Nov\u00fd v\u00fdzkum nazna\u010duje, \u017ee nejen obsah sn\u00eddan\u011b, ale i to, kdy je j\u00edte, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm faktorem p\u0159i p\u0159edpov\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00e9lky va\u0161eho \u017eivota.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Vl\u00e1dou financovan\u00fd v\u00fdzkum, kter\u00fd provedli v\u011bdci v presti\u017en\u00ed nemocnici\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Massachusetts General Brigham<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\"> , kter\u00e1 je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed Harvardsk\u00e9 univerzity, odhalil p\u0159ekvapuj\u00edc\u00ed souvislost mezi opo\u017ed\u011bnou sn\u00eddan\u00ed a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9ho \u00famrt\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Toto zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed roz\u0161i\u0159uje soubor v\u011bdeck\u00fdch poznatk\u016f o v\u00fd\u017eiv\u011b a st\u00e1rnut\u00ed o kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd, \u010dasov\u011b podm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd rozm\u011br a nazna\u010duje, \u017ee vnit\u0159n\u00ed hodiny na\u0161eho t\u011bla mohou b\u00fdt stejn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jako j\u00eddlo na na\u0161ich tal\u00ed\u0159\u00edch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s43856-025-01035-x\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span dir=\"auto\">Studie<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0publikovan\u00e1 4. z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 2025 v odborn\u00e9m \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Communications Medicine<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, kter\u00e1 z\u00edskala finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky od americk\u00e9ho\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">N\u00e1rodn\u00edho institutu zdrav\u00ed<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0(NIH), je pozoruhodn\u00e1 svou hloubkou a trv\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci pe\u010dliv\u011b sledovali stravovac\u00ed n\u00e1vyky t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 3 000 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch st\u0159edn\u00edho a star\u0161\u00edho v\u011bku z Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nie b\u011bhem ohromuj\u00edc\u00edch 25 let \u2013 od roku 1983 do roku 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk m\u011bl na za\u010d\u00e1tku 64 let a p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017enou v\u011bt\u0161inu tvo\u0159ily \u017eeny. Tento dlouhodob\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup poskytl vz\u00e1cn\u00fd pohled na to, jak se denn\u00ed rutiny vyv\u00edjej\u00ed v pr\u016fb\u011bhu desetilet\u00ed a jak tyto jemn\u00e9 zm\u011bny mohou m\u00edt dalekos\u00e1hl\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed n\u00e1sledky.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Co zjistili v\u011bdci<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kdy\u017e v\u00fdzkumn\u00fd t\u00fdm analyzoval \u00fadaje, objevil se jasn\u00fd a konzistentn\u00ed vzorec. V\u011bdci pozorovali, \u017ee jak \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edci st\u00e1rli, jejich \u010dasy j\u00eddel se postupn\u011b, ale m\u011b\u0159iteln\u011b, posouvali do pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti dne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Sn\u00eddan\u011b i ve\u010de\u0159e se zpozdily a \u010dasov\u00fd \u00fasek mezi prvn\u00edm a posledn\u00edm j\u00eddlem dne se zkracoval. V pr\u016fm\u011bru ka\u017ed\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed desetilet\u00ed \u017eivota \u010dlov\u011bka zpozdilo sn\u00eddani o 8 minut a ve\u010de\u0159i o 4 minuty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">P\u0159esto\u017ee se tyto posuny zdaj\u00ed mal\u00e9, b\u011bhem \u017eivota se hromad\u00ed a p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed v\u00fdznamn\u00fd posun v denn\u00edm nutri\u010dn\u00edm rytmu t\u011bla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Hlavn\u00edm objevem v\u00fdzkumu byla konzistentn\u00ed souvislost mezi opo\u017ed\u011bnou sn\u00eddan\u00ed a mno\u017estv\u00edm negativn\u00edch zdravotn\u00edch n\u00e1sledk\u016f. Jednotlivci, kte\u0159\u00ed jedli sn\u00eddani pozd\u011bji, s v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed hl\u00e1sili depresi, p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fanavu a r\u016fzn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my se zdrav\u00edm \u00fastn\u00ed dutiny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Je\u0161t\u011b alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed je, \u017ee \u00fadaje odhalily v\u00fdrazn\u00fd rozd\u00edl v \u00famrtnosti. Ti, kte\u0159\u00ed byli klasifikov\u00e1ni jako \u201epozd\u011b sn\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed\u201c, \u010delili o 8% vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu riziku \u00famrt\u00ed do deseti let v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s jejich \u201e\u010dasn\u00fdmi\u201c prot\u011bj\u0161ky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Desetilet\u00e1 m\u00edra p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed byla u \u010dasn\u00fdch jedl\u00edk\u016f 89,5 procenta, ale u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed za\u010d\u00ednali sv\u016fj den pozd\u011bji, pouze 87 procent.