Tyto slevy se vztahuj\u00ed i \u200b\u200bna nov\u00e9, luxusn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed byty, kter\u00e9 se d\u0159\u00edve pronaj\u00edmaly mnohem rychleji.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ziskovost pron\u00e1jmu byt\u016f tak\u00e9 m\u00edrn\u011b kles\u00e1. Investov\u00e1n\u00ed do pron\u00e1jmu byt\u016f se st\u00e1v\u00e1 obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm kv\u016fli rostouc\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm na \u00fadr\u017ebu, regula\u010dn\u00edm rizik\u016fm a konkurenci ze strany institucion\u00e1ln\u00edch pronaj\u00edmatel\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle den\u00edku \u201eRzeczpospolita\u201c lze ke konci roku o\u010dek\u00e1vat zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd z\u00e1jem o pron\u00e1jem, proto\u017ee n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 si budou cht\u00edt zajistit byt pro sebe, proto\u017ee se ob\u00e1vaj\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9ho r\u016fstu cen od ledna.
