Nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm tajemstv\u00edm, \u017ee soukrom\u00e1 motorizovan\u00e1 doprava je v zelen\u011b ideologick\u00e9m Bruselu st\u00e1le v\u00edce vn\u00edm\u00e1na jako vym\u00edraj\u00edc\u00ed druh. Z\u00e1sahy, kter\u00e9 si eurokrat\u00e9 dovoluj\u00ed vnutit sv\u00fdm struktur\u00e1ln\u00edm zm\u011bn\u00e1m proti v\u016fli velk\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed populace, jsou v\u0161ak st\u00e1le drzej\u0161\u00ed. Pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed EU o vozidlech s ukon\u010denou \u017eivotnost\u00ed p\u0159edstavuje nov\u00fd \u00fatok na vlastnictv\u00ed nemovitost\u00ed \u2013 maskovan\u00fd jako ne\u0161kodn\u00e1 iniciativa na ochranu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed a recyklaci.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pl\u00e1ny, \u017ee by EU mohla vytvo\u0159it mo\u017enost efektivn\u00edho vyvlastn\u011bn\u00ed majitel\u016f automobil\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm \u201enucen\u00e9ho se\u0161rotov\u00e1n\u00ed\u201c, se ji\u017e loni setkaly s kritikou. Informovali jsme:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/report24.news\/neue-altauto-verordnung-verbrenner-verschrotten-so-will-die-eu-die-verkehrswende-foerdern\/\"><em>Nov\u00e9 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o vozidlech s ukon\u010denou \u017eivotnost\u00ed: Se\u0161rotov\u00e1n\u00ed spalovac\u00edch motor\u016f? Takto chce EU \u201eprosadit\u201c dopravn\u00ed transformaci .<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To zahrnovalo nov\u00e1 krit\u00e9ria pro ur\u010den\u00ed, zda je auto st\u00e1le pova\u017eov\u00e1no za \u201eopraviteln\u00e9\u201c. Dokonce i p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b provl\u00e1dn\u00ed noviny\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.focus.de\/auto\/gebrauchtwagen\/gebrauchtwagen-eu-soll-angeblich-zwangs-verschrottung-planen_id_259518091.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Focus<\/a>\u00a0tehdy dosp\u011bly k tomuto varovn\u00e9mu z\u00e1v\u011bru:<\/p>\n<p><em>Je docela dob\u0159e p\u0159edstaviteln\u00e9, \u017ee st\u00e1le nov\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy zt\u00ed\u017e\u00ed majitel\u016fm ojet\u00fdch voz\u016f udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed jejich vozidel v provozu i s opravami, proto\u017ee budou prohl\u00e1\u0161eny za \u201eneopraviteln\u00e9\u201c nebo \u0161kodliv\u00e9 pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ofici\u00e1ln\u00edm zd\u016fvodn\u011bn\u00edm takov\u00fdch pl\u00e1n\u016f je kontroverzn\u00ed Zelen\u00e1 dohoda. Hlavn\u00edm c\u00edlem je ob\u011bhov\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed \u2013 jin\u00fdmi slovy,\u00a0<strong>EU chce recyklovat materi\u00e1ly, ze kter\u00fdch je va\u0161e vozidlo vyrobeno. Aby v\u0161ak k t\u011bmto materi\u00e1l\u016fm z\u00edskala p\u0159\u00edstup, mus\u00ed omezit zp\u016fsob likvidace va\u0161eho vozidla.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-scharfe-kritik-an-nachweispflicht-fur-autoverkaufer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ostr\u00e1 kritika povinnosti poskytovat d\u016fkazy pro prodejce automobil\u016f<\/h3>\n<p>Rada Evropsk\u00e9 unie tento pl\u00e1n od t\u00e9 doby znovu potvrdila (viz\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.consilium.europa.eu\/de\/press\/press-releases\/2025\/06\/17\/circular-economy-council-adopts-position-on-the-recycling-of-vehicles-at-the-end-of-their-life\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tiskov\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va<\/a>\u00a0). Nyn\u00ed vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 kontroverzi dal\u0161\u00ed bod: EU chce zav\u00e9st po\u017eadavek, aby\u00a0<strong>\u201epoka\u017ed\u00e9, kdy\u017e ojet\u00e9 vozidlo zm\u011bn\u00ed majitele, prod\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed dolo\u017eil, \u017ee se nejedn\u00e1 o vozidlo s ukon\u010denou \u017eivotnost\u00ed\u201c.<\/strong>\u00a0Tiskov\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee soukrom\u00e9 prodeje by byly (prozat\u00edm?) osvobozeny, pokud nebudou uzav\u0159eny online.\u00a0Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee to nen\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/data.consilium.europa.eu\/doc\/document\/ST-11888-2023-INIT\/de\/pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">dokumentu jasn\u011b patrn\u00e9.