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Vnit\u0159n\u00ed orchestr t\u011bla<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci p\u0159ednesli p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00e9 biologick\u00e9 vysv\u011btlen\u00ed t\u011bchto zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se zam\u011b\u0159uje na cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00ed rytmus t\u011bla.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jedn\u00e1 se o vnit\u0159n\u00ed hlavn\u00ed hodiny t\u011bla nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se v mozku, kter\u00e9 reguluj\u00ed 24hodinov\u00fd cyklus proces\u016f, jako jsou sp\u00e1nek, produkce hormon\u016f a t\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota. Jednotliv\u00e9 org\u00e1ny, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad j\u00e1tra a st\u0159eva, v\u0161ak maj\u00ed sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed perifern\u00ed hodiny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Teorie \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee jeden\u00ed v pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u010dasech m\u016f\u017ee naru\u0161it synchronizaci tohoto komplexn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kdy\u017e centr\u00e1ln\u00ed hodiny mozku nejsou synchronizov\u00e1ny s hodinami tr\u00e1vic\u00edho syst\u00e9mu, m\u016f\u017ee to naru\u0161it metabolismus a schopnost t\u011bla kontrolovat hladinu cukru v krvi. No a to m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k chronick\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm, jako jsou obezita a cukrovka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1ha spou\u0161t\u00ed dominov\u00fd efekt zdravotn\u00edch komplikac\u00ed. Prim\u00e1rn\u00edm d\u016fsledkem je sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 kvalita sp\u00e1nku, kter\u00e1 byla nez\u00e1visle a p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u011b spojena s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikem vzniku \u0159ady chronick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Krom\u011b toho je pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ve\u010dern\u00ed poj\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dasto spojeno s pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edm sp\u00e1nkov\u00fdm re\u017eimem, co\u017e je samo o sob\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00fdm rizikov\u00fdm faktorem\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/zbavte-sa-uzkosti-a-depresie-pomocou-10-prirodnych-latok-ktore-zvysuju-dopamin-v-mozgu\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">deprese<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0a \u00fazkosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie tak\u00e9 poznamenala, \u017ee pozdn\u00ed ve\u010de\u0159e byly nez\u00e1visle spojeny s hor\u0161\u00edm zdrav\u00edm \u00fastn\u00ed dutiny, pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b proto, \u017ee jeden\u00ed v nepravideln\u00fdch \u010dasech m\u011bn\u00ed bakteri\u00e1ln\u00ed a pH rovnov\u00e1hu v \u00fastech, \u010d\u00edm\u017e oslabuje zuby a d\u00e1sn\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Sn\u00eddan\u011b se pova\u017euj\u00ed za d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 j\u00eddlo, proto\u017ee p\u0159eru\u0161uj\u00ed obdob\u00ed no\u010dn\u00edho p\u016fstu, dopl\u0148uj\u00ed gluk\u00f3zu a poskytuj\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u017eiviny pro zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed energetick\u00e9 hladiny a bd\u011blosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">B\u011b\u017en\u00e1 sn\u00edda\u0148ov\u00e1 j\u00eddla se v jednotliv\u00fdch zem\u00edch li\u0161\u00ed, ale \u010dasto zahrnuj\u00ed polo\u017eky jako cere\u00e1lie, vejce, chl\u00e9b, ovoce a k\u00e1va nebo \u010daj. J\u00eddlo m\u00e1 nastartovat metabolismus t\u011bla na p\u0159\u00edchoz\u00ed den.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">D\u016fsledky t\u00e9to studie p\u0159esahuj\u00ed r\u00e1mec oby\u010dejn\u00fdch stravovac\u00edch doporu\u010den\u00ed.
