Jde o t\u0159\u00eddu potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edsad, ohledn\u011b kter\u00fdch v\u011bdci aktu\u00e1ln\u011b varuj\u00ed, \u017ee ni\u010d\u00ed lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pr\u016flomov\u00fd v\u00fdzkum odhalil, \u017ee tyto chemik\u00e1lie, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v tis\u00edc\u00edch zpracovan\u00fdch potravin, jsou spojov\u00e1ny s prudce rostouc\u00ed m\u00edrou st\u0159evn\u00ed Crohnovy choroby, rakoviny a metabolick\u00fdch poruch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Navzdory alarmuj\u00edc\u00edm d\u016fkaz\u016fm v\u0161ak regula\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny pro bezpe\u010dnost potravin nad\u00e1le p\u0159iv\u00edraj\u00ed o\u010di.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.naturalhealth365.com\/watch-your-food-labels-common-food-chemicals-linked-to-crohns-disease-and-cancer.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span>Pr\u016flomov\u00e1 studie<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0zkoumaj\u00edc\u00ed 154 pacient\u016f s Crohnovou chorobou zjistila, \u017ee t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 polovina (49,4 %) pacient\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed vylou\u010dili emulg\u00e1tory ze sv\u00e9ho j\u00eddeln\u00ed\u010dku, zaznamenali dramatick\u00e9 zlep\u0161en\u00ed symptom\u016f onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s pouh\u00fdmi 31% u t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed je nad\u00e1le konzumovali.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Samostatn\u00fd v\u00fdzkum spojil emulg\u00e1tory se 46% vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm rizikem rakoviny prostaty a 24% n\u00e1r\u016fstem p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f rakoviny prsu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bda \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 jasn\u011b: tyto v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsady, kter\u00e9 se ukr\u00fdvaj\u00ed v potravin\u00e1ch p\u0159\u00edmo p\u0159ed na\u0161ima o\u010dima, jsou ve skute\u010dnosti toxiny, kter\u00e9 v lidsk\u00e9m t\u011ble zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bty a dal\u0161\u00ed neplechu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie s n\u00e1zvem ADDapt, kter\u00e1 se uskute\u010dnila v 19 britsk\u00fdch zdravotnick\u00fdch centrech, p\u0159inesla \u0161okuj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdsledek: pacienti s\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/ulcerozna-kolitida-a-cronova-choroba\/\"><span>Crohnovou chorobou<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0, kte\u0159\u00ed se vyh\u00fdbali emulg\u00e1tor\u016fm, m\u011bli dvakr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost dosa\u017een\u00ed remise onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Jejich vzorky stolice uk\u00e1zaly pokles z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdch marker\u016f o v\u00edce ne\u017e 50%, co\u017e dokazuje, \u017ee jejich t\u011blo se opravdu hoj\u00ed, nejen maskuje p\u0159\u00edznaky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Lewis Rands, genetick\u00fd v\u011bdec, kter\u00fd trp\u011bl zkru\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edm z\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm st\u0159ev, to za\u017eil na vlastn\u00ed k\u016f\u017ei. Jeho ochromuj\u00edc\u00ed \u00fazkost z n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv toalety zmizela, co\u017e mu kone\u010dn\u011b umo\u017enilo u\u017e\u00edvat si proch\u00e1zek venku s rodinou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Navzdory uveden\u00fdm zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl tyto potravinov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edsady nad\u00e1le p\u0159id\u00e1v\u00e1 do v\u0161eho od \u201ezdrav\u00fdch\u201c jogurt\u016f a\u017e po proteinov\u00e9 koktejly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pro\u010d? Proto\u017ee emulg\u00e1tory jako polysorb\u00e1t-80 (E433) \u010di karagenan (E407) prodlu\u017euj\u00ed trvanlivost potravin a vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed n\u00e1vykov\u00e9 textury \u2013 p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e potichu ni\u010d\u00ed zdrav\u00ed st\u0159ev.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-9\">\n<div id=\"badat-1017228060\" class=\"badat-highlight-wrapper\">\n<div id=\"badat-2116626311\">\n<p><span>Riziko rakoviny prudce stoup\u00e1, proto\u017ee emulg\u00e1tory vyplen\u00ed v\u00e1\u0161 st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span>Francouzsk\u00e1 studie, kter\u00e1 sledovala 92 000 dosp\u011bl\u00fdch b\u011bhem sedmi let, odhalila je\u0161t\u011b temn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pravdu: nadm\u011brn\u00ed konzumenti mono- a diglycerid\u016f (ozna\u010den\u00fdch jako E471) \u010delili o 15% vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu celkov\u00e9mu riziku rakoviny, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e rakovina prsu u nich vzrostla a\u017e o 24% a rakovina.