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Ani bavorsk\u00fd ministr dopravy Christian Bernreiter se v\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bayern.de\/eu-plant-eingriff-ins-nationale-zulassungsrecht\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tiskov\u00e9 zpr\u00e1v\u011b<\/a>\u00a0o pl\u00e1nech nenechal uklidnit: Pova\u017euje to za poru\u0161en\u00ed n\u00e1rodn\u00edho z\u00e1kona o registraci vozidel.\u00a0<strong>\u201ePo\u017eadavek na doklad by znamenal nov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady pro ob\u010dany a v\u00edce pr\u00e1ce pro \u00fa\u0159ady, ale<\/strong> nevytvo\u0159il by \u017e\u00e1dnou p\u0159idanou hodnotu. U\u017e toho bylo dost! Brusel by m\u011bl naplno zah\u00e1jit sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed byrokracie a urychlen\u011b zabrzdit jak\u00e9koli poru\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed vlastnick\u00fdch pr\u00e1v!\u201c Vid\u00ed nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee vozidla odhl\u00e1\u0161en\u00e1 z registru budou rychle ozna\u010dena jako star\u00e1 vozidla a stanou se tak bezcenn\u00fdmi. Majitel by pak musel prok\u00e1zat opak.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-so-macht-die-eu-ihr-altes-auto-zum-wertlosen-altfahrzeug\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Takhle EU prom\u011bn\u00ed va\u0161e star\u00e9 auto v bezcenn\u00fd \u0161rot<\/h3>\n<p>Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee v EU zat\u00edm nen\u00ed jasno ohledn\u011b p\u0159esn\u00e9 povahy ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed. Je T\u00dcV dostate\u010dn\u00e9 \u2013 a pokud ano, co se stane se v\u0161emi vozidly, kter\u00e1 neprojdou gener\u00e1ln\u00ed kontrolou?\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/data.consilium.europa.eu\/doc\/document\/ST-11888-2023-INIT\/de\/pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Podle sou\u010dasn\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 platn\u00e9 n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed<\/a>\u00a0: Pro EU je \u201evozidlem s ukon\u010denou \u017eivotnost\u00ed\u201c vozidlo, kter\u00e9 je odpadem ve smyslu \u010dl. 3 odst. 1 sm\u011brnice 2008\/98\/ES, nebo\u00a0<strong>vozidlo, kter\u00e9 ji\u017e nen\u00ed opraviteln\u00e9 podle krit\u00e9ri\u00ed v p\u0159\u00edloze I \u010d\u00e1sti A bodech 1 a 2<\/strong>\u00a0.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/op.europa.eu\/en\/publication-detail\/-\/publication\/14cf6090-225a-11ee-94cb-01aa75ed71a1\/language-en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">V\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fd dodatek najdete nap\u0159\u00edklad zde.<\/a> To n\u00e1s p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00ed k t\u00e9mu\u017e probl\u00e9mu, kter\u00fd byl kritizov\u00e1n ji\u017e v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce. Specifikuje krit\u00e9ria, kter\u00e1 \u00fadajn\u011b \u010din\u00ed auto technicky nebo ekonomicky (!) \u201eneopraviteln\u00fdm\u201c. Krit\u00e9ria mimo jin\u00e9 uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed (zv\u00fdrazn\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159id\u00e1no):<\/p>\n<p><em>Oprava vozidla ned\u00e1v\u00e1\u00a0<strong>ekonomick\u00fd<\/strong>\u00a0smysl, pokud je jeho tr\u017en\u00ed hodnota ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e n\u00e1klady na opravy nezbytn\u00e9 k jeho uveden\u00ed\u00a0<strong>v r\u00e1mci Unie<\/strong>\u00a0do technick\u00e9ho stavu posta\u010duj\u00edc\u00edho k z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed osv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed o technick\u00e9 zp\u016fsobilosti v \u010dlensk\u00e9m st\u00e1t\u011b, ve kter\u00e9m bylo vozidlo registrov\u00e1no p\u0159ed opravou.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nejen\u017ee to zn\u00ed vt\u00edrav\u011b (koneckonc\u016f, ekonomick\u00e1 rozhodnut\u00ed \u010din\u00ed majitel vozidla, nikoli EU), ale tak\u00e9 to tak je. Znamen\u00e1 to: V\u016fbec nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na tom, zda si m\u016f\u017eete vozidlo \u201eekonomicky\u201c opravit mimo EU, kde je kv\u016fli absenci pl\u00e1novan\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed a regula\u010dn\u00edmu \u0161\u00edlenstv\u00ed mnoho v\u011bc\u00ed mnohem levn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch.