Do \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed se zapojilo p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 15 000 respondent\u016f z dev\u00edti zem\u00ed: Chorvatska, Bosny a Hercegoviny, Slovinska, Severn\u00ed Makedonie, \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, Slovenska, Estonska, Litvy a Loty\u0161ska.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eZ \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee se svou aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdou je spokojeno pouze 27 % respondent\u016f, zat\u00edmco 56 % se c\u00edt\u00ed nedocen\u011bn\u00fdch. Tento pocit je v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v baltsk\u00fdch a balk\u00e1nsk\u00fdch zem\u00edch, zat\u00edmco lid\u00e9 v \u010cesku, na Slovensku a v Estonsku jsou s v\u00fd\u0161\u00ed sv\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f o n\u011bco spokojen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed,\u201c<\/em> komentuje v\u00fdsledky Jozef Pl\u0161ko, \u0159editel PR a komunikace Alma Career, a dod\u00e1v\u00e1: \u201e<em>Kdy\u017e jsme se t\u011bch sam\u00fdch respondent\u016f zeptali, zda zva\u017euj\u00ed zm\u011bnu zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed b\u011bhem n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch \u0161esti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, 77 % odpov\u011bd\u011blo, \u017ee ano \u2013 co\u017e sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o \u0161iroce roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00e9 nespokojenosti. Op\u011bt plat\u00ed, \u017ee ochota zm\u011bnit zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed je nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v balk\u00e1nsk\u00e9m regionu, kde dosahuje a\u017e 90 %. Tyto postoje p\u0159irozen\u011b ovliv\u0148uje cel\u00e1 \u0159ada faktor\u016f \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 mezd v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s kupn\u00ed silou.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Pouze jeden z \u010dty\u0159 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f je se svou mzdou spokojen\u00fd<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u0160et\u0159en\u00ed uk\u00e1zalo rozd\u00edlnou m\u00edru spokojenosti s v\u00fd\u0161\u00ed mzdy. Jen 27 % respondent\u016f uvedlo, \u017ee jsou spokojeni, 33 % svou mzdu hodnot\u00ed negativn\u011b a 40 % m\u00e1 neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed postoj. \u017deny jsou se svou mzdou m\u00e9n\u011b spokojen\u00e9 ne\u017e mu\u017ei \u2013 vyj\u00e1d\u0159ilo se tak 24 % \u017een oproti 30 % mu\u017e\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Pokud jde o v\u011bk, lid\u00e9 do 45 let jsou spokojen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed (t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 30 % vyj\u00e1d\u0159ilo spokojenost), zat\u00edmco mezi lidmi nad 45 let je spokojenost pouze okolo 23 %. Z \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee s v\u011bkem nespokojenost s v\u00fd\u0161\u00ed mzdy roste \u2013 co\u017e je p\u0159ekvapiv\u00e9, vezmeme-li v potaz, \u017ee vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u011bk \u010dasto souvis\u00ed s vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pozic\u00ed i odm\u011bnou.<\/p>\n<p>Z hlediska jednotliv\u00fdch zem\u00ed jsou nejspokojen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed respondenti v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice a Estonsku (kolem 32 %), naopak nejni\u017e\u0161\u00ed spokojenost panuje v Chorvatsku, Loty\u0161sku a Litv\u011b \u2013 jen kolem 22 %.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>V\u00edce ne\u017e polovina osloven\u00fdch se c\u00edt\u00ed finan\u010dn\u011b nedocen\u011bn\u00e1<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>V\u00edce ne\u017e 56 % respondent\u016f uvedlo, \u017ee se v pr\u00e1ci c\u00edt\u00ed finan\u010dn\u011b nedocen\u011bn\u00ed \u2013 oproti roku 2023 jde o n\u00e1r\u016fst o t\u0159i procentn\u00ed body. Naopak jen 21 % dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch pova\u017euje svou mzdu za odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed \u2013 to je pokles o p\u011bt procentn\u00edch bod\u016f oproti v\u00fdsledk\u016fm \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed z roku 2023.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Jak\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e platu by zam\u011bstnance uspokojila?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>O\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f ohledn\u011b r\u016fstu mezd ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina z nich vn\u00edm\u00e1 sou\u010dasn\u00e9 odm\u011b\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed jako nedostate\u010dn\u00e9. Skromn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed r\u016fst o 6\u201310 % by sta\u010dil 17 % respondent\u016f. