ep\u0159\u00edpad\u016f COVID\u201c. Tyto testy se spol\u00e9haly na jednokrokovou qPCR s extr\u00e9mn\u011b vysok\u00fdmi prahov\u00fdmi hodnotami cykl\u016f \u2013 \u010dasto 35\u201345 cykl\u016f \u2013 kde \u0161um na pozad\u00ed, stopov\u00e1 kontaminace a ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 fragmenty RNA mohou v\u00e9st k fale\u0161n\u011b pozitivn\u00edm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Metoda pou\u017eit\u00e1 v t\u00e9to nov\u00e9 studii v\u0161ak vy\u017eaduje:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">dv\u011b \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 kola nav\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed primer\u016f a amplifikace,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Reprodukovatelnost p\u0159i v\u00edce opakov\u00e1n\u00edch,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">a pot\u00e9 nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 potvrzen\u00ed sekvence k ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed identity produktu.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jin\u00fdmi slovy, diagnostick\u00e1 PCR pro COVID dok\u00e1zala detekovat ka\u017ed\u00fd fragment virov\u00e9 RNA a ozna\u010dit jej jako \u201epozitivn\u00ed\u201c, zat\u00edmco vno\u0159en\u00e1 PCR plus sekvenov\u00e1n\u00ed v t\u00e9to studii dok\u00e1\u017ee dok\u00e1zat\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">pouze<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0jednu v\u011bc:\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">p\u0159esnou sekvenci mRNA Pfizeru<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, ov\u011b\u0159enou p\u00edsmeno po p\u00edsmenu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee v\u011bdci\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">nezaznamenali \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd \u201e\u0161um\u201c<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u2013 detekovali\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">skute\u010dnou, molekul\u00e1rn\u011b potvrzenou mRNA vakc\u00edny<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0.<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">Jedn\u00e1 se o\u00a0dosud\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">nejp\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup k t\u00e9to ot\u00e1zce.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">mRNA vakc\u00edny detekov\u00e1na v placent\u011b<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">U 88 %<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u017een o\u010dkovan\u00fdch do 100 dn\u016f po porodu byla v krvi\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">a<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0placent\u011b detekovateln\u00e1 mRNA.<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">I po\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">230\u2013251 dnech<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0byla v n\u011bkter\u00fdch placent\u00e1ch st\u00e1le nalezena vakcina\u010dn\u00ed RNA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To je v rozporu s jak\u00fdmkoli ofici\u00e1ln\u00edm prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm, \u017ee mRNA \u201enedosahuje placenty\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">mRNA ve spermi\u00edch a semenn\u00e9 tekutin\u011b<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ze \u010dty\u0159 o\u010dkovan\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">T\u0159i z nich m\u011bly \u017eivotaschopn\u00e9 spermie \u2013 a\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">100 %<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0z nich m\u011blo ve spermi\u00edch mRNA Pfizeru.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Dva m\u011bli v semenn\u00e9 tekutin\u011b detekovatelnou mRNA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Mu\u017e, kter\u00fd byl o\u010dkov\u00e1n p\u0159ed 168 dny, m\u011bl st\u00e1le mRNA ve spermi\u00edch.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 z\u00e1va\u017en\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky ohledn\u011b mu\u017esk\u00e9 plodnosti, expozice z\u00e1rode\u010dn\u00e9 linie a mo\u017en\u00e9ho p\u0159enosu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Dlouhodob\u00e1 perzistence<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V krvi a placent\u00e1rn\u00ed tk\u00e1ni:<\/span><br \/>\n<strong><span dir=\"auto\">Polovina<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0testovan\u00fdch jedinc\u016f v\u00edce ne\u017e 200 dn\u00ed po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1le m\u011bla detekovatelnou mRNA Pfizeru.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To je daleko za r\u00e1mec toho, co tvrdila spole\u010dnost Pfizer, regula\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny a zdravotnick\u00e9 org\u00e1ny.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Detekce mRNA u neo\u010dkovan\u00fdch t\u011bhotn\u00fdch \u017een<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Asi nej\u0161okuj\u00edc\u00ed zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">50 % neo\u010dkovan\u00fdch t\u011bhotn\u00fdch \u017een m\u011blo detekovatelnou mRNA Pfizeru.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Dv\u011b neo\u010dkovan\u00e9 \u017eeny m\u011bly mRNA v krvi i v placent\u011b.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Dal\u0161\u00ed neo\u010dkovan\u00e1 \u017eena m\u011bla v krvi mRNA.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Auto\u0159i v\u00fdslovn\u011b uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">&#8222;Zdroj t\u00e9to RNA je st\u00e1le t\u0159eba prozkoumat.&#8220;<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o prvn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd
