To je vystavuje v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu riziku srde\u010dn\u00edch chorob, cukrovky, deprese a imunitn\u00ed dysfunkce.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdzkum publikovan\u00fd v \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">Journal of Applied Physiology (\u017durn\u00e1l aplikovan\u00e9 fyziologie<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0) odhalil nebezpe\u010dnou pravdu: chronick\u00e1 m\u00edrn\u00e1 dehydratace p\u0159ipravuje va\u0161e t\u011blo na hyperaktivn\u00ed stresovou reakci, i kdy\u017e se nec\u00edt\u00edte dehydratovan\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">No a proto\u017ee po\u010det kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch \u00famrt\u00ed u dosp\u011bl\u00fdch v produktivn\u00edm v\u011bku od roku 2019 vzrostl o 18%, jde o krizi ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se odv\u00edj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159ed na\u0161ima o\u010dima.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Stresov\u00e9 testy odhalily skrytou roli hydratace<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u011bdci do studie zapojili 32 zdrav\u00fdch dobrovoln\u00edk\u016f a rozd\u011blili je do dvou skupin: jedna, kter\u00e1 pila m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 1,5 litru vody denn\u011b, a druh\u00e1, kter\u00e1 spl\u0148ovala nebo p\u0159ekra\u010dovala doporu\u010den\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem (2 litry pro \u017eeny, 2,5 litru pro mu\u017ee).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Po sledov\u00e1n\u00ed hydratace b\u011bhem jednoho t\u00fddne jejich v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci podrobili \u201eTrier Social Stress Testu\u201c, brut\u00e1ln\u00ed kombinaci simulovan\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho pohovoru (s panelem hodnotitel\u016f s p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdmi tv\u00e1\u0159emi) a n\u00e1sledn\u011b s\u00e9rii rychl\u00fdch matematick\u00fdch v\u00fdpo\u010dt\u016f pod tlakem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-85920 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/pozvaniV-300x140.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"686\" height=\"320\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/pozvaniV-300x140.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/pozvaniV.jpg 925w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 686px) 100vw, 686px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdsledky byly ohromuj\u00edc\u00ed. Zat\u00edmco ob\u011b skupiny hl\u00e1sily stejnou \u00farove\u0148 \u00fazkosti a vykazovaly podobn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edznaky fyzick\u00e9ho stresu (rychl\u00fd tep, zpocen\u00e9 dlan\u011b), skupina s n\u00edzk\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem tekutin m\u011bla o v\u00edce ne\u017e 50% vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladiny kortizolu ne\u017e jejich dob\u0159e hydratovan\u00ed kolegov\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">A co je je\u0161t\u011b hor\u0161\u00ed? Ani se nec\u00edtili \u017e\u00edzniv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee jejich t\u011bla byla vystavena tich\u00e9mu, chronick\u00e9mu stresu, ani\u017e by si to uv\u011bdomovala.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Pro\u010d je kortizol tich\u00fdm zabij\u00e1kem\u2026 a jak s t\u00edm pom\u00e1h\u00e1 voda<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Kortizol nen\u00ed jen \u201estresov\u00fd hormon\u201c. Je to prvek ni\u010d\u00edc\u00ed metabolismus, kdy\u017e je chronicky zv\u00fd\u0161en. Tehdy m\u00e1 n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">po\u0161kozuje srdce, zvy\u0161uje krevn\u00ed tlak a zp\u016fsobuje z\u00e1n\u011bty<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">sabotuje v\u00e1\u0161 metabolismus, co\u017e vede k obezit\u011b a\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/nedostatok-horcika-klucovy-problem-pri-inzulinovej-rezistencii-a-cukrovke-2-typu\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">cukrovce 2. typu<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">ochromuje v\u00e1\u0161 imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m, \u010d\u00edm\u017e v\u00e1s \u010din\u00ed n\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi k infekc\u00edm<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span dir=\"auto\">p\u0159eprogramuje v\u00e1\u0161 mozek, co\u017e podporuje \u00fazkost, depresi a kognitivn\u00ed pokles<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Velk\u00e9 farmaceutick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti to miluj\u00ed. S radost\u00ed v\u00e1m prodaj\u00ed antidepresiva, l\u00e9ky na krevn\u00ed tlak a l\u00e9ky na cukrovku, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e ignoruj\u00ed fakt, \u017ee jedno z nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00edch a nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed