{"id":91478,"date":"2025-11-05T05:13:17","date_gmt":"2025-11-05T04:13:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/?p=91478"},"modified":"2025-11-05T05:13:17","modified_gmt":"2025-11-05T04:13:17","slug":"uz-dve-hodiny-sezeni-poskodi-vase-cevy-pokud-nejprve-nevypijete-toto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/2025\/11\/05\/uz-dve-hodiny-sezeni-poskodi-vase-cevy-pokud-nejprve-nevypijete-toto\/","title":{"rendered":"U\u017e dv\u011b hodiny sezen\u00ed po\u0161kod\u00ed va\u0161e c\u00e9vy\u2026 pokud nejprve nevypijete toto"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Mo\u017en\u00e1 si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee pravideln\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed v\u00e1s chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed po\u0161kozen\u00edm zdrav\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9ho dlouh\u00fdm dnem sezen\u00ed za stolem.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">P\u0159ekvapuj\u00edc\u00ed nov\u00fd v\u00fdzkum v\u0161ak odhalil, \u017ee ani vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed kondice nenab\u00edz\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dnou ochranu p\u0159ed bezprost\u0159edn\u00edm po\u0161kozen\u00edm, kter\u00e9 sezen\u00ed zp\u016fsobuje va\u0161im c\u00e9v\u00e1m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">P\u0159elomov\u00e1 studie z Birminghamsk\u00e9 univerzity, publikovan\u00e1 v odborn\u00e9m \u010dasopise The Journal of Physiology (\u017durn\u00e1l fyziologie), zjistila, \u017ee jen dv\u011b hodiny nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9ho sezen\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b zhor\u0161uj\u00ed funkce c\u00e9v u mlad\u00fdch zdrav\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Vzru\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edm zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm je, \u017ee existuj\u00ed jednoduch\u00e9 a zcela p\u0159irozen\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed k \u00fapln\u00e9mu p\u0159edejit\u00ed tohoto po\u0161kozen\u00ed \u2013 je j\u00edm konzumace kakaa nebo jin\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f bohat\u00fdch na flavanoly na za\u010d\u00e1tku sezen\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tento v\u00fdzkum siln\u011b vyvrac\u00ed obecn\u011b za\u017eit\u00fd p\u0159edpoklad, \u017ee b\u00fdt fit dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u016fsobit proti \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm sedav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo 40 mlad\u00fdch mu\u017e\u016f, z nich\u017e polovina byla ve v\u00fdborn\u00e9 form\u011b a polovina m\u011bla pr\u016fm\u011brnou \u00farove\u0148 fyzick\u00e9 zdatnosti. Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk absolvoval dv\u011b sezen\u00ed, b\u011bhem kter\u00fdch po vypit\u00ed kakaov\u00e9ho n\u00e1poje dv\u011b hodiny nehybn\u011b sed\u011bl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdsledky byly jednozna\u010dn\u00e9. A\u0165 u\u017e byl ve v\u00fdborn\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 form\u011b nebo ne, ka\u017ed\u00fd mu\u017e, kter\u00fd pil kakaov\u00fd n\u00e1poj s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem flavanolu (na rozd\u00edl od mu\u017e\u016f pij\u00edc\u00edch kakaov\u00fd n\u00e1poj s vysok\u00fdm obsahem flavanolu), zaznamenal v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed flexibility tepen v rukou i nohou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u0160kody zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 sezen\u00edm nejsou zanedbateln\u00e9. Pokles tohoto ukazatele funkce krevn\u00edch c\u00e9v, zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho jako pr\u016ftokem zprost\u0159edkovan\u00e1 dilatace, je zn\u00e1m\u00fdm prediktorem budouc\u00edho kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edho rizika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie zjistila, \u017ee sezen\u00ed zp\u016fsobilo sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed funkce tepen a\u017e o 1,1%. P\u0159edchoz\u00ed v\u00fdzkum nazna\u010duje, \u017ee u\u017e i jen 1% sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed pru\u017enosti c\u00e9v m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko srde\u010dn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a mozkov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edhody a\u017e o 13%.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Jednoduch\u00e9 rostlinn\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pozoruhodnou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed experimentu byla naprost\u00e1 ochrana, kterou nab\u00edzely flavanoly. Mu\u017ei, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ed sezen\u00edm konzumovali kakaov\u00fd n\u00e1poj s vysok\u00fdm obsahem flavanolu, si po celou dvouhodinovou dobu udr\u017eeli perfektn\u00ed c\u00e9vn\u00ed funkce. Jejich krevn\u00ed\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/20-potravin-ktore-prirodzene-vycistia-vase-cievy-a-ochrania-vas-pred-infarktom\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">c\u00e9vy<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0nevykazovaly \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd pokles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Toto p\u0159irozen\u00e9 preventivn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed fungovalo stejn\u011b dob\u0159e u vysoce zdatn\u00fdch i m\u00e9n\u011b zdatn\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, co\u017e dokazuje jeho univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed