Z\u0159ejm\u011b ano. Alespo\u0148 podle ned\u00e1vno publikovan\u00e9 studie to fungovalo u prim\u00e1t\u016f.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci z \u010c\u00ednsk\u00e9 akademie v\u011bd dos\u00e1hli n\u011b\u010deho, co bylo d\u0159\u00edve pova\u017eov\u00e1no za teoretickou hranici biomedic\u00edny: M\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b omladili st\u00e1rnouc\u00ed makaky. Ne kosmeticky, ale biologicky. Pomoc\u00ed geneticky modifikovan\u00fdch kmenov\u00fdch bun\u011bk \u2013 naz\u00fdvan\u00fdch \u201esuper kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky\u201c \u2013 byli schopni sn\u00ed\u017eit z\u00e1n\u011bt, zlep\u0161it pam\u011b\u0165, zastavit \u00fabytek kostn\u00ed hmoty a obnovit vitalitu ve v\u00edce ne\u017e polovin\u011b zkouman\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed. Studie byla publikov\u00e1na\u00a0v \u010dasopise Cell pod n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cell.com\/cell\/abstract\/S0092-8674(25)00571-9\"><span dir=\"auto\">Senescence-rezistentn\u00ed lidsk\u00e9 mezenchym\u00e1ln\u00ed progenitorov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky bojuj\u00ed proti st\u00e1rnut\u00ed u prim\u00e1t\u016f \u201c.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u00dast\u0159edn\u00edm bodem studie je molekula, kter\u00e1 je ji\u017e dlouho pova\u017eov\u00e1na za kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd protein pro dlouhov\u011bkost: FOXO3. \u0158\u00edd\u00ed celou \u0159adu ochrann\u00fdch a opravn\u00fdch program\u016f v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch \u2013 od stabilizace DNA a\u017e po obranu proti oxida\u010dn\u00edmu stresu. Kdy\u017e tento syst\u00e9m s v\u011bkem oslabuje, kmenov\u00e9 bu\u0148ky vstupuj\u00ed do latentn\u00edho stavu, ze kter\u00e9ho se nikdy neprobud\u00ed. V\u011bdci trvale aktivovali FOXO3 genetickou modifikac\u00ed mezenchym\u00e1ln\u00edch progenitorov\u00fdch bun\u011bk (MPC). Tyto bu\u0148ky, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v kostn\u00ed d\u0159eni a pojivov\u00e9 tk\u00e1ni, jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za regeneraci a udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u00ed. Norm\u00e1ln\u011b st\u00e1rnou s organismem, ale s aktivovan\u00fdm FOXO3 z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00ed \u2013 jakousi biologickou udr\u017eovac\u00ed jednotkou, kter\u00e1 ji\u017e nest\u00e1rne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tyto tzv. bu\u0148ky odoln\u00e9 v\u016f\u010di senescenci (SRC) byly pot\u00e9 injikov\u00e1ny star\u00fdm makak\u016fm \u2013 zv\u00ed\u0159at\u016fm s biologick\u00fdm v\u011bkem odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edm v\u011bku 65 a\u017e 70let\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka. V\u00fdsledky byly ohromuj\u00edc\u00ed. Zv\u00ed\u0159ata dosahovala lep\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f ne\u017e kontroln\u00ed skupina v testech u\u010den\u00ed a pam\u011bti, jejich hustota kost\u00ed z\u016fstala stabiln\u00ed a po\u010det z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch cytokin\u016f v krvi se v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eil. Dokonce i org\u00e1ny, kter\u00e9 s v\u011bkem norm\u00e1ln\u011b v\u00fdznamn\u011b degeneruj\u00ed \u2013 jako je mozek a reproduk\u010dn\u00ed syst\u00e9m \u2013 vykazovaly zn\u00e1mky struktur\u00e1ln\u00ed regenerace.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u011bdci p\u0159ipisuj\u00ed tento komplexn\u00ed efekt tzv. exosom\u016fm \u2013 drobn\u00fdm vezikul\u016fm uvol\u0148ovan\u00fdm SRC. Ty transportuj\u00ed proteiny a molekuly RNA, kter\u00e9 stimuluj\u00ed okoln\u00ed bu\u0148ky k podobn\u00e9mu chov\u00e1n\u00ed. To vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed dominov\u00fd efekt: Mal\u00fd po\u010det omlazen\u00fdch bun\u011bk m\u011bn\u00ed biochemick\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed cel\u00e9ho organismu. St\u00e1rnut\u00ed tedy nen\u00ed pouh\u00e9 opot\u0159eben\u00ed, ale aktivn\u00ed proces \u2013 poh\u00e1n\u011bn\u00fd molekul\u00e1rn\u00edmi chybn\u00fdmi regulacemi, kter\u00e9 jsou teoreticky opraviteln\u00e9. Pokud se tato kontrola resetuje, t\u011blo se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed nov\u00fdm programem. P\u0159esn\u011b to se stalo i v tomto experimentu: FOXO3 poskytl k\u00f3d, MPC v\u00fdkonn\u00fd syst\u00e9m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Euforie ve v\u011bdeck\u00e9 komunit\u011b je nicm\u00e9n\u011b tlumen\u00e1. Riziko, \u017ee se i dlouhov\u011bk\u00e9 bu\u0148ky stanou nekontrolovateln\u00fdmi, je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e9. FOXO3 sice chr\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ed po\u0161kozen\u00edm bun\u011bk, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u016f\u017ee blokovat mechanismy, kter\u00e9 zpomaluj\u00ed nadm\u011brn\u00fd r\u016fst bun\u011bk. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, kdokoli eliminuje st\u00e1rnut\u00ed, potenci\u00e1ln\u011b ovliv\u0148uje p\u0159edch\u016fdce nesmrtelnosti \u2013 ale tak\u00e9 biologii rakoviny. I kdy\u017e v\u011bdci v n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 studii dosud nepozorovali \u017e\u00e1dnou tvorbu n\u00e1dor\u016f, dlouhodob\u00e9 \u00fadaje jsou st\u00e1le k dispozici. Dal\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou je trvanlivost. Zat\u00edm nen\u00ed jasn\u00e9, zda \u00fa\u010dinky p\u0159etrvaj\u00ed m\u011bs\u00edce nebo roky \u2013 nebo zda se bu\u0148ky nakonec vr\u00e1t\u00ed k norm\u00e1ln\u00edmu procesu st\u00e1rnut\u00ed.
