Je iniciativa DARPA Brain Initiative jen obrovsk\u00fdm podvodn\u00fdm projektem, kter\u00fd polyk\u00e1 miliardy dolar\u016f da\u0148ov\u00fdch poplatn\u00edk\u016f?<\/p>\n<p>To je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b jeho velk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st. F. Skinnerem.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Arm\u00e1da nem\u016f\u017ee vyvinout technologii \u010dten\u00ed my\u0161lenek<\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee lze techniky vym\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed mozk\u016f vylep\u0161it a zdokonalit pomoc\u00ed nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed, neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 technologie, kter\u00e9 by dok\u00e1zaly p\u0159en\u00e9st digitalizovan\u00e9 my\u0161lenky do na\u0161ich hlav nebo z nich. I kdy\u017e neeti\u010dt\u00ed v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci mohou sv\u00fdm subjekt\u016fm lh\u00e1t a manipulovat s jejich pocity ohledn\u011b vzpom\u00ednek, nikdy nebudou schopni stahovat ani nahr\u00e1vat my\u0161lenky.<\/p>\n<p>I kdyby se v\u011bdci sna\u017eili l\u00e9pe porozum\u011bt kognitivn\u00edm proces\u016fm pot\u0159ebn\u00fdm k tajn\u00e9mu \u201e\u010dten\u00ed\u201c my\u0161lenek terorist\u016f, nebyli by schopni to ud\u011blat. I kdyby se v\u011bdci zaj\u00edmali o to, jak um\u011ble v\u0161t\u00edpit lidem pozitivn\u00ed my\u0161lenky, nedok\u00e1zali by to.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eJak si m\u016f\u017ee\u0161 b\u00fdt tak jist\u00fd?\u201c ptali se m\u011b n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed z m\u00fdch \u010dten\u00e1\u0159\u016f. \u201eNen\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161ina v\u00fdzkumu DARPA utajovan\u00e1?\u201c<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u010cetl jsem spoustu neklasifikovan\u00fdch v\u00fdzkum\u016f DARPA o ovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed\/\u010dten\u00ed mysli a p\u0159edpoklady o tom, co je my\u0161lenkov\u00fd proces a jak ho modelovat, jsou myln\u00e9. Podle DARPA m\u00e1 jejich n\u00e1vrh syst\u00e9mu neuronov\u00e9ho in\u017een\u00fdrstv\u00ed za c\u00edl p\u0159elo\u017eit \u201eelektrochemick\u00fd jazyk pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd neurony v mozku do jedni\u010dek a nul, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed informa\u010dn\u00ed technologie\u201c. P\u0159edpokl\u00e1daj\u00ed, \u017ee neuron\u00e1ln\u00ed \u201ejazyk\u201c je line\u00e1rn\u00ed sekvence neuron\u016f, kter\u00e9 se zap\u00ednaj\u00ed a vyp\u00ednaj\u00ed. Neurony v\u0161ak nejsou jako po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 sp\u00edna\u010de. Neurony maj\u00ed v\u00edce stav\u016f a \u200b\u200bjazyk neuron\u016f je sp\u00ed\u0161e vyj\u00e1d\u0159en prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm dynamick\u00fdch forem v\u00fdsledn\u00fdch mozkov\u00fdch vln.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol>\n<li>My\u0161lenky jsou s\u00e9miotick\u00e9 procesy. Pracuji v oblasti bios\u00e9miotiky, jedin\u00e9 oblasti, kter\u00e1 se form\u00e1ln\u011b zab\u00fdv\u00e1 biologick\u00fdmi znakov\u00fdmi procesy. Kognitivn\u00ed v\u011bda nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dnou teorii s\u00e9miotiky. Neurologie nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dnou teorii o tom, co je biologick\u00fd znak nebo jak ze znak\u016f vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u00fdznam. Ti, kte\u0159\u00ed se sna\u017e\u00ed \u201edek\u00f3dovat\u201c my\u0161lenky, pracuj\u00ed s velmi zjednodu\u0161enou a bohu\u017eel zcela mylnou p\u0159edstavou o biologick\u00fdch sign\u00e1ln\u00edch procesech.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Kdyby to bylo mo\u017en\u00e9, jak by vypadala technologie \u010dten\u00ed my\u0161lenek?<\/h3>\n<p><em>Pokud by my\u0161lenky byly<\/em>\u00a0k\u00f3dy nebo symboly\u00a0(co\u017e nejsou), museli by v\u011bdci vyvinout nov\u00e9 bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 technologie (fMRI nejsou bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pro dlouhodob\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed), aby z\u00edskali detailn\u00ed 3D mapy mozkov\u00fdch proces\u016f a mohli je pozorovat v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase.<\/p>\n<p>Pak by museli tyto vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed vzorce propojit s my\u0161lenkami jednotliv\u00fdch lid\u00ed. To by vy\u017eadovalo f\u00e1zi po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem asistovan\u00e9ho tr\u00e9ninku, ve kter\u00e9 subjekt \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 v\u00fdzkumn\u00edkovi, co si mysl\u00ed, zat\u00edmco v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1 aktivitu, digitalizuje vzorec a p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed jej do po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, kter\u00fd by pak teoreticky byl schopen kategorizovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 vzory podle informac\u00ed o subjektu.