Prvn\u00edm testem byla hmotnostn\u00ed spektrometrie s induk\u010dn\u011b v\u00e1zan\u00fdm plazmatem (ICP-MS), kter\u00e1 identifikovala \u201eelement\u00e1rn\u00ed\u201c slo\u017een\u00ed shluk\u016f (tj. v\u0161ech prvk\u016f z periodick\u00e9 tabulky, kter\u00e9 jsou p\u0159\u00edtomny). Tento test poprv\u00e9 provedl v roce 2022 Mike Adams na vzorku poskytnut\u00e9m Hirschmanem. Greg\u016fv t\u00fdm znovu provedl test ICP-MS ve dvou r\u016fzn\u00fdch laborato\u0159\u00edch a potvrdil, \u017ee po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed anal\u00fdza Mikea Adamse byla spr\u00e1vn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Je zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, \u017ee v\u0161echny t\u0159i anal\u00fdzy ICP-MS uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee b\u00edl\u00e9 vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 shluky obsahuj\u00ed velmi mal\u00e1 mno\u017estv\u00ed ho\u0159\u010d\u00edku, drasl\u00edku a \u017eeleza, z nich\u017e v\u0161echny jsou v norm\u00e1ln\u00ed krvi p\u0159\u00edtomny v mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch mno\u017estv\u00edch. Nap\u0159\u00edklad \u017eelezo, kter\u00e9 d\u00e1v\u00e1 krvi jej\u00ed \u010dervenou barvu a je p\u0159\u00edtomno v norm\u00e1ln\u00ed krvi v koncentraci asi 450 ppm (ppm), bylo p\u0159\u00edtomno pouze v mno\u017estv\u00ed 20 ppm v b\u00edl\u00fdch vl\u00e1knit\u00fdch shluc\u00edch. T\u00fdm rychle dosp\u011bl k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee b\u00edl\u00e9 vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 shluky NEJSOU norm\u00e1ln\u00ed sr\u00e1\u017elivost\u00ed krve.<\/p>\n<p>Naopak v\u0161echny t\u0159i anal\u00fdzy ICP-MS uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee b\u00edl\u00e9 vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 hrudky obsahuj\u00ed velmi vysok\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed fosforu, s\u00edry a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech i c\u00ednu. Nap\u0159\u00edklad koncentrace fosforu v norm\u00e1ln\u00ed krvi je mezi 100 a 1 000 ppm. Ve vzorc\u00edch b\u00edl\u00fdch vl\u00e1knit\u00fdch hrudek v\u0161ak bylo nam\u011b\u0159eno 5 000 ppm fosforu! Jak uvid\u00edte, toto vysok\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed fosforu se v na\u0161em p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhu st\u00e1v\u00e1 velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm.<\/p>\n<p>Vedouc\u00ed v\u011bdec Greg Harrison uva\u017eoval, zda toto neobvykle vysok\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed fosforu v b\u00edl\u00fdch vl\u00e1knit\u00fdch sra\u017eenin\u00e1ch m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b nebo z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za tvorbu sra\u017eenin. Greg tak\u00e9 poznamenal, \u017ee mRNA vakc\u00edny Pfizer i Moderna obsahuj\u00ed \u201efosf\u00e1ty\u201c a \u201esulf\u00e1ty\u201c (v\u0161imn\u011bte si, \u017ee s\u00edra je v periodick\u00e9 tabulce hned vedle fosforu a m\u00e1 velmi podobn\u00e9 vazebn\u00e9 vlastnosti). Greg ve skute\u010dnosti zjistil, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 lahvi\u010dka vakc\u00edny Pfizer nebo Moderna obsahuje asi jeden bilion (tj. miliardu miliard) fosfolipidov\u00fdch nano\u010d\u00e1stic, co\u017e je v\u00edce ne\u017e dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed k podpo\u0159e abnorm\u00e1ln\u00ed reakce, pokud se v t\u011ble objev\u00ed!