Tyto amyloidn\u00ed mikrosra\u017eeniny, kter\u00e9 se \u010dast\u011bji vyskytuj\u00ed u pacient\u016f s COVID-19 o\u010dkovan\u00fdch mRNA, byly rozpu\u0161t\u011bny in vitro \u2013 tedy ve zkumavce. Jedn\u00e1 se o d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd z\u00e1kladn\u00ed v\u00fdzkum, kter\u00fd snad bude potvrzen v budouc\u00edch studi\u00edch na lidech.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie publikovan\u00e1 v \u010dasopise Journal of Experimental and Clinical Application of Chinese Medicine pod n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ojs.exploverpub.com\/index.php\/jecacm\/article\/view\/201\"><span dir=\"auto\">Automatizovan\u00e9 mikroskopick\u00e9 m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed fibrinaloidn\u00edch mikrosra\u017eenin a jejich degradace nattokin\u00e1zou, hlavn\u00ed natto prote\u00e1zou<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\"> \u201c, tak nab\u00edz\u00ed zaj\u00edmav\u00fd vhled do \u00fa\u010dinku enzymu. Je v\u011bdecky nesporn\u00e9, \u017ee infekce virem SARS-CoV-2, stejn\u011b jako kontroverzn\u00ed vakc\u00edny proti koronaviru, mohou v\u00e9st k poruch\u00e1m sr\u00e1\u017elivosti krve. Mikrotromby byly pops\u00e1ny jak u t\u011b\u017ece nemocn\u00fdch pacient\u016f, tak u pacient\u016f po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho americk\u00e9ho epidemiologa Nicolase Hulschera cirkulovaly v krvi v\u0161ech o\u010dkovan\u00fdch jedinc\u016f v jeho kohort\u011b mikrosra\u017eeniny amyloid-fibrinu.\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.thefocalpoints.com\/p\/study-finds-nattokinase-dissolves\"><span dir=\"auto\">P\u00ed\u0161e<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eJak jsem informoval p\u0159ed n\u011bkolika dny, ned\u00e1vno recenzovan\u00e1 studie uk\u00e1zala hluboce alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdsledek: 100 procent vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00fdch o\u010dkovan\u00fdch jedinc\u016f m\u011blo v krvi mikrosra\u017eeniny amyloid-fibrinogenu.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">Jedn\u00e1 se o stejn\u00e9 thioflavin T-pozitivn\u00ed sra\u017eeniny rezistentn\u00ed na fibrinol\u00fdzu s \u03b2-skl\u00e1dan\u00fdm listem, kter\u00e9 jsou nyn\u00ed \u0161iroce pozorov\u00e1ny u pacient\u016f s dlouhodobou d\u00e1vkou COVID-19 a dlouhodob\u011b o\u010dkovan\u00fdch pacient\u016f v d\u016fsledku expozice proteinu s vysok\u00fdm obsahem proteinu. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee abnorm\u00e1ln\u00ed mikrosra\u017eeniny jsou tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou dlouh\u00fdch, b\u00edl\u00fdch, vl\u00e1knit\u00fdch sra\u017eenin, kter\u00e9 balzamova\u010di po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b odstra\u0148uj\u00ed z mrtvol.<\/span><\/em><br \/>\n<em><span dir=\"auto\">Jejich p\u0159\u00edtomnost u v\u0161ech testovan\u00fdch o\u010dkovan\u00fdch jedinc\u016f nazna\u010duje krizi, kterou l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 komunita dosud neuznala \u2013 a kter\u00e1 nyn\u00ed vy\u017eaduje okam\u017eitou v\u011bdeckou pozornost. Pokud jsou tak roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9, jak nazna\u010duj\u00ed prvn\u00ed \u00fadaje, nejnal\u00e9hav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou je: Jak je m\u016f\u017eeme odstranit?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Stoj\u00ed za to prozkoumat biochemick\u00e9 mechanismy, kter\u00e9 Hulscher zd\u016fraz\u0148uje. V recenzovan\u00e9 studii, kterou cituje, enzym nattokin\u00e1za prok\u00e1zal svou schopnost degradovat amyloid-fibrinogenov\u00e9 struktury in vitro. P\u0159i vysok\u00fdch d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch se sn\u00ed\u017eil po\u010det mikrosra\u017eenin a\u017e o 84 procent, fluorescence amyloidu se sn\u00ed\u017eila o 52 procent a pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 velikost sra\u017eeniny se zmen\u0161ila o 20 procent. Ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vky tak\u00e9 vedly k m\u011b\u0159iteln\u00e9mu sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nattokin\u00e1za je fibrinolytick\u00fd enzym, kter\u00fd napad\u00e1 struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed integritu amyloidn\u00edch mikrosra\u017eenin \u2013 co\u017e je schopnost, kterou v sou\u010dasnosti \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd schv\u00e1len\u00fd trombolytick\u00fd l\u00e9k v kombinaci s degradac\u00ed spike protein\u016f nedosahuje. Hulscher zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o jeden z m\u00e1la potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch neinvazivn\u00edch zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak sn\u00ed\u017eit z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e mikrosra\u017eenin. Epidemiolog proto vyz\u00fdv\u00e1 k rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdm, standardizovan\u00fdm studi\u00edm, kter\u00e9 by ur\u010dily prevalenci t\u011bchto mikrosra\u017eenin. Sou\u010dasn\u011b mus\u00ed klinick\u00e9 studie zkoumat terapeutick\u00fd v\u00fdznam enzym\u016f, jako je nattokin\u00e1za, vhodn\u00e9 d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed a souvisej\u00edc\u00ed rizika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To op\u011bt ukazuje d\u016fle\u017eitost takov\u00e9ho z\u00e1kladn\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu, pokud jde o l\u00e9\u010dbu vedlej\u0161\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f vakc\u00edn.
