Vyskytovaly se jak v \u017eil\u00e1ch, tak v tepn\u00e1ch \u2013 co\u017e je v balzamovac\u00ed praxi vz\u00e1cnost \u2013 a jejich frekvence a slo\u017een\u00ed se nepodobaly ni\u010demu, s \u010d\u00edm se za dv\u011b desetilet\u00ed praxe setkal.<\/p>\n<p>Aby l\u00e9pe pochopil, z \u010deho jsou vyrobeny, spojil se s Gregem Harrisonem, organick\u00fdm pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdm chemikem s rozs\u00e1hl\u00fdmi zku\u0161enostmi v anal\u00fdze polymer\u016f. Harrison podrobil sra\u017eeniny p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9mu biochemick\u00e9mu testov\u00e1n\u00ed s vyu\u017eit\u00edm technik, jako je ICP-MS, HPLC, Ramanova spektroskopie a RT-QuIC.<\/p>\n<p>To, co objevili, je docela \u0161okuj\u00edc\u00ed: Nejedn\u00e1 se o oby\u010dejn\u00e9 sra\u017eeniny po smrti. Struktury se skl\u00e1daj\u00ed z chybn\u011b slo\u017een\u00fdch fibrinov\u00fdch protein\u016f s amyloidn\u00edmi vlastnostmi \u2013 v\u010detn\u011b zn\u00e1mek infek\u010dn\u00edho amyloidn\u00edho chov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 je schopn\u00e9 spustit chybn\u00e9 skl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed v jin\u00fdch proteinech. Tato zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 obavy ohledn\u011b nov\u00e9ho, syst\u00e9mov\u00e9ho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee ti\u0161e postihnout miliony lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co je v t\u011bchto sra\u017eenin\u00e1ch?<\/h3>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/substackcdn.com\/image\/fetch\/w_1456%2Cc_limit%2Cf_webp%2Cq_auto%3Agood%2Cfl_progressive%3Asteep\/https%3A%2F%2Fsubstack-post-media.s3.amazonaws.com%2Fpublic%2Fimages%2F509cb176-97fc-4153-9689-b07305b89eb4_1362x644.png?w=800&amp;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>\u017d\u00e1dn\u00e9 norm\u00e1ln\u00ed sra\u017eeniny:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nejedn\u00e1 se o \u201ehrudky ku\u0159ec\u00edho s\u00e1dla\u201c ani o b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 posmrtn\u00e9 artefakty. Richard Hirschman, kter\u00fd balzamoval tis\u00edce t\u011bl, objevil tyto anom\u00e1lie a\u017e po zaveden\u00ed injekce mRNA COVID-19 v roce 2021 \u2013 nikoli na vrcholu pandemie v roce 2020.<\/li>\n<li>Sra\u017eeniny jsou gumovit\u00e9, vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 a b\u00edl\u00e9, \u010dasto sahaj\u00ed n\u011bkolik centimetr\u016f a vyskytuj\u00ed se jak v tepn\u00e1ch, tak v \u017eil\u00e1ch \u2013 co\u017e je velmi neobvykl\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Konven\u010dn\u00ed krevn\u00ed sra\u017eeniny jsou m\u011bkk\u00e9, rosolovit\u00e9 a obvykle se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v \u017eil\u00e1ch. Tyto nov\u00e9 sra\u017eeniny jsou odoln\u00e9, p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed provaz a obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b se rozpou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed \u2013 a to i p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed konven\u010dn\u00edch balzamovac\u00edch technik.<\/li>\n<li>Hirschman uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee tyto sra\u017eeniny nach\u00e1z\u00ed v 30\u201350 % v\u0161ech t\u011bl, kter\u00e1 balzamuje \u2013 toto procento kol\u00eds\u00e1, ale z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 trvale vysok\u00e9. Mnoho dal\u0161\u00edch balzamova\u010d\u016f nyn\u00ed hl\u00e1s\u00ed tot\u00e9\u017e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Slo\u017een\u00ed krevn\u00ed sra\u017eeniny (ICP-MS, HPLC a profilov\u00e1n\u00ed aminokyselin):<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extr\u00e9mn\u011b vysok\u00e9 hladiny fosforu \u2013 a\u017e 4 900 ppm, ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s norm\u00e1ln\u00ed hladinou v krvi 100\u20131 500 ppm.<\/li>\n<li>Nedostatek esenci\u00e1ln\u00edch krevn\u00edch prvk\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b \u017eeleza, zinku a ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku \u2013 v\u0161echny se obvykle hojn\u011b vyskytuj\u00ed v \u010derven\u00e9 krvince.<\/li>\n<li>Dominantn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnost beta \u0159et\u011bzce fibrinogenu \u2013 p\u0159es 35 % obsahu proteinu, zat\u00edmco alfa a gama \u0159et\u011bzce byly v\u00fdrazn\u011b nedostate\u010dn\u011b zastoupeny nebo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 chyb\u011bly.<\/li>\n<li>Nebyly detekov\u00e1ny \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 kompletn\u00ed fibrily \u2013 pouze monomery, co\u017e nazna\u010duje ne\u00faplnou nebo dysfunk\u010dn\u00ed polymeraci koagula\u010dn\u00edch protein\u016f.