Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b d\u016fle\u017eitou roli hraje kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00fd sirup s vysok\u00fdm obsahem frukt\u00f3zy, levn\u00e1 n\u00e1hra\u017eka cukru. Podle nov\u00e9 studie je za tento nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd v\u00fdvoj zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 zejm\u00e9na vysok\u00e1 hladina glykogenu, kter\u00e1 masivn\u011b podporuje r\u016fst n\u00e1dor\u016f.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Nov\u00e1 studie z University of Kentucky zve\u0159ejnila alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed o roli cukru, a zejm\u00e9na kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9ho sirupu s vysok\u00fdm obsahem frukt\u00f3zy, p\u0159i rozvoji rakoviny plic. Tento v\u00fdzkum, ned\u00e1vno publikovan\u00fd v \u010dasopise Nature Metabolism pod n\u00e1zvem \u201e\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s42255-025-01243-8\"><span>Glykogen \u0159\u00edd\u00ed iniciaci a progresi n\u00e1doru u plicn\u00edho adenokarcinomu<\/span><\/a><span> \u201c, ukazuje, \u017ee strava s vysok\u00fdm obsahem cukru nejen zvy\u0161uje riziko r\u016fzn\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, ale m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161it agresivitu plicn\u00edch adenokarcinom\u016f, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b agresivn\u00ed formy rakoviny plic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Glykogen jako kl\u00ed\u010d k r\u016fstu n\u00e1doru<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci identifikovali glykogen, skladovanou formu gluk\u00f3zy, jako z\u00e1sadn\u00ed faktor v progresi tohoto typu rakoviny. Ve sv\u00fdch experimentech s my\u0161\u00ed a lidsk\u00fdmi subjekty zjistili, \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny glykogenu koreluj\u00ed s agresivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm v\u00fdvojem n\u00e1doru a hor\u0161\u00edm p\u0159e\u017eit\u00edm. Tato zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vrhaj\u00ed nov\u00e9 sv\u011btlo na potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed nebezpe\u010d\u00ed stravy bohat\u00e9 na cukr a nezdrav\u00e9 tuky.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00e1 strava s cukrem a tukem urychluje tvorbu n\u00e1dor\u016f<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie zahrnovala r\u016fzn\u00e9 dietn\u00ed modely, v\u010detn\u011b vody jako kontroln\u00ed skupiny, kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9ho sirupu s vysok\u00fdm obsahem frukt\u00f3zy, kuku\u0159i\u010dn\u00e9ho oleje a kombinace obou. My\u0161i krmen\u00e9 sm\u00ed\u0161enou stravou vykazovaly po dvou t\u00fddnech v\u00fdznamn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladiny glykogenu v plic\u00edch. Tyto zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny glykogenu byly spojeny s agresivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi n\u00e1dory, co\u017e vedlo v\u011bdce k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee \u201evy\u0161\u0161\u00ed glykogen podporuje r\u016fst n\u00e1dor\u016f\u201c.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Genetick\u00e9 experimenty potvrzuj\u00ed glykogen jako rizikov\u00fd faktor<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Soub\u011b\u017en\u011b s dietn\u00edmi modely pou\u017eili v\u011bdci genetick\u00e9 modely my\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed tendenci akumulovat glykogen v plic\u00edch. Deaktivac\u00ed enzymu odpov\u011bdn\u00e9ho za produkci glykogenu se jim poda\u0159ilo prok\u00e1zat, \u017ee n\u00e1dory u t\u011bchto my\u0161\u00ed byly v\u00fdrazn\u011b men\u0161\u00ed a m\u00e9n\u011b agresivn\u00ed. To nazna\u010duje, \u017ee zac\u00edlen\u00ed produkce glykogenu by mohlo b\u00fdt slibnou strategi\u00ed pro l\u00e9\u010dbu plicn\u00edch adenokarcinom\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny glykogenu byly tak\u00e9 zji\u0161t\u011bny u pacient\u016f s rakovinou<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie tak\u00e9 zahrnovala komplexn\u00ed soubor 276 pacient\u016f s plicn\u00edm adenokarcinomem. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se zdravou tk\u00e1n\u00ed byla pozorov\u00e1na v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 akumulace glykogenu v oblastech n\u00e1doru. Tyto v\u00fdsledky nazna\u010duj\u00ed, \u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 hladiny glykogenu jsou spojeny s agresivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed progres\u00ed n\u00e1doru a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed m\u00edrou p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed u pacient\u016f. Auto\u0159i studie zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee tato zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed otev\u00edraj\u00ed nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 cesty ke zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed metabolick\u00fdch slabost\u00ed spojen\u00fdch s dietou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Strava s vysok\u00fdm obsahem cukru a rakovina: Rostouc\u00ed hrozba<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Souvislost mezi stravou s vysok\u00fdm obsahem cukr\u016f a rizikem rakoviny nen\u00ed nov\u00e1, ale ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 poznatky potvrzuj\u00ed nal\u00e9havost br\u00e1t tento probl\u00e9m v\u00e1\u017en\u011b. Potravin\u00e1\u0159i opakovan\u011b varuj\u00ed, \u017ee pravideln\u00e1 konzumace potravin s vysok\u00fdm glykemick\u00fdm indexem, jako jsou slazen\u00e9 n\u00e1poje a zpracovan\u00e9 sva\u010diny, nejen zvy\u0161uje hladinu cukru v krvi, ale m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st i k hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed nerovnov\u00e1ze a chronick\u00fdm z\u00e1n\u011bt\u016fm. Je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee tyto chronick\u00e9 z\u00e1n\u011bty p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k rozvoji rakoviny t\u00edm, \u017ee zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed DNA a vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 pro r\u016fst n\u00e1dor\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Inzulin, oxida\u010dn\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed a riziko bun\u011b\u010dn\u00e9 mutace<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Je to z\u0159ejm\u011b proto, \u017ee neust\u00e1l\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsun inzulinu nebo inzulinu podobn\u00fdch r\u016fstov\u00fdch faktor\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm p\u0159\u00edjmu cukru vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, ve kter\u00e9m jsou abnorm\u00e1ln\u00ed procesy r\u016fstu bun\u011bk pravd\u011bpodobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. To je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed aspekt toho, jak se rakovina m\u016f\u017ee vyvinout. P\u0159\u00edjem cukru nav\u00edc p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k oxidativn\u00edmu stresu, co\u017e je stav, kdy \u0161kodliv\u00e9 chemik\u00e1lie zn\u00e1m\u00e9 jako voln\u00e9 radik\u00e1ly napadaj\u00ed zdrav\u00e9 bu\u0148ky a spou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed mutace, kter\u00e9 mohou v\u00e9st k rakovin\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Spole\u010densk\u00e1 odpov\u011bdnost a vol\u00e1n\u00ed po osv\u011bt\u011b<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u00fdsledky t\u00e9to studie jsou d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nejen pro l\u00e9ka\u0159skou ve\u0159ejnost, ale i pro \u0161irokou ve\u0159ejnost. Vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed ot\u00e1zky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se odpov\u011bdnosti potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu a pot\u0159eby pou\u010dit spot\u0159ebitele o nebezpe\u010d\u00edch stravy s vysok\u00fdm obsahem cukru.