<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum Grega na konci 70. a 80. let odhalil fenom\u00e9n, kter\u00fd se stal zn\u00e1m\u00fdm jako \u201esyndrom b\u00edl\u00e9 sra\u017eeniny\u201c. V\u011bdci tehdy zjistili, \u017ee u n\u011bkter\u00fdch pacient\u016f u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch antikoagula\u010dn\u00ed heparin se v jejich c\u00e9vn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu rychle vytvo\u0159ily \u201eb\u00edl\u00e9 krevn\u00ed sra\u017eeniny\u201c. Heparin obsahuje zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed s\u00edry, kter\u00e1 se neobvykl\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem kombinuje s t\u011blu p\u0159irozenou b\u00edlkovinou sr\u00e1\u017eej\u00edc\u00ed krev, fibrinogenem. Probl\u00e9m byl vy\u0159e\u0161en sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm s\u00edly pod\u00e1van\u00e9ho heparinu. Dnes, pokud maj\u00ed pacienti probl\u00e9my s heparinem, mohou b\u00fdt p\u0159evedeni na jin\u00e1 antikoagulancia, jako je Eliquis, Pradaxa nebo Xarelto.<\/p>\n<p>Greg m\u011bl podez\u0159en\u00ed, \u017ee pokud by tento jev mohl zp\u016fsobit p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho s\u00edry v krvi, mohlo by to b\u00fdt zp\u016fsobeno tak\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm fosforu v krvi. To vedlo Grega k jeho sou\u010dasn\u00e9 \u201eteorii fosforylace\u201c, kter\u00e1 uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee jak fosfolipidov\u00e9 nano\u010d\u00e1stice z vakc\u00edny, tak spike protein (bu\u010f z viru nebo vakc\u00edny) se spojuj\u00ed s p\u0159irozen\u00fdm fibrinogenem v t\u011ble za vzniku nep\u0159irozen\u00e9ho, \u200b\u200bzkroucen\u00e9ho, \u200b\u200b\u0161patn\u011b slo\u017een\u00e9ho polymeru (tj. \u201eb\u00edl\u00e9 vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 sra\u017eeniny\u201c), kter\u00fd je pro na\u0161e t\u011blo t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nemo\u017en\u00fd, odbour\u00e1vat p\u0159irozen\u00fd enzym, plazmu, plazmu.<\/p>\n<p>Greg a t\u00fdm dostali potvrzen\u00ed, \u017ee s p\u0159irozen\u00fdm fibrinogenem v t\u011ble se skute\u010dn\u011b d\u011bje n\u011bco divn\u00e9ho, \u200b\u200bkdy\u017e obdr\u017eeli v\u00fdsledky sv\u00e9ho dal\u0161\u00edho testu. Vysoko\u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 kapalinov\u00e1 chromatografie (HPLC) byla provedena na n\u011bkolika vzorc\u00edch b\u00edl\u00e9 vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 sra\u017eeniny. Tento test identifikuje a m\u011b\u0159\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u201eslou\u010denin\u201c ve vzorku. Nen\u00ed p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm, \u017ee anal\u00fdza HPLC odhalila, \u017ee p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 56 % b\u00edl\u00e9 vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 sra\u017eeniny se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z t\u011blu vlastn\u00edho p\u0159irozen\u00e9ho fibrinogenu. Pom\u011br d\u00edl\u010d\u00edch slo\u017eek fibrinogenu byl v\u0161ak drasticky \u0161patn\u00fd!