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Karagenan (E407), dal\u0161\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd emulg\u00e1tor, zv\u00fd\u0161il riziko rakoviny prsu o 32%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Mechanismus je mraziv\u00fd. Emulg\u00e1tory odstra\u0148uj\u00ed ochrann\u00fd hlen, kter\u00fd tvo\u0159\u00ed v\u00fdstelku st\u0159ev, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje \u0161kodliv\u00fdm bakteri\u00edm proniknout skrz st\u0159evn\u00ed st\u011bnu. To spou\u0161t\u00ed syst\u00e9mov\u00fd t\u011blesn\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt, kter\u00fd je zn\u00e1m\u00fdm p\u0159edch\u016fdcem rakoviny, autoimunitn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a metabolick\u00fdch poruch jako nap\u0159\u00edklad cukrovka.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201eTyto slou\u010deniny mohou selektivn\u011b naru\u0161it rovnov\u00e1hu mikrob\u016f, \u010d\u00edm\u017e ni\u010d\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 bakterie a z\u00e1rove\u0148 vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m se m\u016f\u017ee da\u0159it \u0161kodliv\u00fdm bakteri\u00edm, zejm\u00e9na t\u011bm s proz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdmi tendencemi,\u201c<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0varuje Dr. Benoit Chassaing, PhD, p\u0159edn\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk emulg\u00e1tor\u016f ve francouzsk\u00e9m Pasteurov\u011b institutu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Zrada ze strany regula\u010dn\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f: Jak zklamaly miliony lid\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Hlavn\u00ed probl\u00e9m je v tom, \u017ee emulg\u00e1tory byly ji\u017e p\u0159ed des\u00edtkami let definitivn\u011b ozna\u010deny za \u201ebezpe\u010dn\u00e9\u201c, tedy d\u00e1vno p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e v\u011bdci pochopili kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli st\u0159evn\u00edho mikrobiomu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>B\u00fdval\u00fd komisa\u0159 americk\u00e9ho\u00a0<\/span><em><span>\u00da\u0159adu pro potraviny a l\u00e9\u010diva<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0(FDA) Robert Califf p\u0159iznal, \u017ee agentura tehdy nemohla vyhodnotit dlouhodob\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky:\u00a0<\/span><em><span>&#8222;Jak by to bylo mo\u017en\u00e9? Neexistoval zp\u016fsob, jak to ud\u011blat.&#8220;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>Tyto chemik\u00e1lie v sou\u010dasnosti zamo\u0159uj\u00ed v\u00edce ne\u017e 8 100 polo\u017eek potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch produkt\u016f (karagenan, E407) a 17 153 polo\u017eek (xantanov\u00e1 guma, E415), ale regula\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ady je st\u00e1le ozna\u010duj\u00ed jako \u201eobecn\u011b uzn\u00e1van\u00e9 za bezpe\u010dn\u00e9\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Dokonce i \u201ezdrav\u00e9\u201c potraviny jako n\u00edzkotu\u010dn\u00fd jogurt, proteinov\u00e9 ty\u010dinky \u010di o\u0159echov\u00e1 ml\u00e9ka jsou pln\u00e9 t\u011bchto toxin\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>&#8222;Tyto ultrazpracovan\u00e9 potraviny vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed ve st\u0159evn\u00edm mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00edm syst\u00e9mu chaos. V\u011bci jako p\u0159idan\u00e9 emulg\u00e1tory, kr\u00e9mov\u00e9 v\u011bci, n\u00edzkotu\u010dn\u00e9 jogurty a podobn\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky mohou skute\u010dn\u011b velmi v\u00fdrazn\u011b zm\u011bnit st\u0159evn\u00ed mikrobiom.&#8220;<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h2><span>Shrnut\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Zat\u00edmco regula\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny nad\u00e1le zanedb\u00e1vaj\u00ed o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ve\u0159ejnosti, vy sami m\u016f\u017eete podniknout kroky k ochran\u011b sv\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>D\u016fsledn\u011b \u010dt\u011bte etikety a vyh\u00fdbejte se karagenanu (E407), polysorb\u00e1tu-80 (E433), karboxymetylcelul\u00f3ze (E466), mono- a diglyceridu (E471), maltodextrinu (nem\u00e1 p\u0159id\u011bleno E-\u010d\u00edslo) a xantanovou gumu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Tak\u00e9 se vzdejte ultrazpracovan\u00fdch potravin a m\u00edsto nich konzumujte celoslo\u017ekov\u00e9 potraviny. Podpo\u0159te zdrav\u00ed sv\u00fdch st\u0159ev konzumac\u00ed potravin bohat\u00fdch na vl\u00e1kninu, jako jsou zelenina a lu\u0161t\u011bniny, kter\u00e9 \u017eiv\u00ed prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 bakterie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>D\u016fkazy jsou nepopirateln\u00e9.
