Bez spr\u00e1vn\u00fdch bakteri\u00ed v tr\u00e1vic\u00edm traktu se slune\u010dn\u00ed vitamin nem\u016f\u017ee dostat do krevn\u00edho ob\u011bhu v dostate\u010dn\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Vitam\u00edn D je pova\u017eov\u00e1n za skv\u011bl\u00fd l\u00e9k na v\u0161echno: vychutnejte si slunce, vezm\u011bte si pilulku, zkontrolujte si hladinu v krvi \u2013 hotovo. Tento jednoduch\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup n\u00e1m v\u0161t\u011bpuj\u00ed u\u017e l\u00e9ta. Studie s n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/33244003\/\"><span dir=\"auto\">Metabolity vitaminu D a st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom u star\u0161\u00edch mu\u017e\u016f<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\"> \u201c, publikovan\u00e1 v \u010dasopise Nature Communications, v\u0161ak ukazuje, \u017ee to tak jednoduch\u00e9 nen\u00ed. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nen\u00ed jen to, kolik vitaminu D je v t\u011ble ulo\u017eeno, ale zda v\u016fbec dos\u00e1hne sv\u00e9 aktivn\u00ed formy. A p\u0159esn\u011b v tom p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed na \u0159adu st\u0159eva.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zkoumali hladiny vitaminu D u v\u00edce ne\u017e 500 star\u0161\u00edch mu\u017e\u016f. V\u00fdsledek: mu\u017ei s rozmanitou st\u0159evn\u00ed fl\u00f3rou, zejm\u00e9na bakteriemi produkuj\u00edc\u00edmi mastnou kyselinu butyr\u00e1t, m\u011bli v krvi v\u00fdrazn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladiny aktivn\u00edho vitaminu D. Bez ohledu na to, zda se dostate\u010dn\u011b slunili nebo u\u017e\u00edvali vitam\u00ednov\u00e9 tablety, obyvatel\u00e9 st\u0159ev pomohli ur\u010dit, zda jim vitamin ze slunce skute\u010dn\u011b prosp\u00edv\u00e1. Butyr\u00e1t se tvo\u0159\u00ed, kdy\u017e bakterie tr\u00e1v\u00ed vl\u00e1kninu \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad kdy\u017e j\u00edme celozrnn\u00fd chl\u00e9b, lu\u0161t\u011bniny, zeleninu nebo o\u0159echy. Dalo by se \u0159\u00edci: st\u0159eva nejen p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uj\u00ed zeleninu na energii, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159ep\u00ednaj\u00ed sp\u00edna\u010d, kter\u00fd aktivuje vitamin D. Pokud tento sp\u00edna\u010d chyb\u00ed, vitamin z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 jako auto bez kl\u00ed\u010de: Sed\u00ed p\u0159ipraven\u00e9, ale nenastartuje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 studie tak\u00e9 potvrzuj\u00ed, \u017ee spojen\u00ed mezi st\u0159evem a vitam\u00ednem D nen\u00ed jednosm\u011brn\u00e9. Studie s n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/immunityageing.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/s12979-025-00514-y\"><span dir=\"auto\">Souhra st\u0159eva a vitam\u00ednu D: kl\u00ed\u010d ke zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed imunosenescence a podpo\u0159e zdrav\u00e9ho st\u00e1rnut\u00ed<\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\"> \u201c v \u010dasopise Immunity &amp; Aging ukazuje, \u017ee sign\u00e1ln\u00ed dr\u00e1hy vitam\u00ednu D a mikrobiom interaguj\u00ed obousm\u011brn\u011b. Kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v tom hraje receptor vitam\u00ednu D, kter\u00fd je vysoce exprimov\u00e1n ve st\u0159evn\u00ed tk\u00e1ni. Nejen\u017ee reguluje vst\u0159eb\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivin a bari\u00e9rovou funkci st\u0159eva, ale tak\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uje, kter\u00e9 bakterie se zde mohou kolonizovat. Naopak slo\u017een\u00ed mikrobiomu moduluje aktivitu tohoto receptoru. Z toho je jasn\u00e9: Neporu\u0161en\u00e1 st\u0159evn\u00ed fl\u00f3ra a aktivn\u00ed metabolismus vitam\u00ednu D se vz\u00e1jemn\u011b podporuj\u00ed \u2013 pokud jeden chyb\u00ed, druh\u00fd oslabuje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">V ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b to znamen\u00e1: V\u00fd\u017eiva je v\u00edc ne\u017e jen kalorie nebo vitam\u00edny. Ur\u010duje, kter\u00e9 mikroby \u017eij\u00ed ve st\u0159evech a jak\u00e9 biochemick\u00e9 mechanismy m\u016f\u017ee na\u0161e t\u011blo spustit. Ti, kte\u0159\u00ed se spol\u00e9haj\u00ed pouze na slunce nebo l\u00e9ky, nech\u00e1pou z\u00e1klady.
