T\u00edm byla odhalena desetilet\u00ed chybn\u00fdch v\u011bdeck\u00fdch p\u0159edpoklad\u016f o sp\u00e1nku zalo\u017een\u00fdch na nespolehliv\u00fdch vlastn\u00edch \u00fadaj\u00edch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u00fdzkum publikovan\u00fd v odborn\u00e9m \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span>Health Data Science<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0, proveden\u00fd pod veden\u00edm Dr. Qing Chena z T\u0159et\u00ed vojensk\u00e9 l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 univerzity v \u010c\u00edn\u011b, analyzoval objektivn\u00ed \u00fadaje o sp\u00e1nku z britsk\u00e9 biobanky, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e sledoval \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 sedm let.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159evracej\u00ed dosud za\u017eit\u00e9 n\u00e1zory. Ve skute\u010dnosti konzistentnost a na\u010dasov\u00e1n\u00ed sp\u00e1nku jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e samotn\u00e1 d\u00e9lka, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e slab\u00e9 rytmy p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed 37procentn\u00ed riziko Parkinsonovy choroby a 36procentn\u00ed riziko diabetu 2. typu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Klam sebehl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Studie spojuj\u00edc\u00ed \u201edlouh\u00fd sp\u00e1nek\u201c se srde\u010dn\u00edmi chorobami a depres\u00ed se l\u00e9ta spol\u00e9haly na subjektivn\u00ed odhady \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kdy\u017e v\u0161ak v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci porovnali subjektivn\u011b hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e9 \u00fadaje o sp\u00e1nku se skute\u010dn\u00fdmi \u00fadaji z fitness n\u00e1ramk\u016f, odhalili ohromuj\u00edc\u00ed rozpor. A\u017e 21,67% \u201edlouhosp\u00e1\u010d\u016f\u201c, tedy t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed tvrdili, \u017ee sp\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e osm hodin denn\u011b, objektivn\u011b trp\u011blo nedostatkem sp\u00e1nku, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e spali m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e \u0161est hodin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Tato nespr\u00e1vn\u00e1 klasifikace zkreslila p\u0159edchoz\u00ed v\u00fdzkum a vyvolala fale\u0161n\u00e9 poplachy o rizic\u00edch dlouh\u00e9ho sp\u00e1nku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ve studii se uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee tito \u201efale\u0161n\u00ed dlouhosp\u00e1\u010di\u201c zvy\u0161ovali m\u00edru onemocn\u011bn\u00ed ve studi\u00edch, kter\u00e9 z\u00edsk\u00e1vali informace na z\u00e1klad\u011b vlastn\u00edch hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kdy\u017e v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci na z\u00e1klad\u011b objektivn\u011b odm\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f izolovali skute\u010dn\u00e9 dluhopisy, \u00fadajn\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed rizika zmizela.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Rytmus sp\u00e1nku: Skryt\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed hrozba<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Kampan\u011b zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 na ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed se obvykle zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na dosa\u017een\u00ed sedmi a\u017e dev\u00edti hodin sp\u00e1nku ka\u017edou noc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie v\u0161ak zjistila, \u017ee poruchy sp\u00e1nkov\u00e9ho rytmu, jako jsou nepravideln\u00e9 \u010dasy ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed do postele a nestabiln\u00ed cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00ed vzorce, byly spojeny s 83 onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi nesouvisej\u00edc\u00edmi s d\u00e9lkou trv\u00e1n\u00ed sp\u00e1nku, v\u010detn\u011b chronick\u00e9 obstruk\u010dn\u00ed plicn\u00ed nemoci, jatern\u00ed cirh\u00f3zy a gangr\u00e9ny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Lid\u00e9 s nejslab\u0161\u00edmi rytmy \u010delili:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>3,36kr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu riziku fyzick\u00e9 slabosti souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s v\u011bkem<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>2,61kr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu riziku gangr\u00e9ny<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>2,57kr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu riziku fibr\u00f3zy jater<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><span>\u201eV subjektivn\u00edch studi\u00edch byl sp\u00e1nkov\u00fd rytmus spojen s 12 onemocn\u011bn\u00edmi (15,4 procenta),\u201c<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0poznamenali v\u011bdci s odkazem na p\u0159edchoz\u00ed studie, ale objektivn\u00ed \u00fadaje odhalily mnohem \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed vliv.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie NHANES z USA tyto souvislosti potvrdila a spojila nepravideln\u00fd sp\u00e1nek s chronickou obstruk\u010dn\u00ed plicn\u00ed nemoc\u00ed a selh\u00e1n\u00edm ledvin \u2013 stavy, kter\u00e9 se v p\u0159edchoz\u00edm v\u00fdzkumu nikdy nespojovaly s naru\u0161en\u00edm cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00edho re\u017eimu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie identifikovala z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00e9 markery, jako jsou b\u00edl\u00e9 krvinky, eosinofily a C-reaktivn\u00ed protein, kter\u00e9 p\u0159edstavovaly kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 medi\u00e1tory mezi nedostatkem sp\u00e1nku a chorobami. Naru\u0161en\u00e9 rytmy z\u0159ejm\u011b spou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed syst\u00e9mov\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt, kter\u00fd podporuje onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako jsou cukrovka a\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/3-menej-zname-bylinky-mozu-zvratit-demenciu-alzheimerovu-a-parkinsonovu-chorobu\/\"><span>Parkinsonova nemoc<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Tento v\u00fdzkum odhaluje nedostatky subjektivn\u00edch studi\u00ed sp\u00e1nku a zd\u016fraz\u0148uje d\u016fle\u017eitou pravdu: Jednotlivci mus\u00ed p\u0159evz\u00edt odpov\u011bdnost za svou sp\u00e1nkovou hygienu, proto\u017ee vl\u00e1dy a korporace, kter\u00e9 prosazuj\u00ed nep\u0159etr\u017eitou produktivitu, jsou spoluvin\u00edky v t\u00e9to krizi ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Jeliko\u017e se \u0161patn\u00fdm sp\u00e1nkem souvis\u00ed 172 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a 92 vykazuje v\u00edce ne\u017e 20procentn\u00ed p\u0159i\u010ditateln\u00e9 riziko, zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vy\u017eaduj\u00ed zm\u011bnu paradigmatu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pos\u00edl\u00edte se objektivn\u00edm sledov\u00e1n\u00edm, up\u0159ednostn\u011bte konzistentnost p\u0159ed dogmatem a odm\u00edtn\u011bte sp\u00e1nek odep\u00edraj\u00edc\u00ed rutinu modern\u00edho sv\u011bta.
