Tyto v\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00ed podobn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159enou kontaminaci u lid\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>P\u0159edchoz\u00ed studie uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee mikroplasty jsou p\u0159\u00edtomny v lidsk\u00e9 plicn\u00ed tk\u00e1ni, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e byly detekov\u00e1ny \u010d\u00e1stice vyroben\u00e9 z b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch plast\u016f, jako je polypropylen a polyethylentereftal\u00e1t (PET).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Mikroplasty naru\u0161uj\u00ed hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hu, zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed chronick\u00fd z\u00e1n\u011bt, vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres, po\u0161kozuj\u00ed zdrav\u00ed st\u0159ev a mohou dokonce proch\u00e1zet placentou a hematoencefalickou bari\u00e9rou.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Chcete-li sn\u00ed\u017eit vystaven\u00ed mikroplast\u016fm, p\u0159ejd\u011bte na opakovan\u011b pou\u017eiteln\u00e9 ta\u0161ky, skladujte potraviny ve sklen\u011bn\u00fdch n\u00e1dob\u00e1ch, vyh\u00fdbejte se jednor\u00e1zov\u00fdm plast\u016fm, vyb\u00edrejte p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed produkty pro dom\u00e1cnost a zlep\u0161ujte kvalitu ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v interi\u00e9ru pomoc\u00ed vzduchov\u00e9ho filtru.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mikroplasty jsou mal\u00e9 plastov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice o velikosti men\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 5 milimetr\u016f. Vznikaj\u00ed, kdy\u017e se velk\u00e9 plastov\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly, jako jsou obaly, textilie, pneumatiky a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 n\u00e1t\u011bry, rozpadaj\u00ed v d\u016fsledku tepla, t\u0159en\u00ed nebo opot\u0159eben\u00ed. Tyto \u010d\u00e1stice se nerozkl\u00e1daj\u00ed, ale z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed v prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Jejich velikost je \u010din\u00ed obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdmi, proto\u017ee jsou dostate\u010dn\u011b mal\u00e9 na to, aby se vyhnuly obranyschopnosti t\u011bla a hromadily se v tk\u00e1n\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p><span>V roce 2019 bylo celosv\u011btov\u011b vyrobeno 460 milion\u016f tun plast\u016f a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee se toto \u010d\u00edslo do roku 2060 ztrojn\u00e1sob\u00ed. Nen\u00ed tedy divu, \u017ee mikroplasty jsou v\u0161ude \u2013 zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed na\u0161e oce\u00e1ny, kontaminuj\u00ed na\u0161e potraviny a dokonce i vzduch, kter\u00fd d\u00fdch\u00e1me. Jedno z nejjasn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch varov\u00e1n\u00ed v sou\u010dasnosti poch\u00e1z\u00ed od pt\u00e1k\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pt\u00e1ci jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ni za str\u00e1\u017ece \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, proto\u017ee vykazuj\u00ed v\u010dasn\u00e9 zn\u00e1mky ekologick\u00fdch \u0161kod. Ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 studie publikovan\u00e1 v \u010dasopise Journal of Hazardous Materials nalezla mikroplasty v plicn\u00ed tk\u00e1ni des\u00edtek druh\u016f voln\u011b \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch pt\u00e1k\u016f. C\u00edlem bylo zjistit, zda jsou p\u0159\u00edtomny mikroplasty (drobn\u00e9 plastov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice o velikosti mezi 1 mikrometrem a 5 milimetry) a je\u0161t\u011b men\u0161\u00ed nanoplastick\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice (m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 1 mikrometr), a pokud ano, v jak\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span>Plastov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice byly nalezeny u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho testovan\u00e9ho pt\u00e1ka<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0\u2013 v\u011bdci na\u0161li celkem 11 281 plastov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic u v\u0161ech 51 druh\u016f. V pr\u016fm\u011bru m\u011bl ka\u017ed\u00fd pt\u00e1k v plic\u00edch asi 221 \u010d\u00e1stic, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 asi 416 \u010d\u00e1stic\u00edm na gram plicn\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed pt\u00e1ci m\u011bli jen n\u011bkolik \u010d\u00e1stic, nap\u0159\u00edklad strnad mal\u00fd s 11 \u010d\u00e1sticemi. Jin\u00e9, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad volavka popelav\u00e1, m\u011bly p\u0159es 1400 \u010d\u00e1stic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Nej\u010dast\u011bji se vyskytovaly dva druhy plast\u016f \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0z 32 zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch druh\u016f plast\u016f se nej\u010dast\u011bji vyskytoval chlorovan\u00fd polyethylen a butadienov\u00fd kau\u010duk. Tyto plasty se b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v obalech, kabelech a pneumatik\u00e1ch. V\u011bt\u0161ina \u010d\u00e1stic m\u011bla formu film\u016f nebo mal\u00fdch pelet a m\u011bla velikost mezi 20 a 50 mikrometry.