vyu\u017eit\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Flavanoly, podskupina flavonoid\u016f, jsou siln\u00e9 rostlinn\u00e9 slou\u010deniny, kter\u00e9 se hojn\u011b nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v kakau, zelen\u00e9m \u010daji, \u010dern\u00e9m \u010daji, bobulov\u00e9m ovoci a jablk\u00e1ch. V\u011bdeck\u00fd z\u00e1klad jejich \u00fa\u010dink\u016f je dob\u0159e zn\u00e1m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tyto slou\u010deniny funguj\u00ed tak, \u017ee zvy\u0161uj\u00ed produkci\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/mate-nedostatok-oxidu-dusnateho-najdolezitejsej-molekuly-pre-kardiovaskularne-zdravie\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">oxidu dusnat\u00e9ho<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\"> v t\u011ble, co\u017e je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 molekula, kter\u00e1 uvol\u0148uje c\u00e9vy, zlep\u0161uje krevn\u00ed ob\u011bh a udr\u017euje tepny pru\u017en\u00e9. Uveden\u00e1 studie je prvn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 dokazuje, \u017ee flavanoly dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo bojovat proti c\u00e9vn\u00edmu stresu zp\u016fsoben\u00e9ho dlouhodob\u00fdm nehybn\u00fdm stavem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dr. Catarina Rendeirov\u00e1, hlavn\u00ed autorka studie, zd\u016fraznila v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomnost probl\u00e9mu:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">&#8222;A\u0165 u\u017e sed\u00edme za stolem, za volantem auta, ve vlaku nebo na gau\u010di p\u0159i \u010dten\u00ed knihy \u010di sledov\u00e1n\u00ed televize, v\u0161ichni tr\u00e1v\u00edme hodn\u011b \u010dasu sezen\u00edm,&#8220;<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u0159ekla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">&#8222;I kdy\u017e se neh\u00fdbeme, st\u00e1le t\u011blo vystavujeme stresu. Nalezen\u00ed dostupn\u00fdch zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak zm\u00edrnit toto po\u0161kozen\u00ed, je proto pro ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9.&#8220;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Pro\u010d na va\u0161\u00ed fyzick\u00e9 zdatnosti nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jedn\u00edm z nejv\u00edce protich\u016fdn\u00fdch zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed byla naprost\u00e1 absence ochrany, kterou podle dosavadn\u00edch p\u0159edstav m\u011bla nab\u00edzet vysok\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 fyzick\u00e9 zdatnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci s vysokou fyzickou zdatnost\u00ed vstoupili do studie s o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fdmi v\u00fdhodami ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed klidov\u00e9 srde\u010dn\u00ed frekvence a krevn\u00edho tlaku. P\u0159esto byly jejich c\u00e9vy po dvou hodin\u00e1ch sezen\u00ed stejn\u011b negativn\u011b posti\u017eeny jako u jejich m\u00e9n\u011b aktivn\u00edch vrstevn\u00edk\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To jasn\u011b ukazuje, \u017ee mechanismy po\u0161kozen\u00ed zp\u016fsoben\u00e9ho sezen\u00edm funguj\u00ed nez\u00e1visle na celkov\u00e9 kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed zdatnosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie identifikovala jednu oblast, kde flavanoly nepomohly \u2013 krevn\u00ed tlak. Sezen\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161ilo diastolick\u00fd krevn\u00ed tlak a\u017e o 5,8 mmHg u v\u0161ech \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, bez ohledu na to, jak\u00fd n\u00e1poj vypili.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To nazna\u010duje, \u017ee a\u010dkoli flavanoly siln\u011b chr\u00e1n\u00ed c\u00e9vn\u00ed funkce, nejsou z\u00e1zra\u010dn\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pro v\u0161echny kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed ukazatele ovlivn\u011bn\u00e9 sedav\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem \u017eivota.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tento v\u00fdzkum poskytuje praktickou a posiluj\u00edc\u00ed strategii pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, jeho\u017e \u017eivot zahrnuje dlouh\u00e1 obdob\u00ed sezen\u00ed, od kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f a\u017e po cestovatele na dlouh\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ochrann\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky flavanol\u016f bylo dosa\u017eeno d\u00e1vkou snadno dostupnou z vysoce kvalitn\u00edch kakaov\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f nebo n\u011bkolika porc\u00ed potravin bohat\u00fdch na flavanoly, jako jsou zelen\u00fd \u010daj a bobulovit\u00e9 ovoce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Obsah flavanov\u016f v 1 sklenici s 250 ml kakaa p\u0159ipraven\u00e9ho z 10 gram\u016f kakaov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku je ekvivalentem zhruba 40 gram\u016f tmav\u00e9 52% \u010dokol\u00e1dy nebo 30 gram\u016f 70% \u010dokol\u00e1dy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">(Pozn\u00e1mka: 70% \u010dokol\u00e1da znamen\u00e1, \u017ee je v n\u00ed 70% kakaov\u00e9 su\u0161iny, kter\u00e1 se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z kakaov\u00e9ho pr\u00e1\u0161ku a kakaov\u00e9ho m\u00e1sla, zhruba p\u016fl na p\u016fl).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kombinace stravovac\u00edho p\u0159\u00edstupu se zn\u00e1mou radou d\u011blat si \u010dast\u00e9 p\u0159est\u00e1vky na ch\u016fzi vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed silnou obranu proti skryt\u00fdm nebezpe\u010d\u00edm ne\u010dinnosti.
