Zejm\u00e9na dlouh\u00e9 sezen\u00ed zvy\u0161uje riziko kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Nov\u00e1 studie v\u0161ak nab\u00edz\u00ed nad\u011bji, \u017ee by tyto \u00fa\u010dinky mohly b\u00fdt zm\u00edrn\u011bny.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">St\u00e1le v\u00edce lid\u00ed v dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b tr\u00e1v\u00ed \u010das vsed\u011b. Mlad\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00ed sed\u00ed v pr\u016fm\u011bru asi \u0161est hodin denn\u011b. Probl\u00e9m je v\u0161ak v tom, \u017ee i kr\u00e1tk\u00e1 obdob\u00ed ne\u010dinnosti mohou v\u00e9st ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed elasticity tepen. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tato schopnost \u2013 odborn\u00fd term\u00edn je dilatace zprost\u0159edkovan\u00e1 pr\u016ftokem (FMD) \u2013 je nezbytn\u00e1 pro zdrav\u00e9 c\u00e9vy. P\u0159edchoz\u00ed studie uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed FMD o pouh\u00e9 1 procento m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko infarktu a mrtvice o 13 procent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nov\u00e1 studie z Birminghamsk\u00e9 univerzity, publikovan\u00e1 v \u010dasopise The Journal of Physiology pod n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/physoc.onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/10.1113\/JP289038\"><span dir=\"auto\">Flavanoly v potrav\u011b zachov\u00e1vaj\u00ed endoteli\u00e1ln\u00ed funkci horn\u00edch a doln\u00edch kon\u010detin b\u011bhem sezen\u00ed u mlad\u00fdch zdrav\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f s vysokou i n\u00edzkou fyzickou kondic\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u201c, v\u0161ak vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 rozruch. Ukazuje, \u017ee ur\u010dit\u00e9 potraviny \u2013 zejm\u00e9na ty bohat\u00e9 na flavanoly \u2013 by mohly alespo\u0148 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b zm\u00edrnit \u0161kodliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky sezen\u00ed na na\u0161e c\u00e9vy. Mezi tyto potraviny pat\u0159\u00ed \u010daj, bobule, jablka, o\u0159echy a kakao.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdzkumn\u00fd t\u00fdm Catariny Rendeiro cht\u011bl zjistit, zda by potraviny bohat\u00e9 na flavanoly mohly tento \u00fa\u010dinek zm\u00edrnit. Za t\u00edmto \u00fa\u010delem oslovili 40 zdrav\u00fdch mlad\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f: polovina byla atleticky zdatn\u00e1, druh\u00e1 polovina m\u00e9n\u011b. V\u0161ichni \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci museli sed\u011bt dv\u011b hodiny \u2013 p\u0159edt\u00edm v\u0161ak vypili bu\u010f n\u00e1poj s vysok\u00fdm obsahem flavanolu (695 mg), nebo n\u00e1poj s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem flavanolu (5,6 mg). B\u011bhem sezen\u00ed byly m\u011b\u0159eny r\u016fzn\u00e9 parametry: krevn\u00ed tlak, pr\u016ftok krve, elasticita tepen a p\u0159\u00edsun kysl\u00edku do sval\u016f nohou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdsledek: U mu\u017e\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed dostali n\u00e1poj s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem flavanol\u016f, byl po dvou hodin\u00e1ch sezen\u00ed pozorov\u00e1n o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd vzorec ztuhlej\u0161\u00edch tepen, vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho krevn\u00edho tlaku, hor\u0161\u00edho krevn\u00edho ob\u011bhu a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edsunu kysl\u00edku do nohou. Toto bylo nez\u00e1visl\u00e9 na osobn\u00ed \u00farovni fyzick\u00e9 zdatnosti mu\u017e\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Skupina, kter\u00e1 konzumovala kakao s vysok\u00fdm obsahem flavanol\u016f, si vedla zcela jinak: zde hodnoty z\u016fstaly stabiln\u00ed. Jejich c\u00e9vy se chovaly, jako by nesed\u011bly dv\u011b hodiny v kuse. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, flavanoly c\u00e9vy chr\u00e1nily \u2013 fyzick\u00e1 kondice nehr\u00e1la \u017e\u00e1dnou roli. Podle v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f se kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm mechanismem, kter\u00fd za t\u00edm stoj\u00ed, jev\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 produkce oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho (NO), molekuly, kter\u00e1 roz\u0161i\u0159uje a uvol\u0148uje c\u00e9vy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie se zam\u011b\u0159ila v\u00fdhradn\u011b na mu\u017ee. Nebylo to z neznalosti, ale proto, \u017ee \u017eensk\u00fd menstrua\u010dn\u00ed cyklus m\u016f\u017ee ovliv\u0148ovat c\u00e9vy a \u00fa\u010dinky flavanol\u016f. Zahrnut\u00ed mu\u017e\u016f do studie by zkreslilo v\u00fdsledky. V\u011bdci v\u0161ak zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee by se mohlo jednat o zaj\u00edmavou oblast budouc\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ti, kte\u0159\u00ed hodn\u011b sed\u00ed (zejm\u00e9na na dlouh\u00fdch cest\u00e1ch), mohou pro sv\u00e9 c\u00e9vy ud\u011blat n\u011bco t\u00edm, \u017ee si daj\u00ed \u0161\u00e1lek \u010daje (zelen\u00e9ho nebo \u010dern\u00e9ho), budou j\u00edst bobule a o\u0159echy, ale i jablka a \u0161vestky a budou konzumovat kakao a \u010dokol\u00e1dov\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky bohat\u00e9 na flavonoly.