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed skupina dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch (40 %) by za p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 pova\u017eovala nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed v rozmez\u00ed 11\u201320 %. V\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst o 20 a\u017e 50 % by po\u017eadovalo dal\u0161\u00edch 27 % \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee odr\u00e1\u017eet dlouhodob\u00e9 pocity nedocen\u011bn\u00ed nebo dopad inflace na re\u00e1lnou kupn\u00ed s\u00edlu. Jen margin\u00e1ln\u00ed pod\u00edl (2 %) uvedl, \u017ee by za odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed pova\u017eoval dvojn\u00e1sobek sv\u00e9 sou\u010dasn\u00e9 mzdy. Data z \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e uk\u00e1zala souvislost mezi v\u00fd\u0161\u00ed platu a o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm ohledn\u011b r\u016fstu mezd \u2013 respondenti s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edjmem \u010dast\u011bji po\u017eadovali v\u00fdrazn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed, aby byli spokojen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i srovn\u00e1n\u00ed jednotliv\u00fdch zem\u00ed a region\u016f vy\u0161lo najevo, \u017ee v \u010cesku, na Slovensku, v Estonsku a Slovinsku si t\u0159i \u010dtvrtiny respondent\u016f p\u0159ej\u00ed nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed maxim\u00e1ln\u011b do 20 %, zat\u00edmco v ostatn\u00edch zem\u00edch si polovina lid\u00ed p\u0159eje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed o v\u00edce ne\u017e 20 %. Tyto postoje pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 mezd ve vztahu ke kupn\u00ed s\u00edle v dan\u00e9 zemi.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eP\u0159i otev\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed ot\u00e1zky platu se sv\u00fdm zam\u011bstnavatelem by se nem\u011blo zapom\u00ednat na p\u0159\u00edpravu. V dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b u\u017e nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m zjistit si na internetu, jak\u00e9 jsou aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed pozici,\u201c <\/em>vysv\u011btluje Miroslav Draveck\u00fd z port\u00e1lu Platy.cz a dod\u00e1v\u00e1: <em>\u201ePokud se zam\u011bstnanci del\u0161\u00ed dobu mzda nezvy\u0161ovala, je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee je oproti sv\u00fdm koleg\u016fm podhodnocen\u00fd.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Riziko fluktuace je vysok\u00e9, ale\u2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Vzhledem k mo\u017en\u00e9mu dopadu nespokojenosti s v\u00fd\u0161\u00ed mzdy na fluktuaci zam\u011bstnanc\u016f se \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159ilo i na ochotu zm\u011bnit zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. Celkem 77 % respondent\u016f uvedlo, \u017ee zva\u017euj\u00ed b\u011bhem n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch \u0161esti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f hledat l\u00e9pe placenou pr\u00e1ci. <em>\u201eVe srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s rokem 2023 do\u0161lo k m\u00edrn\u00e9mu poklesu \u2013 tehdy o zm\u011bn\u011b uva\u017eovalo 79 % lid\u00ed. P\u0159esto plat\u00ed, \u017ee jen jeden ze \u010dty\u0159 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f je natolik spokojen\u00fd, \u017ee o zm\u011bn\u011b pr\u00e1ce v\u016fbec neuva\u017euje,\u201c <\/em>dopl\u0148uje Jozef Pl\u0161ko.<\/p>\n<p>Ochota zm\u011bnit pr\u00e1ci je podle v\u00fdsledk\u016f \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed vysok\u00e1. Skute\u010dn\u00e1 aktivita p\u0159i hled\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce je v\u0161ak v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice dlouhodob\u011b v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed \u2013 podle dat Alma Career se t\u00fdk\u00e1 jen necel\u00fdch 15 % zam\u011bstnanc\u016f. Tento nesoulad ukazuje, \u017ee \u010desk\u00fd trh pr\u00e1ce je charakteristick\u00fd relativn\u011b n\u00edzkou mobilitou pracovn\u00ed s\u00edly. D\u016fvodem nejsou jen objektivn\u00ed p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eky, ale i psychologick\u00e9 a praktick\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/magazin.almacareer.com\/cz\/10-nejcastejsich-barier-pri-zmene-prace-pomozte-je-lidem-prekonat-a-budou-vasi\">bari\u00e9ry<\/a>. Mezi ty nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pat\u0159\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1vazky a nedostate\u010dn\u00e9 rezervy pro p\u0159\u00edpad v\u00fdpadku p\u0159\u00edjmu, obavy z nejistoty v obdob\u00ed zm\u011bny zam\u011bstnavatele nebo pocit, \u017ee na trhu chyb\u00ed pracovn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti p\u0159esn\u011b odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed kvalifikaci dan\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka. P\u0159ek\u00e1\u017ekou m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt tak\u00e9 nedostatek sebev\u011bdom\u00ed, strach z odm\u00edtnut\u00ed nebo p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9 zako\u0159en\u011bn\u00ed v komfortn\u00ed z\u00f3n\u011b. Lid\u00e9 tak\u00e9 celkem \u010dasto podce\u0148uj\u00ed sv\u00e9 schopnosti nebo nemaj\u00ed p\u0159ehled o tom, jak\u00e9 maj\u00ed mo\u017enosti na trhu. Firmy, kter\u00e9 cht\u011bj\u00ed z\u00edskat kvalitn\u00ed zam\u011bstnance, tak \u010dasto mus\u00ed p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat nejen konkurenci, ale i vnit\u0159n\u00ed \u201erezistenci\u201c samotn\u00fdch potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch kandid\u00e1t\u016f.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>O \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u0160et\u0159en\u00ed prob\u00edhalo v \u00fanoru a b\u0159eznu 2025 v dev\u00edti zem\u00edch, kde p\u016fsob\u00ed Alma Career: v Chorvatsku, Bosn\u011b a Hercegovin\u011b, Slovinsku, Severn\u00ed Makedonii, \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, na Slovensku, v Estonsku, Litv\u011b a Loty\u0161sku.