<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e se fibrinogen p\u0159em\u011bn\u00ed z kapaln\u00e9ho stavu na b\u00edlou pevnou l\u00e1tku zvanou \u201efibrin\u201c jako sou\u010d\u00e1st norm\u00e1ln\u00edho procesu sr\u00e1\u017een\u00ed v na\u0161\u00ed krevn\u00ed plazm\u011b, t\u0159i d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed slo\u017eky fibrinogenu se spoj\u00ed a vytvo\u0159\u00ed fibrinov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno. Tyto fibrinogenov\u00e9 alfa, beta a gama \u0159et\u011bzce se propl\u00e9taj\u00ed v pom\u011bru jedna ku jedn\u00e9 ku jedn\u00e9 a vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed norm\u00e1ln\u00ed fibrinov\u00e9 vl\u00e1kno. V norm\u00e1ln\u00edch fibrinov\u00fdch sra\u017eenin\u00e1ch najdete fibrinogen alfa, beta a gama \u0159et\u011bzce v pom\u011bru p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1:1:1.<\/p>\n<p>Anal\u00fdza HPLC v\u0161ak odhalila, \u017ee 36 % b\u00edl\u00e9 vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 sra\u017eeniny bylo slo\u017eeno z fibrinogenov\u00e9ho \u201ebeta\u201c \u0159et\u011bzce, 16 % sra\u017eeniny bylo slo\u017eeno z fibrinogenov\u00e9ho \u201egama\u201c \u0159et\u011bzce a pouze 4 % sra\u017eeniny tvo\u0159il fibrinogenov\u00fd \u201ealfa\u201c \u0159et\u011bzec.<\/p>\n<p>To odpov\u00edd\u00e1 bizarn\u00edmu pom\u011bru 9:4:1 oproti norm\u00e1ln\u00edmu pom\u011bru 1:1:1. Proto t\u00fdm dosp\u011bl k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee velmi neobvykl\u00e1 chemick\u00e1 reakce v t\u011ble rozhodn\u011b m\u011bn\u00ed proces, kter\u00fdm se kapaln\u00fd fibrinogen p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uje na norm\u00e1ln\u00ed pevn\u00fd fibrin. Dal\u0161\u00edm vod\u00edtkem bylo, \u017ee trombin, kter\u00fd p\u016fsob\u00ed jako katalyz\u00e1tor p\u0159i norm\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159em\u011bn\u011b fibrinogenu na fibrin, NEN\u00cd p\u0159\u00edtomen v b\u00edl\u00fdch vl\u00e1knit\u00fdch sra\u017eenin\u00e1ch. Reakce byla proto poh\u00e1n\u011bna n\u011b\u010d\u00edm jin\u00fdm.<\/p>\n<p>Nejen, \u017ee se zm\u011bnila p\u0159em\u011bna fibrinogenu na fibrin, Greg m\u011bl tak\u00e9 podez\u0159en\u00ed, \u017ee fibrinogen se b\u011bhem procesu \u201eneslo\u017eil\u201c kv\u016fli jeho interakci s spike proteinem a fosfolipidov\u00fdmi nano\u010d\u00e1sticemi. Greg se rozhodl prozkoumat tyto \u0161patn\u011b slo\u017een\u00e9 proteiny, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 tak\u00e9 jako \u201eamyloidn\u00ed proteiny\u201c, pomoc\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch test\u016f. Nejprve bylo provedeno barven\u00ed kon\u017eskou \u010derven\u00ed na n\u011bkolika vzorc\u00edch b\u00edl\u00fdch vl\u00e1knit\u00fdch sra\u017eenin, kter\u00e9 p\u0159inesly pozitivn\u00ed v\u00fdsledek na p\u0159\u00edtomnost amyloidu.