<\/p>\n<p>Alternativn\u011b by v\u011bdci mohli subjektu\u00a0<em>prezentovat<\/em>\u00a0senzorick\u00e9 informace ve snaze propojit vstupy s pozorovanou mozkovou aktivitou. Tr\u00e9nink pro ka\u017ed\u00fd typ my\u0161len\u00ed by musel b\u00fdt prov\u00e1d\u011bn opakovan\u011b, aby po\u010d\u00edta\u010d s um\u011blou inteligenc\u00ed mohl vytvo\u0159it mapu z\u00e1kladn\u00edho tvaru dan\u00e9ho bioelektrick\u00e9ho vzoru a pozd\u011bji ji identifikovat. Tento zdlouhav\u00fd proces by musel b\u00fdt proveden s ka\u017edou jednotlivou my\u0161lenkou.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud by v\u011bdci zjistili, jak\u00e9 typy my\u0161lenek koreluj\u00ed s ur\u010ditou aktivitou mozkov\u00fdch vln u jedn\u00e9 osoby, nebyli by schopni tuto informaci extrapolovat na jin\u00e9 lidi. Neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed k\u00f3d mozkov\u00fdch vln, kter\u00fd by byl stejn\u00fd pro v\u0161echny lidi. Mozek je nav\u00edc velmi dynamick\u00fd org\u00e1n, jeho\u017e neurony se neust\u00e1le pohybuj\u00ed a vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e1 spojen\u00ed, tak\u017ee vzorec nau\u010den\u00fd jeden t\u00fdden se m\u016f\u017ee o t\u00fdden pozd\u011bji v\u00fdrazn\u011b zm\u011bnit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esn\u011b to se stalo v experimentech Neuralink na prim\u00e1tech. Vzorec v motorick\u00e9 k\u016f\u0159e prim\u00e1t\u016f, kter\u00fd byl identifikov\u00e1n a spojen\u00fd s nakreslen\u00edm konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho p\u00edsmene nebo \u010d\u00edsla, se po p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b p\u011bti dnech v\u00fdznamn\u011b zm\u011bnil. O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1m, \u017ee lid\u00e9 s implant\u00e1ty Neuralink budou muset neust\u00e1le p\u0159e\u0161kolovat asistenta um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence, kter\u00fd jim umo\u017e\u0148uje klikat a p\u0159ej\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt, aby byl aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">\u010ceho mohou sou\u010dasn\u00e9 technologie dos\u00e1hnout?<\/h3>\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161ina projekt\u016f \u201etechnologie \u010dten\u00ed my\u0161lenek\u201c zahrnuje postupy, p\u0159i kter\u00fdch jsou do mozku vkl\u00e1d\u00e1ny ur\u010dit\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje pro zachycen\u00ed (velmi omezen\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed) nervov\u00e9 aktivity. Tyto n\u00e1stroje jsou navr\u017eeny k detekci elektrick\u00e9ho v\u00fdboje v nervov\u00e9 bu\u0148ce nebo skupin\u011b nervov\u00fdch bun\u011bk. N\u00e1stroje pak mus\u00ed b\u00fdt schopny detekovan\u00fd v\u00fdboj zes\u00edlit, aby v\u011bdci mohli tyto informace z\u00edskat.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee vzorec objevuj\u00edc\u00ed se na jin\u00e9 \u00farovni bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fdch skupin nelze z omezen\u00e9ho vzorku odvodit, v\u011bdci to naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed \u201e\u010dten\u00edm my\u0161lenek\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Aby v\u011bdci mohli \u201eovl\u00e1dat my\u0161lenky\u201c, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt schopni pou\u017e\u00edt n\u00e1stroj implantovan\u00fd do mozku k vyb\u00edjen\u00ed elektrick\u00e9 aktivity. Tohoto bylo dosa\u017eeno v n\u011bkolika pokusech na zv\u00ed\u0159atech. Tento postup je v\u0161ak u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd pouze k vyvol\u00e1n\u00ed strachu, zmatku nebo radosti u subjekt\u016f. Tento postup by nebyl vhodn\u00fd pro vnucov\u00e1n\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00fdch my\u0161lenek subjekt\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p>Oblast optogenetiky, kter\u00e1 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 sv\u011btlo k detekci a ovliv\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed neuron\u00e1ln\u00ed aktivity, je pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nejpokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00ed metodou ve v\u00fdzkumu \u201e\u010dten\u00ed my\u0161lenek\u201c a \u201eovl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed mysli\u201c. Corbett ve sv\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku zmi\u0148uje nejen optogenetiku, ale tak\u00e9 technologii \u201eneur\u00e1ln\u00edho prachu\u201c, kter\u00e1 je aktivov\u00e1na ultrazvukem. Tyto technologie jsou znepokojiv\u00e9, proto\u017ee se zd\u00e1, \u017ee je lze nasadit tajn\u011b, nap\u0159\u00edklad pomoc\u00ed aerosol\u016f nebo injekc\u00ed, a aktivovat je pomoc\u00ed d\u00e1lkov\u00fdch senzor\u016f a vys\u00edla\u010d\u016f. Auto\u0159i tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee se jim poda\u0159ilo implantovat fale\u0161nou vzpom\u00ednku do mozku my\u0161i. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek byl publikov\u00e1n v \u010dasopise Philosophical Transactions of the Royal Society Biology.
