V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci vyu\u017eili kombinaci um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence a lidsk\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy k proset\u00ed 58 881 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se p\u011bti nejziskov\u011bj\u0161\u00edch fitness aplikac\u00ed na sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zam\u011b\u0159ili se na 13 799 p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvk\u016f vyjad\u0159uj\u00edc\u00edch negativn\u00ed n\u00e1lady a odhalili konzistentn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh o tr\u00e1pen\u00ed se u\u017eivatel\u016f. \u00dast\u0159edn\u00edm konfliktem nebyl nedostatek v\u016fle, ale boj s c\u00edli generovan\u00fdmi aplikacemi, kter\u00e9 u\u017eivatel\u00e9 ozna\u010dovali za nedosa\u017eiteln\u00e9 a demoralizuj\u00edc\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">J\u00e1dro probl\u00e9mu spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v automatizovan\u00fdch algoritmech, kter\u00e9 vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1vaj\u00ed denn\u00ed kalorick\u00e9 c\u00edle. U\u017eivatel\u00e9 jednodu\u0161e zadaj\u00ed svoji aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed a c\u00edlovou hmotnost a software vygeneruje p\u0159esn\u00fd denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem stravy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tyto v\u00fdpo\u010dty v\u0161ak \u010dasto ignoruj\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed biologick\u00e9 skute\u010dnosti. P\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek jednoho u\u017eivatele pouk\u00e1zal na tuto absurditu a uvedl, \u017ee jeho aplikace doporu\u010duje konzumovat minus 700 kalori\u00ed denn\u011b k dosa\u017een\u00ed c\u00edle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dal\u0161\u00ed u\u017eivatel varoval, \u017ee slep\u00e9 dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed doporu\u010den\u00ed aplikac\u00ed by mohlo v\u00e9st k nezdrav\u00e9mu a neudr\u017eiteln\u00e9mu kalorick\u00e9mu deficitu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Kdy\u017e se \u017eivot ne\u0159\u00edd\u00ed programem<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie zjistila, \u017ee tyto algoritmick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my nezohled\u0148uj\u00ed slo\u017eitost individu\u00e1ln\u00edch lidsk\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Koj\u00edc\u00ed matka popsala sv\u00e9 zmaten\u00ed, kdy\u017e jej\u00ed aplikace MyFitnessPal nezohled\u0148ovala odhadovan\u00fdch 500 kalori\u00ed sp\u00e1len\u00fdch denn\u011b b\u011bhem kojen\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se jej\u00ed c\u00edl okam\u017eit\u011b stal nere\u00e1ln\u00fdm. Strnul\u00fd r\u00e1mec aplikace neposkytoval prostor pro tuto biologickou realitu, co\u017e ji od za\u010d\u00e1tku nasm\u011brovalo na selh\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Cvi\u010den\u00ed se paradoxn\u011b stalo dal\u0161\u00edm bodem frustrace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">U\u017eivatel\u00e9 hl\u00e1sili, \u017ee kdy\u017e zaznamen\u00e1vali fyzickou aktivitu, aplikace automaticky upravovaly jejich denn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem kalori\u00ed sm\u011brem dol\u016f, aby udr\u017eeli prudk\u00fd deficit. Za cvi\u010den\u00ed je penalizovali, co\u017e \u010dasto vedlo ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu hladu a pocitu deprivace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jeden z u\u017eivatel\u016f panika\u0159il ve sv\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku pln\u00e9m velk\u00fdch p\u00edsmen a chyb. Byl naprosto zmaten\u00fd ohledn\u011b toho, zda se v\u00fdpo\u010dtem sp\u00e1len\u00fdch kalori\u00ed v aplikaci d\u00e1 v\u016fbec d\u016fv\u011b\u0159ovat.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Spir\u00e1la studu<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Krom\u011b nepraktick\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f design aplikac\u00ed \u010dasto vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 siln\u00e9 pocity studu. Upozorn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 m\u011bla povzbuzovat k pravideln\u00e9mu zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed j\u00eddel, byla m\u00edsto toho vn\u00edm\u00e1na jako odsuzuj\u00edc\u00ed otravov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jeden u\u017eivatel p\u0159iznal, \u017ee se z studu vyh\u00fdbal zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9 ve\u010de\u0159e s pizzou, zat\u00edmco jin\u00fd se s t\u00edm vyrovnal \u010dern\u00fdm humorem a \u0159ekl aplikaci, aby ho po sn\u011bzen\u00ed velk\u00e9ho j\u00eddla a zmrzliny nechala na pokoji.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Samotn\u00fd akt ka\u017edodenn\u00edho zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed sn\u011bden\u00fdch j\u00eddel zp\u016fsobil, \u017ee i zdrav\u00e9 potraviny se tak\u00e9 staly zdrojem \u00fazkosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jeden u\u017eivatel vyj\u00e1d\u0159il podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed, kdy\u017e jej aplikace upozornila na obsah cukru v\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/japonska-ranna-dieta-ako-schudnut-s-pomocou-bananov-rychlo-a-bez-namahy\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">ban\u00e1nu<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, p\u0159irozen\u00e9m a v\u00fd\u017eivn\u00e9m ovoci. Jin\u00ed popsali hr\u016fzu, kdy\u017e zjistili kalorick\u00fd obsah sv\u00fdch obl\u00edben\u00fdch pochoutek, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e jeden \u010dlov\u011bk \u0159ekl, \u017ee byl zahanben pot\u00e9, co si vyhledal informace o obl\u00edben\u00e9 britsk\u00e9 cukrovince.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Toto neust\u00e1l\u00e9 numerick\u00e9 posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje jednoduch\u00fd a nezbytn\u00fd akt jeden\u00ed na minov\u00e9 pole \u00fazkosti a sebekritiky.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Bodovac\u00ed syst\u00e9m selh\u00e1v\u00e1<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Mnoh\u00e9 aplikace zahrnuj\u00ed bodovac\u00ed syst\u00e9m a virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed ocen\u011bn\u00ed na podporu pravideln\u00e9ho pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. Tato funkce se v\u0161ak \u010dasto vymstila.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">U\u017eivatel\u00e9 popisovali pocity zni\u010den\u00ed, kdy\u017e vynechali jedin\u00fd den zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se n\u011bkolikam\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed s\u00e9rie zresetovala na nulu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Toto r\u00e1mcov\u00e1n\u00ed \u201ev\u0161echno nebo nic\u201c znamenalo, \u017ee t\u0159i m\u011bs\u00edce pravideln\u00e9ho \u00fasil\u00ed mohly b\u00fdt psychologicky bezv\u00fdznamn\u00e9 kv\u016fli jednomu selh\u00e1n\u00ed, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se vymazal jak\u00fdkoli pocit postupn\u00e9ho \u00fasp\u011bchu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kdy\u017e lid\u00e9 \u010delili t\u011bmto nemo\u017en\u00fdm standard\u016fm a nar\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00edm negativn\u00edm emoc\u00edm, mnoz\u00ed dos\u00e1hli bodu zlomu.