se nach\u00e1z\u00ed ve va\u0161em vodovodn\u00edm kohoutku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jak \u0159ekl vedouc\u00ed studie, profesor Neil Walsh:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u201ePokud v\u00edte, \u017ee se v\u00e1m bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00fd term\u00edn nebo jdete p\u0159edn\u00e9st projev, m\u00edt l\u00e1hev s vodou po ruce by m\u011blo b\u00fdt dobr\u00fdm zvykem s potenci\u00e1ln\u00edmi p\u0159\u00ednosy pro va\u0161e dlouhodob\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed je chronicky m\u00edrn\u011b dehydrovan\u00e1<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Podstata je v tom, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed si ani neuv\u011bdomuje, \u017ee jsou dehydratovan\u00ed. Studie zjistila, \u017ee skupina \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f s n\u00edzk\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edjmem tekutin m\u011bla tmav\u0161\u00ed a koncentrovan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed mo\u010d, co\u017e je klasick\u00fd znak dehydratace, ale nehl\u00e1sila v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u017e\u00edze\u0148 ne\u017e dob\u0159e hydratovan\u00e1 skupina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Je to proto, \u017ee pocit \u017e\u00edzn\u011b je varovn\u00fdm sign\u00e1lem a\u017e v pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edm stadiu dehydratace. V dob\u011b, kdy se c\u00edt\u00edte vysu\u0161eni, va\u0161e t\u011blo je ji\u017e v re\u017eimu p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed stresem a mohutn\u011b produkuje kortizol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">A bu\u010fme up\u0159\u00edmn\u00ed: v\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s hlt\u00e1 k\u00e1vu, limon\u00e1dy a energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s aktivn\u011b je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce dehydratuj\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">A co bylinkov\u00e9 \u010daje? Tak\u00e9 jsou mo\u010dopudn\u00e9. Lid\u00e9 na Z\u00e1pad\u011b permanentn\u011b pij\u00ed dehydrata\u010dn\u00ed tekutiny a potom se div\u00ed, pro\u010d jsou vy\u010derpan\u00ed, \u00fazkostliv\u00ed a nemocn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Tato studie se net\u00fdk\u00e1 jen stresu; je o op\u011btovn\u00e9m p\u0159evzet\u00ed kontroly nad sv\u00fdm zdrav\u00edm. Zde jsou opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e1 mus\u00edte ud\u011blat:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">1.<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Pijte alespo\u0148 2 litry vody denn\u011b (v\u00edce, pokud jste aktivn\u00ed, nemocn\u00ed nebo jste t\u011bhotn\u00e1 \u017eena).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">2.<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Vyhn\u011bte se dehydrata\u010dn\u00edm n\u00e1poj\u016fm, proto\u017ee k\u00e1va, limon\u00e1dy a alkohol v\u00e1m kradou vodu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">3.<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0Zkontrolujte si barvu mo\u010di. Pokud je tmav\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e sv\u011btle \u017elut\u00e1, jste dehydrov\u00e1ni.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\">4.<\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0B\u011bhem stresuj\u00edc\u00edch okam\u017eik\u016f, jako jsou setk\u00e1n\u00ed, term\u00edny nebo dokonce dopravn\u00ed z\u00e1cpy, m\u011bjte v\u017edy po ruce vodu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Jak poznamenal Dr. Daniel Kashi, dal\u0161\u00ed autor studie:\u00a0<\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\">\u201ePitn\u00fd re\u017eim m\u016f\u017ee pomoci va\u0161emu t\u011blu efektivn\u011bji zvl\u00e1dat stres.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">To nen\u00ed jen dobr\u00e1 rada. Je to z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 lano ve sv\u011bt\u011b, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s ka\u017ed\u00fdm dnem \u010din\u00ed nemocn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span dir=\"auto\">Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u017dijeme v dob\u011b, kdy velk\u00e9 farmaceutick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti, giganti v oblasti zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed potravin a zkorumpovan\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 org\u00e1ny prosazuj\u00ed drah\u00e9 a toxick\u00e9 \u201e\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed\u201c probl\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 sami pomohly vytvo\u0159it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">N\u011bkdy v\u0161ak odpov\u011b\u010f nespo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tabletce, injekci ani operaci, ale v tom, co ned\u011bl\u00e1te. Pijte v\u00edce vody. Je zdarma. Je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1.