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>N\u011bkter\u00e9 druhy pt\u00e1k\u016f m\u011bly vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed koncentrace plast\u016f<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0\u2013 V\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed pt\u00e1ci, zejm\u00e9na ti, kte\u0159\u00ed \u017eij\u00ed na sou\u0161i, jed\u00ed jin\u00e1 zv\u00ed\u0159ata nebo jsou v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed, m\u011bli tendenci m\u00edt v plic\u00edch v\u00edce plastov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic. Tyto rozd\u00edly pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed, kolik \u010dasu pt\u00e1ci tr\u00e1v\u00ed ve zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch oblastech a jak jejich \u017eivotn\u00ed styl ovliv\u0148uje expozici.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Nanoplasty byly nalezeny u n\u011bkolika druh\u016f<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0\u2013 Krom\u011b mikroplast\u016f t\u00fdm hledal je\u0161t\u011b men\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice, tzv. nanoplasty, u p\u011bti druh\u016f pt\u00e1k\u016f. Jejich testy uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee nanoplasty jsou vyrobeny z materi\u00e1l\u016f, jako je nylon 66, polypropylen (PP) a polyvinylchlorid (PVC), kter\u00e9 se v\u0161echny b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v od\u011bvech, obalech a stavebn\u00edch materi\u00e1lech.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Studie klasifikovala plastov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice podle jejich ekologick\u00e9ho rizika \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0pomoc\u00ed tzv. Indexu nebezpe\u010dnosti polymer\u016f v\u011bdci vyhodnotili typy a mno\u017estv\u00ed nalezen\u00fdch plast\u016f, aby odhadli jejich potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed dopad na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161ina vzork\u016f plic pt\u00e1k\u016f byla na t\u00e9to stupnici klasifikov\u00e1na jako \u00farove\u0148 III nebo IV, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed riziko pro voln\u011b \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159ata.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed u pt\u00e1k\u016f nazna\u010duj\u00ed spole\u010dn\u00e9 riziko pro lidi \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0Tato studie je prvn\u00edm rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdm v\u00fdzkumem, kter\u00fd potvrzuje rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plasty u des\u00edtek druh\u016f pt\u00e1k\u016f. P\u0159edchoz\u00ed studie zkoumaly pouze n\u011bkolik druh\u016f. Shane DuBay, odborn\u00fd asistent biologie na Texask\u00e9 univerzit\u011b v Arlingtonu a \u010dlen v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu, vysv\u011btluje:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u201eN\u00e1\u0161 v\u00fdzkum zd\u016fraz\u0148uje nal\u00e9havou pot\u0159ebu bojovat proti zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plasty v na\u0161em prost\u0159ed\u00ed, proto\u017ee tyto zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky mohou m\u00edt dalekos\u00e1hl\u00e9 dopady na zdrav\u00ed ekosyst\u00e9m\u016f a lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. Na\u0161e zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vy\u017eaduj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum, financov\u00e1n\u00ed a opat\u0159en\u00ed ke zm\u00edrn\u011bn\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plasty a zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edho \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\"><span>Mikroplasty byly detekov\u00e1ny i v lidsk\u00e9 plicn\u00ed tk\u00e1ni<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Mikroplasty byly nalezeny dokonce hluboko v lidsk\u00fdch plic\u00edch. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed st\u00e1li za studi\u00ed o pt\u00e1kech, citovali pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed studii z roku 2022. Tato studie, publikovan\u00e1 v \u010dasopise Science of The Total Environment, analyzovala vzorky plic od 11 pacient\u016f ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed podstoupili operaci v nemocnici Castle Hill. