Zar\u00e1\u017eej\u00edc\u00ed je, \u017ee ti, kte\u0159\u00ed jedli v\u00edce ovoce, zeleniny, celozrnn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f a b\u00edlkovin z libov\u00e9ho masa, hl\u00e1sili v\u00fdrazn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b bolesti, i kdy\u017e m\u011bli nadv\u00e1hu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Jak poznamenali v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci:\u00a0<\/span><em><span>\u201eLep\u0161\u00ed kvalita stravy je spojena s ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00edrou bolest\u00ed v doln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti t\u011bla, bez ohledu na adipozitu (m\u00edru t\u011blesn\u00e9ho tuku).\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>Zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed byla obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u00e1 u \u017een, co\u017e nazna\u010duje genderov\u011b specifick\u00e9 vlivy stravy na citlivost na bolest, respektive pr\u00e1h bolesti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie zd\u016fraz\u0148uje, \u017ee zpracovan\u00e9 potraviny, kter\u00e9 jsou pln\u00e9 cukru, soli a nezdrav\u00fdch tuk\u016f, podporuj\u00ed z\u00e1n\u011bty az nich pramen\u00edc\u00ed bolesti, zat\u00edmco cel\u00e9 potraviny je sni\u017euj\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Pro\u010d j\u00eddlo por\u00e1\u017e\u00ed farmaceutick\u00e9 l\u00e9ky<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Chronick\u00e1 bolest, \u010dasto l\u00e9\u010den\u00e1 protiz\u00e1n\u011btliv\u00fdmi l\u00e9ky nebo opioidy, p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed rizika, jako jsou z\u00e1vislost, po\u0161kozen\u00ed tr\u00e1vic\u00edho syst\u00e9mu (st\u0159ev a \u017ealudku) a zhor\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed stavu v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Naproti tomu potraviny bohat\u00e9 na \u017eiviny \u0159e\u0161\u00ed bolest v jej\u00edm ko\u0159eni.