\u00a0<strong>Pokud jsou n\u00e1klady v EU tak vysok\u00e9, \u017ee p\u0159evy\u0161uj\u00ed tr\u017en\u00ed hodnotu va\u0161eho vozu, je pova\u017eov\u00e1no za neopraviteln\u00e9 \u2013 a st\u00e1v\u00e1 se tak vozidlem s ukon\u010denou \u017eivotnost\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed je tak\u00e9 to, pokud chyb\u00ed identifika\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo vozidla, majitel vozidla je nezn\u00e1m\u00fd,\u00a0<strong>po dobu del\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e dva roky od data splatnosti nebyla provedena \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 celost\u00e1tn\u00ed technick\u00e1 kontrola<\/strong> nebo je skladov\u00e1n\u00ed vozidla pova\u017eov\u00e1no za nevhodn\u00e9 (proto\u017ee nen\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b chr\u00e1n\u011bno).<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-gezielter-markteingriff-und-verkehrspolitik-durch-die-hintertur\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">C\u00edlen\u00e1 intervence na trhu a dopravn\u00ed politika zadn\u00edmi vr\u00e1tky<\/h3>\n<p>To samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nutn\u011b neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee bude muset b\u00fdt se\u0161rotov\u00e1no. Nakonec bude nutn\u00e9 povolat odborn\u00edky na vozidla, ale ti samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nepracuj\u00ed zadarmo. A co pak? Co d\u011blat s vozidly, kter\u00e1 byla podle dan\u00fdch p\u0159edpis\u016f degradov\u00e1na na konec \u017eivotnosti?\u00a0<strong>Tak\u017ee auto nem\u00e1te opravovat a ani ho nesm\u00edte prodat. Najednou m\u00e1te v gar\u00e1\u017ei bezcennou hromadu haramp\u00e1d\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nakonec m\u016f\u017eete odv\u00e9zt jedin\u011b na vrakovi\u0161t\u011b.<\/strong>\u00a0To je rozhodn\u011b forma vyvlastn\u011bn\u00ed. Mo\u017en\u00e1 forma, kter\u00e1 by v n\u011bkter\u00fdch st\u00e1tech mohla podpo\u0159it prosperuj\u00edc\u00ed \u010dern\u00fd trh, proto\u017ee mnoho lid\u00ed miluje sv\u00e1 auta a je na nich z\u00e1visl\u00fdch, i kdy\u017e nespadaj\u00ed pod pseudovelkorys\u00e9 v\u00fdjimky pro \u201eklasick\u00e9 vozy\u201c. Ale cesta je jasn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Tato \u0161pinav\u00e1 hra by se dala dot\u00e1hnout je\u0161t\u011b d\u00e1l:\u00a0<strong>Ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo chce zru\u0161it spalovac\u00ed motory, by mohl jednodu\u0161e zav\u00e9st tu\u010dnou sank\u010dn\u00ed da\u0148 na n\u00e1hradn\u00ed d\u00edly pro benz\u00ednov\u00e1 nebo naftov\u00e1 vozidla, aby se usnadnilo \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed \u201eekonomick\u00e9 nenapraviteln\u00e9 situace\u201c,<\/strong>\u00a0s argumentem, \u017ee klimatick\u00e1 apokalypsa by mohla b\u00fdt spu\u0161t\u011bna, jakmile by se auto znovu uvedlo do provozu. To by se podobalo n\u011bmeck\u00e9 diktatu\u0159e vyt\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed: Nem\u016f\u017eete na\u0159\u00eddit cel\u00e9mu N\u011bmecku, aby spont\u00e1nn\u011b vym\u011bnilo sv\u00e9 topn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, ale m\u016f\u017eete vynutit, aby v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b poruchy spolehliv\u00e9ho plynov\u00e9ho topen\u00ed bylo nutn\u00e9 nainstalovat drah\u00e9 a neefektivn\u00ed tepeln\u00e9 \u010derpadlo, a\u0165 u\u017e si to majitel domu p\u0159eje, nebo ne.\u00a0<strong>Nakonec to jednodu\u0161e vytla\u010d\u00ed ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed technologie z trhu.<\/strong> EU s chyt\u0159e formulovan\u00fdmi krit\u00e9rii vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed p\u00e1ky pro automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl. Na ozna\u010den\u00ed ale p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 \u201eochranu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed\u201c, mo\u017en\u00e1 proto, aby to nebylo tak z\u0159ejm\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk se v\u0161ak vyd\u00e1v\u00e1 za naivn\u00edho, pokud v\u011b\u0159\u00ed bombastick\u00fdm environment\u00e1ln\u00edm a klimatick\u00fdm prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm EU. I eurokrat\u00e9 \u010dasto v\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee vtipn\u00e9 modelov\u00e9 v\u00fdpo\u010dty o \u00fadajn\u00e9 klimatick\u00e9 nouzi jednodu\u0161e ignoruj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 aspekty.\u00a0<strong>T\u00fdk\u00e1 se to v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 z\u00e1jm\u016f zelen\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu, kter\u00fd tou\u017e\u00ed po levn\u00fdch materi\u00e1lech i po odbytu<\/strong>\u00a0(oboj\u00edho lze dos\u00e1hnout vyt\u011bsn\u011bn\u00edm star\u00fdch vozidel a ponech\u00e1n\u00edm jejich d\u00edl\u016f v Unii a jejich recyklac\u00ed zde, tak\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo si je je\u0161t\u011b m\u016f\u017ee dovolit, je nucen kupovat si nov\u00e1).