V\u00fdsledky vyvracej\u00ed tvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee vakc\u00edny nem\u011bn\u00ed DNA nebo mohou obsahovat \u0161kodliv\u00e9 fragmenty DNA.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle nov\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt genetick\u00fd materi\u00e1l obsa\u017een\u00fd v mRNA vakc\u00edn proti COVID-19 integrov\u00e1n do lidsk\u00e9ho genomu a potenci\u00e1ln\u011b p\u0159isp\u00edvat k rozvoji agresivn\u00edho typu rakoviny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eV\u011b\u0159\u00edme, \u017ee je to varovn\u00fd sign\u00e1l, kter\u00fd sv\u011bt nem\u016f\u017ee ignorovat,\u201c \u0159ekl epidemiolog Nicolas Hulscher, jeden ze spoluautor\u016f studie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle Hulschera v\u00fdsledky studie odporuj\u00ed tvrzen\u00edm v\u00fdrobc\u016f vakc\u00edn a zdravotnick\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f, \u017ee vakc\u00edny proti COVID-19 s mRNA nemohou zm\u011bnit lidskou DNA a nejsou kontaminov\u00e1ny fragmenty DNA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">P\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e1 publikace studie se v pond\u011bl\u00ed objevila na Zenodo, online v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9m archivu provozovan\u00e9m CERNem, Evropskou organizac\u00ed pro jadern\u00fd v\u00fdzkum.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle autor\u016f se jedn\u00e1 o prvn\u00ed studii, kter\u00e1 poskytuje p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd d\u016fkaz o integraci genetick\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu do lidsk\u00e9ho genomu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eTento vzorec je biologicky pravd\u011bpodobn\u00fd pro urychlen\u00ed progrese rakoviny.\u201c<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/zenodo.org\/records\/17122912\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span dir=\"auto\">Studie<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0se zam\u011b\u0159ila na p\u0159\u00edpad d\u0159\u00edve zdrav\u00e9 31let\u00e9 \u017eeny, u kter\u00e9 se do roka od pod\u00e1n\u00ed t\u0159\u00ed d\u00e1vek vakc\u00edny Moderna mRNA proti COVID-19 rozvinula \u201erychle postupuj\u00edc\u00ed rakovina mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e ve st\u00e1diu IV\u201c. P\u0159\u00edpad byl pops\u00e1n jako \u201eneobvykl\u00fd a agresivn\u00ed pro tento v\u011bk\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle Hulschera studie zjistila, \u017ee jejich o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed vedlo k \u0159ad\u011b ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f, kter\u00e9 pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b vedly k n\u00e1stupu rakoviny. \u0158ekl:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eSv\u011bdky jsme byli dokonal\u00e9 bou\u0159e \u2013 aktivovaly se geny, kter\u00e9 norm\u00e1ln\u011b zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed rakovinu, po\u0161kodily se geny, kter\u00e9 norm\u00e1ln\u011b opravuj\u00ed DNA, a ve v\u0161ech testovan\u00fdch biologick\u00fdch vzorc\u00edch se objevily rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 poruchy bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 signalizace. To v\u0161e se odehr\u00e1lo b\u011bhem jednoho roku od s\u00e9rie o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed mRNA.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">Celkov\u011b je tento vzorec biologicky pravd\u011bpodobn\u00fd pro urychlen\u00ed progrese rakoviny.