V\u011bdci zjistili ve v\u0161ech testovan\u00fdch \u0161ar\u017e\u00edch mno\u017estv\u00ed zbytk\u016f DNA, kter\u00e9 daleko p\u0159ekra\u010dovalo platn\u00e9 limity. Byly tak\u00e9 nalezeny sekvence promotoru SV40, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed riziko.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Komplexn\u00ed recenzovan\u00e1 studie z Kanady\/USA potvrzuje v\u00fdsledky publikace na\u0161eho t\u00fdmu MWGFD o detekci vysok\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed DNA a plazmidov\u00fdch zbytk\u016f v \u0161ar\u017e\u00edch BioNTech\/Pfizer a Moderna<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pr\u016flomovou publikaci s n\u00e1zvem\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tandfonline.com\/doi\/full\/10.1080\/08916934.2025.2551517\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Kvantifikace<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/em><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0rezidu\u00e1ln\u00ed plazmidov\u00e9 DNA a sekvenc\u00ed promotor-enhancer SV40 ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch Pfizer\/BioNTech a Moderna modRNA proti COVID-19 z kanadsk\u00e9ho Ontaria<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0ned\u00e1vno publikovali David Speicher, Jessica Rose a Kevin McKernan v \u010dasopise\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Autoimmunity<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u00a0[\u00a0 1]. Auto\u0159i popisuj\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed zbytk\u016f DNA (a\u017e 153n\u00e1sobek u Pfizeru a a\u017e 657n\u00e1sobek u Moderny) ve v\u0161ech zkouman\u00fdch \u0161ar\u017e\u00edch Comirnaty z Kanady (n=32), kter\u00e1 jsou v\u00fdrazn\u011b nad sou\u010dasn\u00fdmi limity pro \u201evolnou DNA\u201c, jako\u017e i dal\u0161\u00ed kritick\u00e9 slo\u017eky plazmidu v\u00fdrobce, zejm\u00e9na oblast promotor-enhancer SV40 souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s bezpe\u010dnost\u00ed \u2013 jak n\u00e1\u0161 t\u00fdm MWGFD dok\u00e1zal v recenzovan\u00e9 studii pro n\u011bmeck\u00e9 \u0161ar\u017ee Comirnaty na konci roku 2024 [2].<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato publikace na\u0161ich dvou \u010dlen\u016f (a dal\u0161\u00edho nez\u00e1visl\u00e9ho v\u011bdce) v\u0161ak byla po jej\u00edm zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed pomluvena autorem novin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 reklamn\u00ed publikace se \u0161irok\u00fdm dosahem v laborato\u0159\u00edch [3]. Na\u0161i \u010dlenov\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou uzn\u00e1van\u00fdmi molekul\u00e1rn\u00edmi biology s des\u00edtkami let praktick\u00fdch laboratorn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed, byli mimo jin\u00e9 ozna\u010deni za \u201epseudoexperty\u201c. Autor laboratorn\u00edho \u010dasopisu popsal metody pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 na\u0161imi \u010dleny jako\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u201enevhodn\u00e9\u201c<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u00a0pro detekci\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u201e\u00fadajn\u00e9 kontaminace DNA\u201c.<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0P\u0159esn\u011b stejn\u00e9 metody v\u0161ak byly pou\u017eity i ve studii Speichera a koleg\u016f. Porovn\u00e1n\u00edm testovan\u00fdch \u0161ar\u017e\u00ed s publikovan\u00fdmi zpr\u00e1vami o ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch \u00fa\u010dinc\u00edch byli auto\u0159i dokonce schopni prok\u00e1zat korelaci mezi mno\u017estv\u00edm detekovan\u00fdch zbytk\u016f DNA a \u010detnost\u00ed ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pokud jde o plazmidov\u00e9 slo\u017eky pou\u017eit\u00e9ho plazmidu v\u00fdrobce, kter\u00e9 poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eprogramu genov\u00e9 terapie Pfizer<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\"> \u00a0\u201c, jak hrd\u011b popsali v\u011bdci spole\u010dnosti Pfizer v publikaci [4], je t\u0159eba poznamenat, \u017ee tyto slo\u017eky NEBYLY deklarov\u00e1ny v p\u016fvodn\u00edm ozn\u00e1men\u00ed regula\u010dn\u00edm org\u00e1n\u016fm. Tyto kritick\u00e9 slo\u017eky plazmidu byly spole\u010dnost\u00ed Pfizer \u201ep\u0159edlo\u017eeny\u201c a\u017e na konci ledna 2025, v\u00edce ne\u017e m\u011bs\u00edc po zve\u0159ejn\u011bn\u00ed na\u0161imi \u010dleny [2]. Dokument byl zve\u0159ejn\u011bn Evropskou agenturou pro l\u00e9\u010div\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravky (EMA) a\u017e 12. srpna 2025, shodou okolnost\u00ed kr\u00e1tce na \u017e\u00e1dost na\u0161eho p\u0159edsedy, prof. Haralda Walacha [5]. A\u010dkoli je v\u011bt\u0161ina dokumentu redigov\u00e1na, spole\u010dnost Pfizer ofici\u00e1ln\u011b potvrzuje, \u017ee prvky SV40 jsou skute\u010dn\u011b obsa\u017eeny v kone\u010dn\u00e9m produktu (Comirnaty) a \u017ee zbytkov\u00e1 DNA je jist\u011b zabalena spolu s modRNA v lipidov\u00fdch nano\u010d\u00e1stic\u00edch (LNP) \u2013 co\u017e \u010din\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00fd limit pro volnou DNA zastaral\u00fdm. Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdbu\u0161n\u00e9 prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nen\u00ed zcela za\u010dern\u011bno, lze nal\u00e9zt v kapitole 8 na stran\u011b 16, zv\u00fdrazn\u011bno tu\u010dn\u011b n\u00ed\u017ee:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u201e\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"auto\">8. Charakterizace sekven\u010dn\u00edch element\u016f SV40 v rezidu\u00e1ln\u00ed DNA\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">Line\u00e1rn\u00ed templ\u00e1t DNA odvozen\u00fd z plazmidu pou\u017eit\u00fd jako v\u00fdchoz\u00ed materi\u00e1l pro synt\u00e9zu DS mRNA (<\/span><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0pozn\u00e1mka: DS je zkratka pro \u201el\u00e9\u010divou l\u00e1tku\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"auto\">\u201c,\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0tj. skute\u010dnou aktivn\u00ed slo\u017eku Comirnaty, modRNA)\u00a0<\/span><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0vakc\u00edny Comirnaty obsahuje dal\u0161\u00ed prvky sekvence DNA b\u011b\u017en\u011b se vyskytuj\u00edc\u00ed ve v\u00edce\u00fa\u010delov\u00e9 plazmidov\u00e9 DNA, jako jsou geny rezistence na antibiotika a dal\u0161\u00ed prvky sekvence DNA, kter\u00e9 se nepou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed pro produkci DS mRNA. Mezi tyto typick\u00e9 prvky sekvence DNA pat\u0159\u00ed restrik\u010dn\u00ed a klonovac\u00ed m\u00edsta\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\">, stejn\u011b jako sekvence, kter\u00e9 podporuj\u00ed transkripci a polyadenylaci v eukaryotick\u00fdch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad<\/span><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u00a0\u2026<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Spole\u010dnost Pfizer t\u00edmto ve schvalovac\u00edch dokumentech ofici\u00e1ln\u011b potvrzuje, \u017ee nejen\u017ee je sekvence promotor-enhancer SV40, kter\u00e1 byla zpochyb\u0148ov\u00e1na jako \u201ekonspira\u010dn\u00ed teorie\u201c, skute\u010dn\u011b obsa\u017eena ve fin\u00e1ln\u00edm produktu genetick\u00e9 vakc\u00edny Comirnaty, a tedy injek\u010dn\u011b aplikov\u00e1na o\u010dkovan\u00fdm jedinc\u016fm, ale \u017ee pou\u017eit\u00fd \u201ev\u00edce\u00fa\u010delov\u00fd plazmid\u201c obsahuje dal\u0161\u00ed prvky, kter\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt aktivn\u00ed v eukaryotech, a tedy i v lidsk\u00fdch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch.
