K dosa\u017een\u00ed tohoto c\u00edle sta\u010d\u00ed pouh\u00e1 konzumace dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed potravin bohat\u00fdch na elektrolyt, bez nutnosti u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed dopl\u0148k\u016f stravy.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Na\u0161e svaly pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed dostatek elektrolyt\u016f pro spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed. To plat\u00ed i pro srde\u010dn\u00ed svaly. Drasl\u00edk hraje obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eitou roli; nach\u00e1z\u00ed se mimo jin\u00e9 v ban\u00e1nech, bobulovin\u00e1ch, \u0161pen\u00e1tu, raj\u010datech, fazol\u00edch, mandl\u00edch a ara\u0161\u00eddech. Tento miner\u00e1l je nezbytn\u00fd pro zdrav\u00ed srdce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To dokl\u00e1d\u00e1 i studie publikovan\u00e1 v NEJM s n\u00e1zvem\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nejm.org\/doi\/10.1056\/NEJMoa2509542\"><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eZv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hladiny drasl\u00edku u pacient\u016f s vysok\u00fdm rizikem komorov\u00fdch arytmi\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u201c. V\u011bdci zkoumali pacienty s implantovan\u00fdmi kardioverterov\u00fdmi defibil\u00e1tory (ICD). Tato za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jsou navr\u017eena tak, aby v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b \u017eivot ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00edho rychl\u00e9ho srde\u010dn\u00edho rytmu dod\u00e1vala elektrick\u00e9 \u0161oky, aby pacienta ochr\u00e1nila p\u0159ed n\u00e1hlou srde\u010dn\u00ed smrt\u00ed. V\u0161ichni \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci za\u010dali s hladinou drasl\u00edku 4,3 mmol\/l nebo ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed, co\u017e je ofici\u00e1ln\u011b v \u201enorm\u00e1ln\u00edm\u201c rozmez\u00ed. Norm\u00e1ln\u00ed pojem je v\u0161ak zjevn\u011b relativn\u00ed. Pacienti, jejich\u017e hladina drasl\u00edku byla z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eena na horn\u00ed hranici norm\u00e1ln\u00edho rozmez\u00ed 4,5 a\u017e 5,0 mmol\/l, pot\u0159ebovali od sv\u00fdch implant\u00e1t\u016f v\u00fdrazn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b nouzov\u00fdch \u0161ok\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u011bdci pou\u017eili t\u0159i p\u0159\u00edstupy ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hladiny drasl\u00edku: stravu, dopl\u0148ky stravy a zaveden\u00e9 l\u00e9ky. V\u00fdsledky jsou p\u016fsobiv\u00e9. M\u00edra intervenc\u00ed pomoc\u00ed ICD klesla z 20,3 procenta na 15,3 procenta. D\u016fvodem je, \u017ee drasl\u00edk je nezbytn\u00fd pro elektrickou rovnov\u00e1hu v srde\u010dn\u00edm svalu. Bez dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed drasl\u00edkov\u00fdch iont\u016f se mohou objevit arytmie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ofici\u00e1ln\u011b se za norm\u00e1ln\u00ed hodnoty pova\u017euje rozmez\u00ed 3,5 a\u017e 5,0 mmol\/l. Studie v\u0161ak ukazuje, \u017ee pacienti na spodn\u00ed hranici tohoto rozmez\u00ed jsou vystaveni skute\u010dn\u00e9mu riziku \u2013 a \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed sm\u011brem k 5,0 mmol\/l m\u016f\u017ee zachr\u00e1nit \u017eivot. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, norm\u00e1ln\u00ed limity jsou tak velkorys\u00e9, \u017ee statisticky odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed pr\u016fm\u011br, ale nenab\u00edzej\u00ed fyziologickou optimalizaci. I kdy\u017e p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho drasl\u00edku tak\u00e9 nen\u00ed dobr\u00e9, hladiny lze pod l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdm dohledem udr\u017eovat v zdrav\u00e9m rozmez\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato v\u011bdeck\u00e1 zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jsou zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 i pro lidi bez zjevn\u00fdch srde\u010dn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f.
