V mnoha zem\u00edch je dostupn\u00fd voln\u011b prodejn\u00fd dopln\u011bk ve form\u011b syntetick\u00e9ho melatoninu. Ten se \u0161iroce propaguje jako bezpe\u010dn\u00e1 \u201ep\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed\u201c pom\u016fcka na span\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci v\u0161ak moment\u00e1ln\u011b varuj\u00ed, \u017ee dlouhodob\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed tohoto synteticky vyroben\u00e9ho hormonu nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt tak ne\u0161kodn\u00e9, jak se kdysi myslelo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ve studii, kterou vedl Dr. Ekenedilichukwu Nnadi z organizace SUNY Downstate\/Kings County Primary Care v Brooklynu, v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci analyzovali \u00fadaje od v\u00edce ne\u017e 130 000 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch s nespavost\u00ed pomoc\u00ed TriNetX Global Research Network, mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed datab\u00e1ze elektronick\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch z\u00e1znam\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvali melatonin alespo\u0148 jeden rok, byli srovn\u00e1v\u00e1ni s t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed trp\u011bli nespavost\u00ed, ale nikdy melatonin neu\u017e\u00edvali. Lid\u00e9 s p\u0159edchoz\u00ed diagn\u00f3zou srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed nebo lid\u00e9, kter\u00fdm byly p\u0159edeps\u00e1ny jin\u00e9 l\u00e9ky na span\u00ed, byli ze studie vylou\u010deni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">B\u011bhem p\u011bti let bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee dosp\u011bl\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b u\u017e\u00edvali melatonin, m\u011bli o 90 procent vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko vzniku srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed jej neu\u017e\u00edvali (4,6 procenta oproti 2,7 procenta).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Sekund\u00e1rn\u00ed anal\u00fdza uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee ti, kte\u0159\u00ed m\u011bli p\u0159edepsan\u00e9 alespo\u0148 dva melatoninov\u00e9 l\u00e9ky, m\u011bli o 82 procent vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost vzniku srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Rizika p\u0159itom p\u0159esahovala r\u00e1mec diagn\u00f3zy \u2013 u\u017eivatel\u00e9 melatoninu vykazovali 3,5kr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost hospitalizace pro srde\u010dn\u00ed selh\u00e1n\u00ed a t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dvakr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost \u00famrt\u00ed z jak\u00e9koli p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011bmi, kte\u0159\u00ed tento dopln\u011bk neu\u017e\u00edvali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eDopl\u0148ky melatoninu nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt tak ne\u0161kodn\u00e9, jak se b\u011b\u017en\u011b p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1,\u201c<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Dr. Nnadi.\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u201ePokud se na\u0161e studie potvrd\u00ed, mohlo by to ovlivnit zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm l\u00e9ka\u0159i rad\u00ed pacient\u016fm ohledn\u011b p\u0159\u00edpravk\u016f na span\u00ed.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h3><span dir=\"auto\">Odborn\u00edci varuj\u00ed, \u017ee dlouhodob\u00e1 rizika melatoninu pro srdce nejsou jasn\u00e1<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Odborn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed se studie nez\u00fa\u010dastnili, vyj\u00e1d\u0159ili podobnou opatrnost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dr. Marie-Pierre St-Ongeov\u00e1, autorka v\u011bdeck\u00e9ho prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Americk\u00e9 kardiologick\u00e9 asociace<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0z roku 2025 o sp\u00e1nku a kardiometabolick\u00e9m zdrav\u00ed, vyj\u00e1d\u0159ila p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed nad t\u00edm, \u017ee n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed pacienti u\u017e\u00edvali melatonin nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e rok.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jak poznamenala, melatonin v USA nen\u00ed indikov\u00e1n k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b nespavosti a zd\u016fraznila, \u017ee by se nem\u011bl u\u017e\u00edvat dlouhodob\u011b bez l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9ho doporu\u010den\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">A\u010dkoli uveden\u00e1 zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed obavy, v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee studie nedokazuje p\u0159\u00edmou souvislost melatoninu a srde\u010dn\u00edho selh\u00e1n\u00ed.