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci ozn\u00e1mili n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdsledky:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span>Mikroplasty byly detekov\u00e1ny t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ve v\u0161ech vzorc\u00edch<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0\u2013 z 13 vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00fdch vzork\u016f tk\u00e1n\u00ed jich 11 obsahovalo mikroplastick\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice. Pomoc\u00ed metody, kter\u00e1 dok\u00e1\u017ee detekovat plastov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice o velikosti pouh\u00fdch 3 mikrometr\u016f, bylo identifikov\u00e1no celkem 39 jednotliv\u00fdch fragment\u016f. Tyto \u010d\u00e1stice jsou tak mal\u00e9, \u017ee nejsou viditeln\u00e9 pouh\u00fdm okem, ale dostate\u010dn\u011b velk\u00e9, aby pronikly a z\u016fstaly v plicn\u00ed tk\u00e1ni.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Plastov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice byly p\u0159\u00edtomny ve v\u0161ech oblastech plic<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0\u2013 vzorky byly odebr\u00e1ny z horn\u00edch, st\u0159edn\u00edch a doln\u00edch lalok\u016f plic a plast byl nalezen v ka\u017ed\u00e9 oblasti. Nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hodnoty vykazovaly nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed laloky plic s pr\u016fm\u011brem 3,12 plastov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic na gram tk\u00e1n\u011b. Pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed, v horn\u00edch plicn\u00edch laloc\u00edch bylo nalezeno 0,80 \u010d\u00e1stic na gram a ve st\u0159edn\u00edch plicn\u00edch laloc\u00edch 0,41 \u010d\u00e1stic na gram.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Bylo identifikov\u00e1no dvan\u00e1ct r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f plast\u016f \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi plasty byly polypropylen (pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd v obalech a textili\u00edch), polyethylentereftal\u00e1t neboli PET (\u010dasto se vyskytuj\u00edc\u00ed v n\u00e1pojov\u00fdch lahv\u00edch) a prysky\u0159ice. Mezi dal\u0161\u00ed plasty pat\u0159il polystyren, PVC a polyuretan, co\u017e jsou v\u0161echny materi\u00e1ly b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 ve stavebnictv\u00ed, izolaci nebo spot\u0159ebn\u00edm zbo\u017e\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>\u010c\u00e1stice m\u011bly r\u016fzn\u00e9 tvary a velikosti<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0\u2013 fragmenty se velmi li\u0161ily, od mal\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken a film\u016f a\u017e po v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed nepravideln\u00e9 kusy. N\u011bkter\u00e9 byly dlouh\u00e9 pouze 12 mikrometr\u016f, zat\u00edmco jin\u00e9 dosahovaly d\u00e9lky p\u0159es 2 400 mikrometr\u016f. Jakmile se tyto \u010d\u00e1stice dostanou do t\u011bla, interaguj\u00ed s bu\u0148kami, org\u00e1ny a hormony. Zde je p\u011bt kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed, kde mikroplasty prokazateln\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed lidskou biologii:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span>Hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed naru\u0161en\u00ed \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0Plastov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice obsahuj\u00ed slou\u010deniny zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako endokrinn\u00ed disruptory (EDC), v\u010detn\u011b ftal\u00e1t\u016f a bisfenolu A (BPA). Tyto chemik\u00e1lie naru\u0161uj\u00ed hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hu napodobov\u00e1n\u00edm nebo blokov\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159irozen\u00fdch hormon\u016f. V\u00e1zaj\u00ed se na estrogenov\u00e9 a androgenn\u00ed receptory a naru\u0161uj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 funkce souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s metabolismem, plodnost\u00ed, n\u00e1ladou a regulac\u00ed \u0161t\u00edtn\u00e9 \u017el\u00e1zy. V kombinaci s p\u0159irozen\u00fdm estrogenem vede vystaven\u00ed endokrinn\u00edm disruptor\u016fm k p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed estrogenem a spou\u0161t\u00ed \u0159adu \u0161kodliv\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed. Postupem \u010dasu to zvy\u0161uje riziko autoimunitn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, p\u0159etrv\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch m\u00edrn\u00fdch z\u00e1n\u011bt\u016f a chronick\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong><span>Oxida\u010dn\u00ed stres a mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed dysfunkce \u2013<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0Mikroplasty jsou spojov\u00e1ny se zv\u00fd\u0161enou produkc\u00ed reaktivn\u00edch forem kysl\u00edku (ROS), kter\u00e9 po\u0161kozuj\u00ed DNA, proteiny a bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 membr\u00e1ny.
