Po\u0159\u00e1d znovu podsouvaj\u00ed, \u017ee m\u00e1me sn\u00ed\u017eit dan\u011b z p\u0159\u00edjmu a zv\u00fd\u0161it ty z majetku. Za t\u00edm se ale skr\u00fdv\u00e1 ideologie nevlastnictv\u00ed. Vysok\u00e9 majetkov\u00e9 dan\u011b toti\u017e dan\u011b maj\u00ed jedin\u00fd c\u00edl. D\u016fm, ve kter\u00e9m bydl\u00edte, si nevyd\u011bl\u00e1 na svou vlastn\u00ed superda\u0148 z nemovitosti. Vy ji tak nedok\u00e1\u017eete zaplatit. A v\u00e1\u0161 d\u016fm v\u00e1m seberou a p\u0159erozd\u011bl\u00ed developerovi nebo bytov\u00e9mu fondu. Fakticky se jedn\u00e1 o \u201edemokraticky\u201c kamuflovanou obdobu bol\u0161evick\u00fdch nadm\u011brn\u00fdch metr\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>\u017de jsou dnes ceny nemovitost\u00ed vy\u0161roubovan\u00e9 a\u017e do nebe nemus\u00edme rozeb\u00edrat, mluv\u00ed o tom ka\u017ed\u00fd. V\u00fdsledkem je ale paradox. Spousta re\u00e1ln\u011b n\u00edzkop\u0159\u00edjmov\u00fdch lid\u00ed jsou z\u00e1rove\u0148 \u00fa\u010detn\u011b milion\u00e1\u0159i. Tedy na pap\u00ed\u0159e. Sice podle\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ireceptar.cz\/domov-a-bydleni\/prumerna-uspora-na-osobu-v-cr\/\">statistik<\/a>\u00a0horko t\u011b\u017eko pokryj\u00ed \u00fa\u010det za horentn\u011b se zdra\u017euj\u00edc\u00ed j\u00eddlo, energie, dopravu, milion \u0161koln\u00edch pom\u016fcek a poplatk\u016f. A vytv\u00e1\u0159et je\u0161t\u011b \u00faspory? Ani omylem:<\/p>\n<p><i>\u201epolovina \u010desk\u00fdch dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed neuspo\u0159\u00ed v\u00edc ne\u017e 2000 K\u010d m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. U 16 % dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed se na konci m\u011bs\u00edce nena\u0161et\u0159\u00ed ani 500 K\u010d a 6 % dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed ani nem\u00e1 dostatek financ\u00ed na pokryt\u00ed pot\u0159eb. Nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d n\u00e1rodem jsou \u00faspory velmi nerovnom\u011brn\u011b rozlo\u017een\u00e9. Skute\u010dn\u011b \u0161et\u0159\u00ed jen dom\u00e1cnosti s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edjmy, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed asi 13 %.\u201c<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Podle\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/data.irozhlas.cz\/zivot\/uspory-procenta\/#\">\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed \u010cRo<\/a>\u00a065% dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed bez maturity a 43% dom\u00e1cnosti s maturitou bez V\u0160 nedok\u00e1\u017ee u\u0161et\u0159it v\u00edce ne\u017e 1500 K\u010d m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b. Nadpolovi\u010dn\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina dom\u00e1cnosti v zemi by takto dok\u00e1zala ro\u010dn\u011b uspo\u0159it nanejv\u00fd\u0161 18000 K\u010d. Tohle \u010d\u00edslo si dob\u0159e zapamatujte, v tom je zrada. Podle u\u010ditel\u016f ekonomick\u00e9 gramotnosti maj\u00ed tyto \u00faspory pokr\u00fdt nap\u0159. rozbitou lednici nebo jin\u00e9 ne\u010dekan\u00e9 v\u00fddaje.<\/p>\n<p>St\u0159echu nad hlavou ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm nebo dokonce krajsk\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b maj\u00ed tito lid\u00e9 \u010dasto jen proto, \u017ee zd\u011bdili d\u016fm v rodin\u011b. Nem\u011bli by na vysok\u00fd komer\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1jem v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m z velk\u00fdch m\u011bst. Museli by se odst\u011bhovat do n\u00e1jmu na konec sv\u011bta. (Co\u017e by jejich d\u011btem znemo\u017enilo dostat se na slu\u0161n\u00e9 \u0161koly a z\u00edskat slu\u0161nou pr\u00e1ci). Ale ten zd\u011bd\u011bn\u00fd d\u016fm m\u00e1 p\u0159itom \u00fa\u010detn\u00ed hodnotu p\u0159inejmen\u0161\u00edm n\u011bkolik milion\u016f. Na pap\u00ed\u0159e.<\/p>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed za n\u011bj plat\u00ed da\u0148 z nemovitosti v \u0159\u00e1du jednotek tis\u00edc\u016f K\u010d. Ta vych\u00e1z\u00ed z docela n\u00edzk\u00fdch tabulek. Ale Pir\u00e1ti, akademici a \u201eekonomi\u010dt\u00ed experti\u201c cht\u011bj\u00ed revoluci. Aby byly dan\u011b z nemovitosti tzv. \u201eprogresivn\u00ed\u201c a \u201etr\u017en\u00ed\u201c. Tak\u017ee m\u00edsto toho tabulek placen\u00e9 z cel\u00e9 prodejn\u00ed hodnoty nemovitosti! Dan\u011b v \u0159\u00e1du ne jednotek, ale des\u00edtek tis\u00edc K\u010d!