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie zjistila, \u017ee fragment genetick\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu pacienta se 100% shodoval se sekvenc\u00ed obsa\u017eenou v \u010d\u00e1sti spike proteinu mRNA vakc\u00edny proti COVID-19 od spole\u010dnosti Pfizer-BioNTech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">P\u0159esto\u017ee pacient dostal pouze vakc\u00ednu Moderna, Hulscher napsal, \u017ee ob\u011b vakc\u00edny maj\u00ed v proteinu spike \u201eidentick\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti nukleotidov\u00e9 sekvence\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Auto\u0159i studie uvedli, \u017ee \u201echr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00e1 plazmidov\u00e1 sekvence spole\u010dnosti Moderna nebyla ulo\u017eena v datab\u00e1zi NCBI\u201c \u2013 datab\u00e1zi americk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy \u2013 tak\u017ee vakc\u00edna od spole\u010dnosti Pfizer byla identifikov\u00e1na jako nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle studie je pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee se takov\u00fd fragment stoprocentn\u011b shoduje se sekvenc\u00ed obsa\u017eenou ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch, p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1 k bilionu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eM\u011blo by to b\u00fdt varovn\u00fdm sign\u00e1lem\u201c, \u017ee k t\u00e9to shod\u011b okolnost\u00ed do\u0161lo uprost\u0159ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 mutace u tak vz\u00e1cn\u00e9ho a agresivn\u00edho druhu rakoviny, uvedl Hulscher.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kontaminace DNA m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm \u00fa\u010dink\u016fm, v\u010detn\u011b mnoho\u010detn\u00e9 rakoviny a mo\u017en\u00e9ho v\u00fdskytu turbo rakoviny, chronick\u00e9ho z\u00e1n\u011btu a vy\u0161\u0161\u00edho rizika krevn\u00edch sra\u017eenin, mrtvice a n\u00e1hl\u00e9 smrti. Kontaminanty DNA se mohou p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161et i na d\u011bti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Hulscher \u0159ekl:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eRegula\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny po l\u00e9ta trvaly na tom, \u017ee integrace je nemo\u017en\u00e1. Na\u0161e studie je prvn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm molekul\u00e1rn\u00edm d\u016fkazem, \u017ee DNA odvozen\u00e1 z vakc\u00edny je zabudov\u00e1na do lidsk\u00e9ho genomu. A to nebyla n\u00e1hoda: Do\u0161lo k tomu sou\u010dasn\u011b se zn\u00e1mkami mutac\u00ed zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00edch rakovinu a genetick\u00e9ho chaosu.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eV jejich DNA jsme na\u0161li genetick\u00fd otisk vakc\u00edny.\u201c<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle studie byla 31let\u00e1 pacientka vybr\u00e1na kv\u016fli sv\u00e9 vz\u00e1cn\u00e9 diagn\u00f3ze.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Rakovina mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e je \u201ep\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b onemocn\u011bn\u00edm star\u0161\u00edch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch a jej\u00ed v\u00fdskyt u mlad\u00fdch \u017een je extr\u00e9mn\u011b vz\u00e1cn\u00fd\u201c. Pokud k n\u00ed dojde, \u201eje obvykle agresivn\u00ed a spojen\u00e1 se \u0161patnou progn\u00f3zou,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed se v p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 publikaci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Spoluautor studie Dr. John A. Catanzaro, naturopatick\u00fd l\u00e9ka\u0159, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel a spoluzakladatel spole\u010dnosti Neo7Bioscience, uvedl, \u017ee pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u011bk pacient\u016f s diagn\u00f3zou rakoviny mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e je 73 let. M\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 2 % p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f se vyskytuje u lid\u00ed mlad\u0161\u00edch 40 let. U \u017een mlad\u0161\u00edch 35 let \u201eje to mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b vz\u00e1cn\u00e9 \u2013 odhaduje se na m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e p\u016fl procenta v\u0161ech diagn\u00f3z\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eVzhledem k vz\u00e1cnosti