Nov\u00fd v\u00fdzkum nyn\u00ed nazna\u010duje, \u017ee \u010dern\u00e1 k\u00e1va m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 kl\u00ed\u010dem k del\u0161\u00edmu \u017eivotu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pr\u016flomov\u00e1 studie z Tuftsovy univerzity zjistila, \u017ee pit\u00ed jednoho a\u017e t\u0159\u00ed \u0161\u00e1lk\u016f \u010dern\u00e9 k\u00e1vy denn\u011b je spojeno se sn\u00ed\u017een\u00fdm rizikem \u00famrt\u00ed ze v\u0161ech p\u0159\u00ed\u010din, v\u010detn\u011b kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Je zde v\u0161ak jeden mal\u00fd h\u00e1\u010dek \u2013 p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed cukru nebo smetany m\u016f\u017ee tyto p\u0159\u00ednosy zcela zru\u0161it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie publikovan\u00e1 v odborn\u00e9m \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span>The Journal of Nutrition<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0analyzovala \u00fadaje od 46 000 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch Ameri\u010dan\u016f b\u011bhem t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 dvou desetilet\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed poskytuj\u00ed jedny z nejsiln\u011bj\u0161\u00edch d\u016fkaz\u016f o tom, \u017ee k\u00e1va, pokud se konzumuje v jej\u00ed nej\u010dist\u0161\u00ed form\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jednoduch\u00fdm a z\u00e1rove\u0148 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem pro prodlou\u017een\u00ed d\u00e9lky \u017eivota.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>V\u011bda o v\u00fdhod\u00e1ch k\u00e1vy pro dlouhov\u011bkost<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci z Friedmanovy \u0161koly v\u00fd\u017eivy a politiky na Tuftsov\u011b univerzit\u011b zjistili, \u017ee pit\u00ed jednoho a\u017e dvou \u0161\u00e1lk\u016f \u010dern\u00e9 k\u00e1vy denn\u011b bylo spojeno se 14 procent ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rizikem \u00famrt\u00ed z jak\u00e9koli p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s \u00fapln\u00fdm zdr\u017een\u00edm se pit\u00ed k\u00e1vy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ti, kdo vypili a\u017e t\u0159i \u0161\u00e1lky, zaznamenali je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednos \u2013 a\u017e o 17 procent ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed riziko \u00famrt\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Co je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm faktorem \u00fasp\u011bchu? Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsad do k\u00e1vy! K\u00e1va s n\u00edzk\u00fdm obsahem cukru (m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e p\u016fl \u010dajov\u00e9 l\u017ei\u010dky na \u0161\u00e1lek) a minim\u00e1ln\u00edm obsahem nasycen\u00fdch tuk\u016f (nap\u0159\u00edklad s trochou ml\u00e9ka) st\u00e1le vykazovala p\u0159\u00ednosy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Siln\u011b slazen\u00e9 nebo kr\u00e9mov\u00e9 k\u00e1vov\u00e9 n\u00e1poje, nap\u0159\u00edklad karamelov\u00e9 latte nebo slazen\u00e1 ledov\u00e1 k\u00e1va, v\u0161ak takov\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednos neprok\u00e1zaly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>K\u00e1vov\u00e1 zrna obsahuj\u00ed bioaktivn\u00ed slou\u010deniny, v\u010detn\u011b kofeinu a kyseliny chlorogenov\u00e9, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed antioxida\u010dn\u00ed a protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky. Tyto slou\u010deniny zlep\u0161uj\u00ed funkci krevn\u00edch c\u00e9v, zvy\u0161uj\u00ed metabolismus a dokonce podporuj\u00ed zdrav\u00ed st\u0159ev.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nadm\u011brn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edjem cukru a nasycen\u00fdch tuk\u016f v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee tyto p\u0159\u00ednosy negovat podporou z\u00e1n\u011bt\u016f,\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/studia-zistila-co-je-tichym-hnacim-motorom-rakoviny-pankreasu-jednej-z-najsmrtelnejsich-rakovin\/\"><span>inzul\u00ednov\u00e9 rezistence<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0a p\u0159ib\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed na v\u00e1ze \u2013 co\u017e jsou v\u0161echno faktory spojen\u00e9 s chronick\u00fdmi onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie tak\u00e9 poznamenala, \u017ee lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed pili \u010dernou k\u00e1vu, m\u011bli tendenci m\u00edt celkov\u011b zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed n\u00e1vyky, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00edra kou\u0159en\u00ed a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 fyzick\u00e9 aktivity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zat\u00edmco m\u00edrn\u00e1 konzumace k\u00e1vy (jeden a\u017e t\u0159i \u0161\u00e1lky denn\u011b) prok\u00e1zala jasn\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed p\u0159\u00ednosy, studie zjistila klesaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdsledky po konzumaci nad t\u0159i \u0161\u00e1lky k\u00e1vy denn\u011b.
