o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00edm proti SARS-CoV-2 a hospitalizacemi s rakovinou v celopopula\u010dn\u00ed kohort\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 300 000 obyvatel provincie Pescara v It\u00e1lii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\"><em>Podle recenzovan\u00e9 studie publikovan\u00e9 v \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/em><\/span><em><a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC12381369\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC12381369\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">EXCLI<\/span><\/a><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0v \u010dervenci 2025\u00a0se riziko rakoviny u lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed dostali vakc\u00ednu proti COVID-19, zv\u00fd\u0161ilo o 23 %.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie zjistila, \u017ee riziko rakoviny prsu se b\u011bhem 180 dn\u016f po prvn\u00edm o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161ilo o 54 % a rakoviny mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e o 62 %.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eToto jsou skute\u010dn\u00e1 data a jsou dost znepokojiv\u00e1,\u201c \u0159ekl l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fd koment\u00e1tor John Campbell, Ph.D., ve sv\u00e9m po\u0159adu na YouTube, kdy\u017e rozeb\u00edral v\u00fdsledky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie byla prvn\u00ed, kter\u00e1 odhalila statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 d\u016fkazy o zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9m riziku rakoviny po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed proti COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zkoumali dlouhodobou souvislost mezi o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00edm proti SARS-CoV-2 a hospitalizacemi s rakovinou v celopopula\u010dn\u00ed kohort\u011b t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 300 000 obyvatel provincie Pescara v It\u00e1lii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Obyvatel\u00e9 ve v\u011bku 11 let a star\u0161\u00ed byli sledov\u00e1ni od \u010dervna 2021 do prosince 2023 s vyu\u017eit\u00edm ofici\u00e1ln\u00edch \u00fadaj\u016f z N\u00e1rodn\u00edho zdravotn\u00edho syst\u00e9mu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Statistick\u00e9 modely byly upraveny s ohledem na v\u011bk, pohlav\u00ed, komorbidity, p\u0159edchoz\u00ed rakovinu a p\u0159edchoz\u00ed infekce SARS-CoV-2, co\u017e z nich \u010din\u00ed dosud nejkomplexn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed sledov\u00e1n\u00ed diagn\u00f3z rakoviny po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed proti COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Studie zjistila, \u017ee riziko diagn\u00f3zy rakoviny bylo o 23 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed u lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed dostali jednu nebo v\u00edce d\u00e1vek do 180 dn\u016f od prvn\u00edho o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed, ne\u017e u neo\u010dkovan\u00fdch osob.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Z 296 015 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00fdch osob byla rakovina diagnostikov\u00e1na u 3 134.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eI s t\u00edmto relativn\u011b mal\u00fdm vzorkem,\u201c \u0159ekl Campbell, \u201eje \u0161ance, \u017ee k tomuto v\u00fdsledku do\u0161lo n\u00e1hodou, pouze jedna z tis\u00edce.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">U lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed dostali alespo\u0148 t\u0159i d\u00e1vky vakc\u00edny proti COVID-19, bylo riziko diagn\u00f3zy rakoviny do 180 dn\u016f od t\u0159et\u00ed d\u00e1vky o 9 % vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s neo\u010dkovan\u00fdmi lidmi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podle Campbella p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k tomu, \u017ee se zvy\u0161uje po\u010det d\u00e1vek vakc\u00edny, kles\u00e1 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko dva faktory:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eJedn\u00edm z nich je, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed byli predisponov\u00e1ni k rakovin\u011b, ji v podstat\u011b ji\u017e rozvinuli p\u0159ed uplynut\u00edm 180denn\u00edho obdob\u00ed po dosa\u017een\u00ed t\u0159et\u00ed d\u00e1vky,\u201c \u0159ekl Campbell. \u201eTak\u017ee mo\u017en\u00e1 23% n\u00e1r\u016fst rakoviny po \u0161esti m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch znamen\u00e1, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed rakovinu dostanou, ji mohou dostat d\u0159\u00edve.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Za druh\u00e9, sledov\u00e1n\u00ed rakoviny vy\u017eaduje pro adekv\u00e1tn\u00ed anal\u00fdzu des\u00edtky let,\u201c \u0159ekl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Nebyly provedeny \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 dlouhodob\u00e9 studie o vakc\u00edn\u011b proti COVID-19 a \u201eto byl cel\u00fd probl\u00e9m,\u201c \u0159ekl Campbell. \u201eKontroln\u00ed skupiny o\u010dkovali ve velmi kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m \u010dasov\u00e9m obdob\u00ed&#8230; tak\u017ee cel\u00e1 v\u011bc byla naprost\u00fd debakl.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eOdpov\u011b\u010f budeme zn\u00e1t a\u017e za 10, 20 let, kdy bude rakovina diagnostikov\u00e1na u v\u00edce lid\u00ed,\u201c \u0159ekl.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span dir=\"auto\">U t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u0161ech typ\u016f rakoviny existuje rostouc\u00ed trend.