<\/li>\n<li>Vysok\u00e9 koncentrace prolinu, aminokyseliny zn\u00e1m\u00e9 pro svou roli v oh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed a chybn\u00e9m skl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed protein\u016f \u2013 v souladu s amyloidogenn\u00edm materi\u00e1lem a pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b spojeny s modifikovan\u00fdmi kodony v mRNA vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amyloid a infek\u010dn\u00ed vlastnosti<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Potvrzen\u00ed amyloidu:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ramanova spektroskopie odhalila spektr\u00e1ln\u00ed podpisy odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed amyloidn\u00edm fibril\u00e1m bohat\u00fdm na beta-skl\u00e1dan\u00e9 listy.<\/li>\n<li>Fluorescen\u010dn\u00ed mikroskopie s thioflavinem-T uk\u00e1zala intenzivn\u00ed zelenou fluorescenci na cel\u00e9m povrchu sra\u017eeniny \u2013 klasick\u00fd znak amyloidu.<\/li>\n<li>Tyto v\u00fdsledky byly potvrzeny je\u0161t\u011b jasn\u011bji, kdy\u017e byly vzorky uchov\u00e1v\u00e1ny v argonu a alkoholu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zachovala k\u0159ehk\u00e1 fluorescen\u010dn\u00ed signatura, kter\u00e1 se p\u0159i standardn\u00edm balzamov\u00e1n\u00ed \u010dasto ztr\u00e1c\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" quaking induced conversion \u2013 konverze indukovan\u00e1 t\u0159esen\u00edm v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase) uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee sra\u017eeniny nejen obsahuj\u00ed amyloid, ale jsou pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b i\u00a0<strong>infek\u010dn\u00ed amyloidy<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 tj. schopn\u00e9 spustit chybn\u00e9 skl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed v jin\u00fdch proteinech.<\/li>\n<li>Tyto sra\u017eeniny se mohou chovat jako priony \u2013 nejen\u017ee se tvo\u0159\u00ed abnorm\u00e1ln\u011b, ale mohou tak\u00e9 stimulovat jin\u00e9 proteiny k nespr\u00e1vn\u00e9mu slo\u017een\u00ed, co\u017e spou\u0161t\u00ed \u0159et\u011bzovou reakci.<\/li>\n<li>Tyto \u0161patn\u011b slo\u017een\u00e9 proteiny se shlukuj\u00ed do velk\u00fdch, lepkav\u00fdch fibril, kter\u00e9 jsou odoln\u00e9 v\u016f\u010di enzymatick\u00e9 degradaci, unikaj\u00ed imunitn\u00ed obran\u011b a mohou cirkulovat v krvi.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co by mohlo b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou?<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Syntetick\u00fd hrotov\u00fd protein:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jakmile je exprimov\u00e1n, zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee se v\u00e1\u017ee na fibrinogen a podporuje abnorm\u00e1ln\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017elivost krve \u2013 to potvrzuj\u00ed i \u200b\u200bpublikovan\u00e9 studie.<\/li>\n<li>Fibrin s p\u0159\u00edm\u011bs\u00ed se pod elektronov\u00fdm mikroskopem jev\u00ed jako zkroucen\u00fd, uzlovit\u00fd a struktur\u00e1ln\u011b se v\u00fdznamn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed od norm\u00e1ln\u00edch sra\u017eenin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure obsahuj\u00ed fosfolipidy DSPC, jejich\u017e fosforov\u00e9 hlavy jsou po uvoln\u011bn\u00ed mRNA exponov\u00e1ny.<\/li>\n<li>Tato hyperfosforylovan\u00e1 prost\u0159ed\u00ed by mohla slou\u017eit jako j\u00e1dra pro tvorbu sra\u017eenin v krvi bohat\u00e9 na fibrinogen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Modifikovan\u00e9 kodony a prolinov\u00e9 substituce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Syntetick\u00e1 mRNA obsahuje sekvence bohat\u00e9 na prolin, kter\u00e9 stabilizuj\u00ed spike protein \u2013 ale je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee prolin oh\u00fdb\u00e1 a \u0161patn\u011b skl\u00e1d\u00e1 proteinov\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce.<\/li>\n<li>To by mohlo vysv\u011btlovat vysokou koncentraci prolinu ve sra\u017eenin\u00e1ch \u2013 a jejich odolnost v\u016f\u010di p\u0159irozen\u00e9 degradaci fibrinu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dopad na ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Tyto sra\u017eeniny nelze zavrhnout jako pouh\u00fd posmrtn\u00fd artefakt. Podobn\u00e9 struktury byly tak\u00e9 odstran\u011bny \u017eiv\u00fdm pacient\u016fm b\u011bhem operace a katetrizace.<\/li>\n<li>Celosv\u011btov\u00fd pr\u016fzkum balzamova\u010d\u016f, kter\u00fd provedl major Tom Haviland (2024), zjistil, \u017ee 83 % z nich uv\u00e1d\u011blo takov\u00e9 \u201evl\u00e1knit\u00e9\u201c struktury u zem\u0159el\u00fdch osob po injekci mRNA.<\/li>\n<li>Standardn\u00ed laboratorn\u00ed testy tyto amyloidn\u00ed sra\u017eeniny neodhal\u00ed.
