V\u011bdci zaznamen\u00e1vali jejich stravu, kognitivn\u00ed v\u00fdkon a posmrtnou patologii mozku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">\u00da\u010dastn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed dodr\u017eovali tvz. dietu MIND (hybrid st\u0159edomo\u0159sk\u00e9 a DASH diety s d\u016frazem na rostlinn\u00e9 potraviny, zdrav\u00e9 tuky a slo\u017eky bohat\u00e9 na \u017eiviny) prok\u00e1zaly o 50% ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko Alzheimerovy choroby a m\u00e9n\u011b mozkov\u00fdch l\u00e9z\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s touto nemoc\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"auto\">\\&#8220;Nejde jen o prevenci ztr\u00e1ty pam\u011bti. Jde o udr\u017een\u00ed vitality mozku b\u011bhem cel\u00e9ho \u017eivota, \\&#8220;<\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\">\u00a0\u0159ekla Dr. C.