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">U rakoviny prsu, mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e a tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva byl statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u00fd n\u00e1r\u016fst nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed u o\u010dkovan\u00fdch pacient\u016f ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s neo\u010dkovan\u00fdmi pacienty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">U osob, kter\u00e9 dostaly alespo\u0148 jednu d\u00e1vku vakc\u00edny proti COVID-19 180 dn\u00ed po o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed, se riziko rakoviny prsu zv\u00fd\u0161ilo o 54 % a rakoviny mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e o 62 %. Riziko rakoviny tlust\u00e9ho st\u0159eva a kone\u010dn\u00edku se zv\u00fd\u0161ilo o 34 %.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">U osob, kter\u00e9 dostaly alespo\u0148 t\u0159i d\u00e1vky vakc\u00edny proti COVID-19, se riziko rakoviny prsu zv\u00fd\u0161ilo o 36 % a rakoviny mo\u010dov\u00e9ho m\u011bch\u00fd\u0159e o 43 % 180 dn\u00ed po t\u0159et\u00ed d\u00e1vce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Riziko vzniku kolorekt\u00e1ln\u00edho karcinomu se zv\u00fd\u0161ilo o 14 %, ale toto zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed nebylo pova\u017eov\u00e1no za statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 vzhledem k mal\u00e9 velikosti vzorku studie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdskytu rakoviny d\u011blohy a vaje\u010dn\u00edk\u016f bylo pozorov\u00e1no tak\u00e9 po jedn\u00e9 i t\u0159ech d\u00e1vk\u00e1ch, a\u010dkoli tato \u010d\u00edsla nebyla statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Campbell vysv\u011btlil:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eVypad\u00e1 to, \u017ee do\u0161lo ke skute\u010dn\u00e9mu n\u00e1r\u016fstu, ale kdy\u017e vezmete v \u00favahu skute\u010dnost, \u017ee [3 134] lid\u00ed bylo p\u0159ijato s rakovinou, a kdy\u017e to rozd\u011bl\u00edte podle typu rakoviny, \u010d\u00edsla n\u011bkdy nesta\u010dila k z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho v\u00fdsledku.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Pokud by v\u0161ak studie byla provedena ve v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku, \u201eob\u00e1val bych se, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky by byly velmi v\u00fdznamn\u00e9,\u201c \u0159ekl.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eZdrav\u00e9 o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c m\u016f\u017ee zkreslovat \u00fadaje o riziku rakoviny<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Krom\u011b anal\u00fdzy rizika rakoviny studie zkoumala tak\u00e9 riziko celkov\u00e9 \u00famrtnosti ve vztahu k o\u010dkovac\u00edmu statusu proti COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdsledky uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee o\u010dkovan\u00ed jedinci m\u011bli b\u011bhem sledovan\u00e9ho obdob\u00ed men\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost \u00famrt\u00ed ze v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00ed\u010din.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eTo je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 jist\u011b zp\u016fsobeno t\u00edm, \u010demu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1me zdravotn\u00ed efekt o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed,\u201c \u0159ekl Campbell. \u201eBylo n\u00e1m \u0159e\u010deno, manipulov\u00e1no, lh\u00e1no, a\u0165 u\u017e to nazvete jakkoli, \u017ee tato vakc\u00edna je pro na\u0161e zdrav\u00ed dobr\u00e1. Lid\u00e9, kter\u00fdm z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na jejich zdrav\u00ed, se tedy s v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed nechaj\u00ed o\u010dkovat.\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee vakc\u00edny sni\u017euj\u00ed \u00famrtnost, by mohlo tak\u00e9 podce\u0148ovat rizika rakoviny. Napsali:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eZkreslen\u00ed zdrav\u00e9ho o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c by mohlo v\u00e9st k nadhodnocen\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed proti v\u0161em p\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u00e1m \u00famrt\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 k podcen\u011bn\u00ed potenci\u00e1ln\u00edho negativn\u00edho dopadu o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed na hospitalizace s rakovinou. Zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, kter\u00fd o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed obvykle doprov\u00e1z\u00ed, m\u016f\u017ee skute\u010dn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko rakoviny souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s \u017eivotn\u00edm stylem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Campbell souhlasil s autory. Domn\u00edv\u00e1 se, \u017ee vakc\u00edny zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed nebo jsou s v\u00edce druhy rakoviny spojeny, ne\u017e kolik jich bylo autor\u016fm schopno identifikovat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Campbell uvedl, \u017ee ur\u010dit\u00e9 biologick\u00e9 faktory nazna\u010duj\u00ed souvislost mezi vakc\u00ednami proti COVID-19 a rakovinou:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u201eNeust\u00e1l\u00e1 produkce spike proteinu vede k z\u00e1n\u011btu. P\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bt je spojen s rakovinou. Autoimunitn\u00ed \u00fatoky na tk\u00e1\u0148 vedou k chronick\u00e9mu z\u00e1n\u011btu. &#8230;\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kontaminace DNA&#8230; teoreticky existuje jist\u011b velk\u00e9 riziko rakoviny, hlavn\u011b v d\u016fsledku inhibice gen\u016f potla\u010duj\u00edc\u00edch n\u00e1dory. Posun \u010dtec\u00edho r\u00e1mce&#8230; vznikaj\u00ed nekontrolovan\u00e9 proteiny&#8230; Po\u0161kozen\u00e9 proteiny, z\u00e1n\u011bt, ka\u017ed\u00e1 mutace je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b rakovina. Mysl\u00edm t\u00edm, \u017ee na\u0161e rakovina za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 mutac\u00ed.