pokro\u010dil\u00e9ho karcinomu mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e v t\u00e9to populaci si jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpad vy\u017e\u00e1dal hloubkov\u00e9 molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed,\u201c uv\u00e1d\u00ed studie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">U mlad\u00fdch \u017een je v\u011bt\u0161ina diagn\u00f3z rakoviny mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e n\u00edzkostup\u0148ov\u00e1 a neinvazivn\u00ed n\u00e1dorov\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, \u201ekter\u00e1 jsou obvykle detekov\u00e1na a l\u00e9\u010dena d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e se roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed,\u201c \u0159ekl Catanzaro. Dodal:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eNaproti tomu rakovina mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e ve st\u00e1diu IV (metastatick\u00e1) u \u017eeny po t\u0159ic\u00edtce je extr\u00e9mn\u00edm v\u00fdjimkou, dokumentovanou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v ojedin\u011bl\u00fdch kazuistik\u00e1ch. Takto pokro\u010dil\u00e9 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed v tomto v\u011bku se vymyk\u00e1 obvykl\u00e9mu epidemiologick\u00e9mu vzorci a podtrhuje velmi neobvyklou povahu klinick\u00e9ho obrazu t\u00e9to pacientky.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pacientka, kter\u00e1 je st\u00e1le na\u017eivu a \u201eaktivn\u011b l\u00e9\u010dena personalizovan\u00fdm, c\u00edlen\u00fdm terapeutick\u00fdm konceptem\u201c, nem\u011bla \u017e\u00e1dnou osobn\u00ed ani rodinnou anamn\u00e9zu rakoviny a byla \u201eidentifikov\u00e1na v r\u00e1mci rutinn\u00edho molekul\u00e1rn\u00edho monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed b\u011bhem prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby,\u201c uvedla Catanzaro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">S vyu\u017eit\u00edm dat z\u00edskan\u00fdch z jej\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby provedla spole\u010dnost Neo7Bioscience multi-omickou anal\u00fdzu, kterou Catanzaro definovala jako \u201e\u010dty\u0159krokov\u00e9 molekul\u00e1rn\u00ed skenov\u00e1n\u00ed rakoviny a krve pacientky\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato anal\u00fdza zahrnovala anal\u00fdzu cirkuluj\u00edc\u00ed n\u00e1dorov\u00e9 DNA neboli \u201etekutou biopsii\u201c k detekci \u201edrobn\u00fdch fragment\u016f n\u00e1dorov\u00e9 DNA v krevn\u00edm \u0159e\u010di\u0161ti\u201c a tak\u00e9 funk\u010dn\u00ed sekvenov\u00e1n\u00ed exomu, kter\u00e9 \u201epe\u010dliv\u011b zkoum\u00e1 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 funk\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti gen\u016f za \u00fa\u010delem detekce d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch mutac\u00ed,\u201c uvedl Catanzaro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Anal\u00fdza zahrnovala tak\u00e9 profilov\u00e1n\u00ed RNA transkriptomu \u2013 \u201ekontrolu, kter\u00e9 geny v bu\u0148k\u00e1ch jsou aktivn\u011b zapnut\u00e9 nebo vypnut\u00e9\u201c \u2013 a anal\u00fdzu exkre\u010dn\u00edho proteomu, neboli \u201ezkoum\u00e1n\u00ed protein\u016f uvol\u0148ovan\u00fdch mo\u010d\u00ed a jin\u00fdmi t\u011bln\u00edmi tekutinami, aby se uk\u00e1zalo, jak se n\u00e1dor a t\u011blo chovaj\u00ed\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle studie mRNA vakc\u00edny zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed do t\u011bla \u201evysoce modifikovan\u00e9 molekuly RNA a nosi\u010de lipidov\u00fdch nano\u010d\u00e1stic\u201c, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje riziko naru\u0161en\u00ed genomu a onkogenn\u00edho \u2013 neboli rakovinotvorn\u00e9ho \u2013 v\u00fdvoje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Lipidov\u00e9 nano\u010d\u00e1stice mohou transportovat DNA z vakc\u00edny po cel\u00e9m t\u011ble.