Zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed toho, co odborn\u00edci popisuj\u00ed jako \u201erostouc\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e nemocnosti a \u00famrtnosti zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 vysok\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Hlavn\u00ed inovac\u00ed je syst\u00e9m PREVENT \u2013 n\u00e1stroj pro v\u00fdpo\u010det rizika, kter\u00fd odhaduje 10let\u00e9 i 30let\u00e9 kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed riziko u lid\u00ed ve v\u011bku 30 a\u017e 79 let. Zohled\u0148uje v\u011bk, pohlav\u00ed, krevn\u00ed tlak, cholesterol a dokonce i PS\u010c, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e k up\u0159esn\u011bn\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u00edch sk\u00f3re rizika vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 soci\u00e1ln\u00ed faktory zdrav\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Doporu\u010den\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se l\u00e9k\u016f se tak\u00e9 zm\u011bnila. Jen 21% v\u0161ech dosp\u011bl\u00fdch m\u011blo krevn\u00ed tlak na zdrav\u00e9 \u00farovni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Mlad\u0161\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00ed si nejm\u00e9n\u011b uv\u011bdomovali svou diagn\u00f3zu ai l\u00e9\u010deni byli nejm\u00e9n\u011b. Pouze 27% osob ve v\u011bku 18 a\u017e 39 let v\u011bd\u011blo, \u017ee maj\u00ed hypertenzi, a pouze 14% dost\u00e1valo l\u00e9\u010dbu, v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed se 74% uv\u011bdom\u011blost\u00ed a 69% l\u00e9\u010dbou u lid\u00ed nad 60 let.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 informovanost m\u016f\u017ee pomoci vysv\u011btlit rostouc\u00ed m\u00edru mozkov\u00fdch a srde\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edhod u mlad\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed.
