Ale pro mnoho lid\u00ed je tato dieta obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e1. Nov\u00e1 studie nyn\u00ed ukazuje, \u017ee existuje i jin\u00e1 cesta. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je proto pouze dva dny v t\u00fddnu co nejv\u00edce vyh\u00fdbat se sacharid\u016fm.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>P\u0159eru\u0161ovan\u00fd p\u016fst se ji\u017e d\u00e1vno vyvinul z klasick\u00e9ho dietn\u00edho trendu v uzn\u00e1van\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed koncept. Ale mnoho lid\u00ed selh\u00e1v\u00e1 kv\u016fli p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdm pravidl\u016fm t\u00e9to diety. Nov\u011b publikovan\u00e1 studie s n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/link.springer.com\/article\/10.1007\/s00394-025-03646-5\"><span>Izolace akutn\u00edch metabolick\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f omezen\u00ed sacharid\u016f na postprandi\u00e1ln\u00ed metabolismus s omezen\u00edm energie nebo bez n\u011bj: zk\u0159\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 studie<\/span><\/a><span> \u201c nyn\u00ed ukazuje p\u0159ekvapiv\u011b jednoduch\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed: Konzumace men\u0161\u00edho mno\u017estv\u00ed sacharid\u016f dvakr\u00e1t t\u00fddn\u011b by mohla b\u00fdt stejn\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 jako klasick\u00fd p\u016fst \u2013 a to bez nutnosti vzd\u00e1vat se kalori\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdeck\u00fd z\u00e1klad tohoto efektu je ve skute\u010dnosti docela jednoduch\u00fd: Po j\u00eddle na\u0161e t\u011blo zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 sacharidy na rychlou energii, zat\u00edmco p\u0159ebyte\u010dn\u00e9 \u017eiviny \u2013 jako jsou tuky a b\u00edlkoviny \u2013 se v\u011bt\u0161inou ukl\u00e1daj\u00ed pro pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pou\u017eit\u00ed. Teprve po del\u0161\u00edch p\u0159est\u00e1vk\u00e1ch se n\u00e1\u0161 metabolismus uchyluje k tukov\u00fdm z\u00e1sob\u00e1m. Tato zm\u011bna zlep\u0161uje metabolickou flexibilitu a sni\u017euje riziko kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed a cukrovky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci z University of Surrey testovali dvan\u00e1ct \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f s nadv\u00e1hou, aby zjistili, zda pozitivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky p\u016fstu skute\u010dn\u011b pramen\u00ed ze samotn\u00e9ho sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed kalorick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edjmu, nebo z pouh\u00e9ho vyh\u00fdb\u00e1n\u00ed se sacharid\u016fm. V\u00fdsledek byl ohromuj\u00edc\u00ed: Oba p\u0159\u00edstupy zlep\u0161ily spalov\u00e1n\u00ed tuk\u016f t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 identicky. Podle autor\u016f studie nab\u00edz\u00ed \u201en\u00edzkosacharidov\u00e1 metoda 5:2\u201c jasn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody: m\u00e9n\u011b nutri\u010dn\u00edch nedostatk\u016f, v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161ance na vytrvalost a flexibilitu pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed c\u00edle. Studie v\u0161ak byla mal\u00e1 a ne ka\u017ed\u00fd se dok\u00e1\u017ee vyrovnat s omezen\u00edm sacharid\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, kdo se chce starat o sv\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed, ani\u017e by se musel nutit do p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9ho p\u016fstu, by tento pragmatick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup mohl b\u00fdt pr\u016flomem. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee p\u011bt dn\u00ed v t\u00fddnu j\u00edte v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b norm\u00e1ln\u011b (ani\u017e byste se odd\u00e1vali ob\u017eerstv\u00ed) a pot\u00e9 se dva dny do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry vyh\u00fdb\u00e1te sacharid\u016fm.