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Karl Jablonowski, Ph.D., vedouc\u00ed v\u011bdeck\u00fd pracovn\u00edk organizace Children&#8217;s Health Defense, uvedl, \u017ee v\u00fdrobci vakc\u00edn p\u016fvodn\u011b tvrdili, \u017ee se lipidov\u00e9 nano\u010d\u00e1stice neroz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed za m\u00edsto o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u0158ekl:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdrobci si byli v\u011bdomi nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by DNA p\u0159edstavovala, pokud by byla zapouzd\u0159ena v lipidov\u00e9 nano\u010d\u00e1stici, a proto se pokusili DNA zni\u010dit enzymem zvan\u00fdm DN\u00e1za. DN\u00e1za nejen\u017ee nedok\u00e1zala DNA degradovat, ale v\u00fdrobci to tak\u00e9 neprovedli. DNA byla zapouzd\u0159ena v lipidov\u00e9 nano\u010d\u00e1stici a nyn\u00ed se nach\u00e1z\u00ed uvnit\u0159 rakovinn\u00fdch bun\u011bk.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">D\u016fsledkem t\u00e9to nedbalosti nen\u00ed jen to, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk m\u00e1 nyn\u00ed rakovinu v d\u016fsledku injekce mRNA. Z toho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159i zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010din v\u0161ech druh\u016f rakoviny u v\u0161ech o\u010dkovan\u00fdch lid\u00ed je t\u0159eba zv\u00e1\u017eit mo\u017enost, \u017ee p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou je vakc\u00edna.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Hulscher uvedl, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky studie toto riziko u pacienta potvrdily.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eV jejich DNA jsme na\u0161li genetick\u00fd \u201aotisk prstu\u2018 vakc\u00edny\u2026 v genov\u011b bohat\u00e9 a nestabiln\u00ed oblasti,\u201c \u0159ekl Hulscher. \u201eToto m\u00edsto integrace se nenach\u00e1zelo v ne\u0161kodn\u00e9m \u201abezpe\u010dn\u00e9m \u00fato\u010di\u0161ti\u2018, ale v oblasti, kde by naru\u0161en\u00ed mohlo ovlivnit mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch gen\u016f.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle studie m\u00e1 tato integrace \u201eonkogenn\u00ed potenci\u00e1l\u201c a potenci\u00e1l pro vznik n\u00e1dor\u016f, co\u017e vede k \u201ep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9mu prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro agresivn\u00ed malignitu\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Hulscher uvedl, \u017ee mRNA vakc\u00edny maj\u00ed n\u011bkolik mo\u017en\u00fdch mechanism\u016f, kter\u00e9 by mohly v\u00e9st k takov\u00e9mu v\u00fdsledku. Nejpravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm vysv\u011btlen\u00edm je p\u0159enos fragment\u016f plazmidov\u00e9 DNA z v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu \u2013 kter\u00fdch byly kvantifikov\u00e1ny miliardy na d\u00e1vku, \u0159ekl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eExistuj\u00ed i \u200b\u200bdal\u0161\u00ed biologicky mo\u017en\u00e9 mechanismy, jako je reverzn\u00ed transkripce spike mRNA endogenn\u00edmi enzymy n\u00e1sledovan\u00e1 integrac\u00ed nebo nep\u0159\u00edm\u00e1 genomov\u00e1 nestabilita vyvolan\u00e1 chronickou expozic\u00ed spike proteinu,\u201c dodal Hulscher.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eLidstvo si nem\u016f\u017ee zahr\u00e1vat s genomick\u00fdmi poruchami\u201c<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie cituje recenzovan\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek publikovan\u00fd za\u010d\u00e1tkem tohoto m\u011bs\u00edce v \u010dasopise Autoimmunity, kter\u00fd identifikoval miliardy zbytkov\u00fdch fragment\u016f plazmidov\u00e9 DNA na d\u00e1vku v mRNA vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch proti COVID-19 od spole\u010dnost\u00ed Pfizer a Moderna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Dal\u0161\u00ed ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 studie tak\u00e9 identifikovaly kontaminaci DNA v mRNA vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch a potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed rizika, kter\u00e1 mohou zp\u016fsobit.