<\/p>\n<p>Pro dal\u0161\u00ed potvrzen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edtomnosti amyloidn\u00edch protein\u016f v b\u00edl\u00fdch vl\u00e1knit\u00fdch sra\u017eenin\u00e1ch provedl Greg\u016fv t\u00fdm tak\u00e9 test thioflavinu T na n\u011bkolika vzorc\u00edch sra\u017eeniny, co\u017e je dal\u0161\u00ed technika barven\u00ed, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 vzorky sv\u00edt\u00ed \u201ezelen\u011b\u201c pod UV sv\u011btlem, kdy\u017e je detekov\u00e1n amyloid. V\u0161echny vzorky s b\u00edl\u00fdmi vl\u00e1knit\u00fdmi sra\u017eeninami z\u00e1\u0159ily zelen\u011b. Ve skute\u010dnosti se pozd\u011bji zjistilo, \u017ee i bez barven\u00ed vzorky s b\u00edl\u00fdmi vl\u00e1knit\u00fdmi sra\u017eeninami ST\u00c1LE zelen\u011b z\u00e1\u0159ily pod UV sv\u011btlem, co\u017e potvrdilo silnou p\u0159\u00edtomnost amyloidu!<\/p>\n<p>Potvrzen\u00ed amyloidn\u00edch protein\u016f v b\u00edl\u00fdch vl\u00e1knit\u00fdch sra\u017eenin\u00e1ch nebylo pro Grega a t\u00fdm \u00fapln\u00fdm p\u0159ekvapen\u00edm. Dr. Resia Pretorius z Ji\u017en\u00ed Afriky provedla testy thioflavinu T v letech 2021 a 2022 a napsala n\u011bkolik recenzovan\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f potvrzuj\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159\u00edtomnost amyloidn\u00edch protein\u016f v \u201emikrosra\u017eenin\u00e1ch\u201c v krvi pacient\u016f s mrtvic\u00ed a lid\u00ed trp\u00edc\u00edch \u201edlouhou nemoc\u00ed Covid\u201c. Greg a t\u00fdm m\u011bli podez\u0159en\u00ed, \u017ee b\u00edl\u00e9 vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 sra\u017eeniny embalmu mohou b\u00fdt \u201emakrosra\u017eeniny\u201c vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 agregac\u00ed t\u011bchto \u201emikrosra\u017eenin\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>A nyn\u00ed se dost\u00e1v\u00e1me k mo\u017en\u00e1 nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a nejd\u011bsiv\u011bj\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm testu ze v\u0161ech. Existuje podskupina amyloidn\u00edch protein\u016f naz\u00fdvan\u00fdch \u201epriony\u201c. Prionov\u00e1 onemocn\u011bn\u00ed jsou skupinou fat\u00e1ln\u00edch neurodegenerativn\u00edch poruch zp\u016fsoben\u00fdch akumulac\u00ed chybn\u011b poskl\u00e1dan\u00fdch protein\u016f v mozku. Tyto proteiny, zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako priony (zkratka pro proteinov\u00e9 infek\u010dn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stice), jsou odoln\u00e9 v\u016f\u010di b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm steriliza\u010dn\u00edm metod\u00e1m a mohou zp\u016fsobit rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9 po\u0161kozen\u00ed mozku.<\/p>\n<p>Greg po\u017e\u00e1dal Richarda Hirschmana, aby poslal n\u011bkolik vzork\u016f b\u00edl\u00fdch vl\u00e1knit\u00fdch hrudek Dr. Kevinu McCairnovi, renomovan\u00e9mu neurov\u011bdci v Japonsku, kter\u00fd str\u00e1vil svou kari\u00e9ru studiem \u00fa\u010dink\u016f amyloidov\u00fdch protein\u016f na pacienty s Alzheimerovou chorobou, Parkinsonovou chorobou a demenc\u00ed. Greg po\u017e\u00e1dal doktora McCairna, aby prozkoumal vzorky b\u00edl\u00fdch vl\u00e1knit\u00fdch shluk\u016f na p\u0159\u00edtomnost prion\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Nejprve Dr. McCairn provedl Ramanovu spektroskopii, kter\u00e1 uk\u00e1zala z\u0159eteln\u00e9 signaturn\u00ed p\u00edky konzistentn\u00ed s