<\/p>\n<p>Nebo je\u0161t\u011b jinak. Tahle \u201etr\u017en\u00ed\u201c da\u0148 t\u0159eba 1% by znamenala, \u017ee za 100 let zaplat\u00edte na dani z nemovitosti 100% hodnoty domu. Neboli je\u0161t\u011b jinak: Ka\u017ed\u00fdch 100 let cel\u00e1 hodnota domu zn\u00e1rodn\u011bna.<\/p>\n<p>Jen\u017ee to plat\u00ed jen pro ty \u0161\u0165astn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Te\u010f se pod\u00edvejte na \u010d\u00e1stku v\u00fd\u0161e. Re\u00e1ln\u011b plat\u00ed \u017ee jakmile takov\u00e1 da\u0148 p\u0159es\u00e1hne 18,000 K\u010d ro\u010dn\u011b\u2026 T\u011bch 65% dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed bez maturity a 43% dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed s maturitou bez V\u0160 na ni nedok\u00e1\u017ee na\u0161et\u0159it! Pokud si rodina z \u00faspor pot\u0159ebuje koupit n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho. T\u0159eba novou pra\u010dku. Nebo zaplatit opravu auta\u2026 Likvida\u010dn\u00ed by pro n\u011b byla klidn\u011b u\u017e majetkov\u00e1 da\u0148 10 000 K\u010d ro\u010dn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Rodinu pak odlifruj\u00ed\u2026 Vy v\u00edte kam. Sou\u010dasn\u00e9 efektivn\u00ed zdan\u011bn\u00ed v \u010cR se pohybuje kolem 0,01 \u2013 0,04 % z ceny z nemovitost\u00ed (bez dan\u011b z nabyt\u00ed nemovit\u00fdch v\u011bc\u00ed), tak\u017ee p\u0159i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed efektivn\u00edm zdan\u011bn\u00ed nemovitost\u00ed na 1 % lze z\u00edskat 200-800 miliard korun ro\u010dn\u011b. \u201e<\/i><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.irozhlas.cz\/volby\/dan-z-prijmu-pravnickych-osob-az-27-procent-pro-fyzicke-az-50-procent-planuje_2509081900_ako\">Tot\u00e9\u017e chce hnut\u00ed V\u00fdzva 2025<\/a>. Ale zavedli bychom tzv. da\u0148 z hodnoty majetku, proto\u017ee se dostate\u010dn\u011b nevyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed cenov\u00e9 mapy, aby opravdu ta da\u0148 reflektovala konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch cenu t\u011bch nemovitost\u00ed. Proto\u017ee m\u00e1te rozd\u00edl v hodnot\u011b domu n\u011bkde na vsi, rozd\u00edl v hodnot\u011b nemovitosti t\u0159eba v Praze a tak\u00e9 se to vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u011b v zahrani\u010d\u00ed.\u201c<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Mrkn\u011bte se na sreality.cz, jakou \u201ehodnotu majetku\u201c m\u00e1 \u00fapln\u011b oby\u010dejn\u00fd domek v Brn\u011b. Narovn\u00e1n\u00edm takov\u00fdch nesyst\u00e9movost\u00ed\u2026\u201c<\/i><\/p>\n<p>V\u0161imn\u011bte si t\u00e9 geni\u00e1ln\u00edho manipulace. Stejn\u011b jako Pir\u00e1ti a V\u00fdzva cht\u011bj\u00ed m\u00edsto dan\u011b procento z cel\u00e9 prodejn\u00ed ceny domu. Jak\u00e9 procento? V jejich textu je zase schovan\u00fd v\u00fdslovn\u00fd odkaz na USA. Tak\u017ee jako Pir\u00e1ti verze 1. Da\u0148 0.3% a\u017e 2.21% z ceny domu. Pro nejoby\u010dejn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u201etr\u017en\u011b p\u011btimilionov\u00fd\u201c domek (viz Sreality v\u00fd\u0161e) to znamen\u00e1 da\u0148 15 a\u017e 110 tis\u00edc ro\u010dn\u011b. Pro pro pr\u016fm\u011brnou rodinu absolutn\u011b likvida\u010dn\u00ed. Ale to v\u0161e manipulac\u00ed zabalili, aby to vypadalo p\u0159esn\u011b naopak! \u017de americk\u00e1 da\u0148 z nemovitosti je ur\u010den\u00e1 proti boh\u00e1\u010d\u016fm a chud\u00fdm pom\u016f\u017ee! Aby si chud\u00ed sami vlezli do pasti jako n\u011bjak\u00e9 hloup\u00e9 zv\u00ed\u0159e! A pak exekuce, zabavit, zn\u00e1rodnit, vykopnout chud\u00e9 ze zd\u011bd\u011bn\u00fdch dom\u016f. Vysloven\u011b kam? Do Karvin\u00e9!<\/p>\n<p>V\u0161e pak doraz\u00ed vysloven\u011b marxistick\u00e9 po\u017eadavky akademik\u016f z UK a \u00fastavu CERGE-EI Akademie v\u011bd. A natvrdo se p\u0159itom odkazuj\u00ed na marxistick\u00e9ho extremistu Pikettyho! M\u00e1vaj\u00ed vysloven\u011b marx-leninistickou teori\u00ed, \u017ee d\u011bdictv\u00ed je \u00fadajn\u011b nespravedliv\u00e9, proto\u017ee d\u011bdic n\u011bco z\u00edskal bez pr\u00e1ce, aha! Tak\u017ee je pot\u0159eba d\u011bdictv\u00ed ide\u00e1ln\u011b zn\u00e1rodnit nezaplatitelnou d\u011bdickou dan\u00ed!
