Studie popisuje c\u00edlenou produkci a experiment\u00e1ln\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed syntetick\u00fdch variant H7N7 u \u017eiv\u00fdch ku\u0159at.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Publikace p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed v dob\u011b, kdy\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/jonfleetwood.substack.com\/p\/who-builds-international-pandemic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/jonfleetwood.substack.com\/p\/who-builds-international-pandemic\"><span dir=\"auto\">WHO<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0v r\u00e1mci nov\u00e9 pandemick\u00e9 dohody zav\u00e1d\u00ed st\u00e1l\u00fd mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed syst\u00e9m pro sb\u011br, skladov\u00e1n\u00ed a redistribuci patogen\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pr\u00e1ce proveden\u00e1 v\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Agentu\u0159e pro zdrav\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159at a rostlin (APHA-Weybridge)<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0rekonstruovala muta\u010dn\u00ed dr\u00e1hu, kterou se n\u00edzkopatogenn\u00ed pta\u010d\u00ed ch\u0159ipka transformuje na smrteln\u011b vysoce patogenn\u00ed kmen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie potvrzuje, \u017ee vl\u00e1dn\u00ed v\u011bdci vytvo\u0159ili\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">dva geneticky modifikovan\u00e9 viry ch\u0159ipky<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, kter\u00e9 byly modifikov\u00e1ny p\u0159esn\u011b v m\u00edst\u011b molekul\u00e1rn\u00edho p\u0159ep\u00edna\u010de, jen\u017e transformuje m\u00edrnou pta\u010d\u00ed ch\u0159ipku do jej\u00ed vysoce patogenn\u00ed formy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u010cl\u00e1nek \u2013 \u201e\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Infekce nosnic v m\u00edst\u011b chovu za \u00fa\u010delem posouzen\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed b\u011bhem v\u00fdskytu vysoce patogenn\u00ed pta\u010d\u00ed ch\u0159ipky H7N7 v nosnici<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u201c \u2013 vysv\u011btluje, \u017ee v\u011bdci z APHA vytvo\u0159ili dva rekombinantn\u00ed viry H7N7 pomoc\u00ed reverzn\u00ed genetiky (\u201eRG\u201c):<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eDva \u017eivotaschopn\u00e9 rekombinantn\u00ed LPAIV zachr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e9 pomoc\u00ed RG byly geneticky identick\u00e9 s izolovan\u00fdm H7N7-HPAIV, s v\u00fdjimkou CS; jeden obsahoval DBCS (H7N7-DBCS) a druh\u00fd SBCS (H7N7-SBCS).\u201c<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tyto um\u011ble vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 viry byly pot\u00e9 pou\u017eity k infikov\u00e1n\u00ed skupin ku\u0159at podle\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00farovn\u011b SAPO 4 \/ \u00farovn\u011b ACDP 3<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u2013 co\u017e jsou nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b bezpe\u010dnosti pro zv\u00ed\u0159ec\u00ed patogeny ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tento pokus vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 obavy o n\u00e1rodn\u00ed bezpe\u010dnost, zejm\u00e9na pot\u00e9, co\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">americk\u00fd Kongres, B\u00edl\u00fd d\u016fm, ministerstvo energetiky, FBI, CIA a n\u011bmeck\u00e1 BND<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0potvrdily, \u017ee pandemie COVID-19 byla pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b v\u00fdsledkem laboratorn\u011b manipulovan\u00e9ho patogenn\u00edho konstruktu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Vl\u00e1dy po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed podobn\u00e9 experimenty s patogeny pta\u010d\u00ed ch\u0159ipky.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Nov\u00e9 viry pta\u010d\u00ed ch\u0159ipky s um\u011ble vytvo\u0159en\u00fdmi \u0161t\u011bpn\u00fdmi m\u00edsty<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Um\u011ble vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 viry se li\u0161ily pouze v\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">m\u00edst\u011b \u0161t\u011bpen\u00ed hemaglutininu (HA)<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, co\u017e je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed faktor, kter\u00fd ur\u010duje, zda virus pta\u010d\u00ed ch\u0159ipky z\u016fstane n\u00edzkopatogenn\u00ed, nebo se stane syst\u00e9mov\u011b let\u00e1ln\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">H7N7-SBCS:<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0syntetick\u00fd virus s \u201ejednobazick\u00fdm\u201c \u0161t\u011bpn\u00fdm m\u00edstem<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span dir=\"auto\">H7N7-DBCS:<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0syntetick\u00fd virus s \u201edibazick\u00fdm\u201c \u0161t\u011bpn\u00fdm m\u00edstem<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Oba konstrukty si zachovaly v\u0161echny vnit\u0159n\u00ed geny zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho vysoce patogenn\u00edho kmene H7N7. APHA tak vytvo\u0159ila\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">n\u00edzkopatogenn\u00ed verze vysoce patogenn\u00edho viru<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, jeho\u017e \u0161t\u011bpn\u00e1 m\u00edsta byla specificky manipulov\u00e1na.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u010cl\u00e1nek vysv\u011btluje:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eViry SBCS, DBCS a MBCS (HPAIV) byly jinak geneticky identick\u00e9 (v\u010detn\u011b vnit\u0159n\u00edch gen\u016f).\u201c<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jin\u00fdmi slovy,<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">vzali genom vysoce patogenn\u00edho viru pta\u010d\u00ed ch\u0159ipky, zm\u011bnili m\u00edsto \u0161t\u011bpen\u00ed tak, aby se jevil jako \u201en\u00edzce patogenn\u00ed\u201c, a pot\u00e9 infikovali ku\u0159ata, aby sledovali, zda se znovu m\u016f\u017ee objevit vysoce patogenn\u00ed forma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jedn\u00e1 se o stejnou mutaci v m\u00edst\u011b \u0161t\u011bpen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 historicky prom\u011bnila viry H5 a H7 ve smrteln\u00e9 kmeny.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 viry vykazovaly nov\u00e9 funk\u010dn\u00ed chov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">P\u0159esto\u017ee byly um\u011bl\u00e9 viry vyrobeny jako modely s \u201en\u00edzkou cestou\u201c, vykazovaly\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">pozoruhodn\u00e9 nov\u00e9 biologick\u00e9 vlastnosti<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">M\u00edra infekce se v\u00fdrazn\u011b li\u0161ila.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Virus DBCS se choval sp\u00ed\u0161e jako vysoce patogenn\u00ed prekurzorov\u00e9 st\u00e1dium.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">Ku\u0159ata p\u0159e\u017eila po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed infekci \u2013 ale pozd\u011bji, po kontaktu s vysoce patogenn\u00edm virem,\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">v 95 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0ztratila smrtelnou virovou n\u00e1lo\u017e .<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u010cl\u00e1nek uv\u00e1d\u00ed:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eP\u0159edchoz\u00ed expozice viru H7N7-LPAIV nezabr\u00e1nila replikaci viru H7N7-HPAIV&#8230; 20\/21 (95 %) vylou\u010dilo virus H7N7-HP.\u201c<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zv\u00ed\u0159ata se navenek jevila zdrav\u00e1, ale \u0161\u00ed\u0159ila smrt\u00edc\u00ed virus \u2013 co\u017e je epidemiologicky nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 chov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je atypick\u00e9 pro p\u0159irozen\u00e1 ohniska vysoce patogenn\u00ed pta\u010d\u00ed ch\u0159ipky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 super\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed:\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">zd\u00e1nliv\u011b zdrav\u00ed pt\u00e1ci \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed smrt\u00edc\u00ed viry<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0ve vod\u011b, podest\u00fdlce a okoln\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Vzorky z prost\u0159ed\u00ed to potvrdily:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eKontaminace \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed virem H7N7-HPAIV se objevila\u2026 v pitn\u00e9 vod\u011b a ve sm\u011bs\u00edch sl\u00e1my a trusu.\u201c<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Postupn\u00e1 simulace v\u00fdvojov\u00e9ho procesu vysoce patogenn\u00ed pta\u010d\u00ed ch\u0159ipky<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie se explicitn\u011b zam\u011b\u0159ila na replikaci sledu\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">ud\u00e1lost\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, kter\u00fdmi se z n\u00edzkopatogenn\u00edho kmene stane vysoce patogenn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Auto\u0159i p\u00ed\u0161\u00ed:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eNa\u0161e sou\u010dasn\u00e1 studie si kladla za c\u00edl modelovat postupn\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti&#8230;