amyloidn\u00edmi fibrilami bohat\u00fdmi na \u03b2-list, zejm\u00e9na v oblastech amidu I a III (typicky ~1 660\u20131 670 cm\u207b\u00b9 a ~1 240\u20131 300 cm\u207b\u00b9, v tomto po\u0159ad\u00ed). To potvrdilo v\u00fdsledky p\u0159edchoz\u00edch test\u016f kon\u017esk\u00e9 \u010derven\u011b a thioflavinu T proveden\u00fdch na sra\u017eenin\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>V b\u0159eznu 2025 pak Dr. McCairn provedl konverzn\u00ed test vyvolan\u00fd zem\u011bt\u0159esen\u00edm v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase (tj. \u201eRT-QuIC test\u201c) na t\u0159ech r\u016fzn\u00fdch vzorc\u00edch b\u00edl\u00e9 vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 sra\u017eeniny, aby ur\u010dil p\u0159\u00edtomnost aktivity v\u00fdsevu podobn\u00e9 prion\u016fm. V\u0161echny t\u0159i vzorky byly pozitivn\u011b testov\u00e1ny na aktivitu v\u00fdsevu podobnou prionu!<\/p>\n<p>Co to v\u0161echno znamen\u00e1 pro sv\u011bt?<br \/>\nPokud jde o amyloidn\u00ed sra\u017eeniny, mikrosra\u017eeniny, kter\u00e9 blokuj\u00ed tepny a mal\u00e9 krevn\u00ed c\u00e9vy, mohou zp\u016fsobit tichou hypoxii nebo dysfunkci org\u00e1n\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad v mozku, ledvin\u00e1ch nebo srdci, ani\u017e by byla zji\u0161t\u011bna jak\u00e1koli zjevn\u00e1 tromb\u00f3za. Pokud jde o b\u00edl\u00e9 vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 sra\u017eeniny\/makrosra\u017eeniny, ty mohou zp\u016fsobit zjevn\u00e9 mrtvice a infarkty.<\/p>\n<p>Neurovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed nebo neurodegenerativn\u00ed poruchy spojen\u00e9 s prionov\u00fdmi chorobami se mohou vyskytovat rychleji ne\u017e desetilet\u00ed, kter\u00e1 norm\u00e1ln\u011b uplynou, ne\u017e se tyto poruchy projev\u00ed. U mlad\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed se mohou vyskytnout nap\u0159\u00edklad neurovaskul\u00e1rn\u00ed poruchy, jako je m\u00edrn\u00e1 kognitivn\u00ed porucha (MCI), mozkov\u00e1 mlha, t\u0159es a zm\u011bny chov\u00e1n\u00ed. A u mlad\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed se mohou objevit i z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed neurodegenerativn\u00ed poruchy, jako je Creutzfeldt-Jakobova choroba, Parkinsonova choroba a demence podobn\u00e1 Alzheimerov\u011b chorob\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Pamatujte, \u017ee v na\u0161em ned\u00e1vn\u00e9m \u201eCelosv\u011btov\u00e9m pr\u016fzkumu krevn\u00ed sra\u017eeniny balzamova\u010dem v roce 2024\u201c 83 % respondent\u016f balzamova\u010d\u016f (250 z 301) ST\u00c1LE vid\u011blo \u201eb\u00edl\u00e9 vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 sra\u017eeniny\u201c v mrtvol\u00e1ch v\u0161ech v\u011bkov\u00fdch kategori\u00ed do konce roku 2024. A b\u00edl\u00e9 vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 hrudky vid\u011bli v \u0161okuj\u00edc\u00edm pr\u016fm\u011bru 27 %! Fuj!<\/p>\n<p>Va\u0161e dal\u0161\u00ed ot\u00e1zka by tedy mohla zn\u00edt: \u201eJak\u00e9 procento lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b chod\u00ed kolem, m\u016f\u017ee vytv\u00e1\u0159et tyto b\u00edl\u00e9, vl\u00e1knit\u00e9 shluky amyloidu a prion\u016f? Odpov\u011b\u010f zn\u00ed: nev\u00edme.
