Histologie byla bizarn\u00ed, se sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00fdmi fibrotick\u00fdmi a neoplastick\u00fdmi zm\u011bnami. Nal\u00e9hal jsem na barven\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b n\u00e1doru na spike protein SARS-CoV-2 a tak\u00e9 na qPCR na mRNA vakc\u00edny proti COVID-19, kter\u00e1 mohla b\u00fdt p\u0159enesena z o\u010dkovan\u00fdch rodi\u010d\u016f na d\u00edt\u011b. Tyto testy nebyly provedeny a l\u00e9ka\u0159i byli zmateni. Pr\u016fb\u011bh kojence komplikoval velk\u00fd trombus v prav\u00e9 s\u00edni, co\u017e vy\u017eadovalo ro\u010dn\u00ed antikoagula\u010dn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dbu rivaroxabanem. Vzhledem k siln\u00e9 antikoagula\u010dn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010db\u011b pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro operaci srdce to bylo extr\u00e9mn\u011b neobvykl\u00e9 a podez\u0159el\u00e9 pro tromb\u00f3zu vyvolanou spike proteinem. Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed nedo\u0161lo ke krv\u00e1cen\u00ed a zat\u00edm neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 d\u016fkazy o metastatick\u00e9m onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">Histologick\u00fd n\u00e1lez d\u00edt\u011bte byl n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">Histologick\u00e9 znaky nejsou charakteristick\u00e9 pro p\u0159esn\u011b definovanou entitu, ale nazna\u010duj\u00ed diferenci\u00e1ln\u00ed diagn\u00f3zu hypocelul\u00e1rn\u00ed varianty z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9ho myofibroblastick\u00e9ho tumoru (IMT), myofibromu, srde\u010dn\u00edho fibromu nebo atypick\u00e9ho srde\u010dn\u00edho myxomu. Imunofenotypicky vykazuj\u00ed l\u00e9zn\u00ed bu\u0148ky robustn\u00ed reaktivitu na myoidn\u00ed markery (SMA a HHF-35\/MSA) a tak\u00e9 na kalretinin. Kalretinin je typicky exprimov\u00e1n v srde\u010dn\u00edch myxomech, ale m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 vysoce exprimov\u00e1n v myoidn\u00edch neoplazi\u00edch (Barak et al., Am J Surg Path 2012). Naopak myoidn\u00ed markery mohou b\u00fdt exprimov\u00e1ny v srde\u010dn\u00edch myxomech (AFIP Atlas of Tumor Pathology, svazek 22).<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/substackcdn.com\/image\/fetch\/$s_!nw4G!,w_1456,c_limit,f_webp,q_auto:good,fl_progressive:steep\/https%3A%2F%2Fsubstack-post-media.s3.amazonaws.com%2Fpublic%2Fimages%2F3324f58f-94a9-41b8-ade2-84a3c3e4b3c1_1969x1264.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"866\" height=\"556\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em><span dir=\"auto\">Mitrofanova L, Makarov I, Goncharova E, Makarova T, Starshinova A, Kudlay D, Shlaykhto E. PMID: 37895467; PMCID: PMC10608002.<\/span><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Mitrofanova a kol. zaznamenali b\u011bhem pandemie n\u00e1r\u016fst podobn\u00fdch srde\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1dor\u016f:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">Do roku 2023 byl pozorov\u00e1n 1,5n\u00e1sobn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst po\u010dtu srde\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1dor\u016f se statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm n\u00e1r\u016fstem po\u010dtu myxom\u016f. Nebyla zji\u0161t\u011bna \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 souvislost s o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00edm (Sputnik V, Sputnik Light a Epivaccorona) a mezi pacienty z let 2016-2019 a 2021-2023 nebyly zji\u0161t\u011bny \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 rozd\u00edly, pokud jde o pohlav\u00ed, v\u011bk a srde\u010dn\u00ed arytmie. Morfologick\u00e9 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed odhalilo expresi Spike SARS-CoV-2 v n\u00e1dorov\u00fdch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch, endoteli\u00e1ln\u00edch bu\u0148k\u00e1ch a makrof\u00e1gech u 10 z 11 srde\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1dor\u016f.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie zjistila, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina n\u00e1dor\u016f byla zat\u00ed\u017eena spike proteinem. To je velmi znepokojiv\u00e9 vzhledem k mo\u017enosti, \u017ee samotn\u00fd spike protein je onkogenn\u00ed nebo inhibuje syst\u00e9my supresor\u016f n\u00e1dor\u016f, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje \u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1dor\u016f. Auto\u0159i uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 souvislost s o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00edm, nicm\u00e9n\u011b mezi infekc\u00ed SARS-CoV-2 a o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00edm existoval v\u00fdznamn\u00fd p\u0159ekryv. Vakc\u00edna Sputnik V (zn\u00e1m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 jako Gam-COVID-Vac) je dvoud\u00e1vkov\u00e1 virov\u00e1 vektorov\u00e1 vakc\u00edna vyvinut\u00e1 V\u00fdzkumn\u00fdm \u00fastavem Gamaleja v Rusku. Vakc\u00edna Sputnik Light je jednod\u00e1vkov\u00e1 vakc\u00edna Sputnik V. EpiVacCorona je vakc\u00edna proti COVID-19 na b\u00e1zi peptid\u016f vyvinut\u00e1 Vektorov\u00fdm \u00fastavem v Rusku. Na rozd\u00edl od jin\u00fdch vakc\u00edn, kter\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed virov\u00fd vektor nebo medi\u00e1torovou RNA, byla tato vakc\u00edna vyrobena z um\u011ble syntetizovan\u00fdch kr\u00e1tk\u00fdch fragment\u016f spike proteinu viru SARS-CoV-2.<\/span><br \/>\n<span dir=\"auto\">EMB = Endomyokardi\u00e1ln\u00ed biopsie<\/span><\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/substackcdn.com\/image\/fetch\/$s_!Bp_T!,w_1456,c_limit,f_webp,q_auto:good,fl_progressive:steep\/https%3A%2F%2Fsubstack-post-media.s3.amazonaws.com%2Fpublic%2Fimages%2F23a75cf7-1705-47b9-bb72-b4b009cfba6f_1221x353.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"941\" height=\"272\" \/><\/figure>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato pr\u00e1ce d\u016frazn\u011b doporu\u010duje barven\u00ed v\u0161ech patologick\u00fdch vzork\u016f na spike p\u0159i podez\u0159en\u00ed na neoplazmu a proveden\u00ed qPCR na mRNA vakc\u00edny proti COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">Peter A.