\u00a0<strong>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se jedn\u00e1 o dopravn\u00ed politiku, kter\u00e1 funguje jako zadn\u00ed vr\u00e1tka, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd, kdo takto p\u0159ijde o sv\u00e9 star\u00e9 vozidlo a nem\u016f\u017ee si dovolit nov\u00e9, prost\u011b z\u016fstane bez auta<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a to je jist\u011b globalistick\u00fd c\u00edl. Mo\u017en\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00edm krokem bude podpora elektrokol.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"h-eu-will-keine-teile-abgeben-und-argumentiert-mit-verkehrstoten-in-drittlandern\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">EU nechce p\u0159ed\u00e1vat d\u00edly \u2013 a argumentuje \u00famrt\u00edmi v doprav\u011b ve t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00edch<\/h3>\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 zach\u00e1zen\u00ed se zem\u011bmi mimo EU v r\u00e1mci pl\u00e1n\u016f. Pl\u00e1n zd\u016fraz\u0148uje pot\u0159ebu\u00a0<strong>sn\u00ed\u017eit \u201evn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ekologickou stopu Unie<\/strong>\u00a0\u201c. Doslova uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee mus\u00ed b\u00fdt vytvo\u0159eny i p\u0159edpisy pro v\u00fdvoz:<\/p>\n<p><em>To by m\u011blo zajistit, aby do t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00ed mohla b\u00fdt vyv\u00e1\u017eena pouze ojet\u00e1 vozidla, kter\u00e1 jsou v Unii pova\u017eov\u00e1na za zp\u016fsobil\u00e1 k poj\u00edzdnosti, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed riziko, \u017ee v\u00fdvoz ojet\u00fdch vozidel z Unie p\u0159isp\u011bje ke zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed nebo dopravn\u00edm nehod\u00e1m ve t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00edch. Aby celn\u00ed org\u00e1ny mohly ov\u011b\u0159it, zda jsou tyto po\u017eadavky p\u0159i v\u00fdvozu spln\u011bny, m\u011bla by b\u00fdt ka\u017ed\u00e1 osoba vyv\u00e1\u017eej\u00edc\u00ed ojet\u00e1 vozidla povinna poskytnout org\u00e1n\u016fm identifika\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00edslo vozidla a prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed potvrzuj\u00edc\u00ed, \u017ee ojet\u00e9 vozidlo nen\u00ed vozidlem s ukon\u010denou \u017eivotnost\u00ed a \u017ee je pova\u017eov\u00e1no za zp\u016fsobil\u00e9 k poj\u00edzdnosti.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><cite><a href=\"https:\/\/data.consilium.europa.eu\/doc\/document\/ST-11888-2023-INIT\/de\/pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">zdroj<\/a><\/cite><\/em><\/p>\n<p>D\u016fraz je zde pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b sp\u00ed\u0161e na to, aby se nap\u0159\u00edklad lidem v africk\u00fdch zem\u00edch zabr\u00e1nilo v u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed levn\u00fdch vrak\u016f z EU, kter\u00e9 lze levn\u011b opravit s jak\u00fdmikoli n\u00e1hradn\u00edmi d\u00edly a znovu je uv\u00e9st do provozu.\u00a0<strong>I kdy\u017e by to v praxi znamenalo udr\u017eitelnost, EU chce auta recyklovat a sama z toho profitovat. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee se to maskuje pon\u011bkud odv\u00e1\u017en\u00fdm tvrzen\u00edm, \u017ee by EU t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem sn\u00ed\u017eila \u201edopravn\u00ed nehody ve t\u0159et\u00edch zem\u00edch\u201c \u2013 a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/strong>\u00a0Jasn\u011b: \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 dopravn\u00ed nehody bez aut, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny bez aut.<\/p>\n<p>Ale to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v\u016fbec nen\u00ed \u00fakolem EU, proto\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd st\u00e1t si m\u016f\u017ee vytvo\u0159it vlastn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy, pokud si to p\u0159eje, a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby zak\u00e1zat dovoz ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch vozidel. To nen\u00ed jen vm\u011b\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed se do vlastn\u00edch ob\u010dan\u016f, ale i do zbytku sv\u011bta, kter\u00e9mu jinak tak r\u00e1d daruje da\u0148ov\u00e9 pen\u00edze.
