Zde je jeho p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvek:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span>To 1 % HDP by m\u011blo z\u016fstat na n\u00e1klady na financov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00e1lky. To je mimochodem zhruba o 50 miliard eur v\u00edce, ne\u017e st\u00e1l loni cel\u00fd st\u00e1tn\u00ed rozpo\u010det Spolkov\u00e9 republiky N\u011bmecko, v\u010detn\u011b v\u0161ech \u00farokov\u00fdch plateb, soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u00fddaj\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad na migraci, propagandu o\u010dkov\u00e1n\u00ed&#8230;pardon, m\u00e1m na mysli zdravotn\u00ed poradenstv\u00ed, pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na zbrojen\u00ed, rozvojovou pomoc atd.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Infrastruktura nap\u0159. pro dopravu, roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed nemocnice (samoz\u0159ejm\u011b se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 i se zran\u011bn\u00edmi), civiln\u00ed ochrana a ochrana obyvatelstva.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>P\u0159ijde mi, \u017ee jsme se p\u0159ed p\u00e1r des\u00edtkami let se zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edmi prost\u0159edky zam\u011b\u0159ili i na dopravn\u00ed infrastrukturu, jako jsou d\u00e1lnice, v r\u00e1mci nouzov\u00e9ho argumentu\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Tak\u00e9 jednotliv\u00e9 spolkov\u00e9 zem\u011b se nyn\u00ed mohou op\u011bt masivn\u011b zadlu\u017eit. To je asi 0,35 % HDP. Krajsk\u00e9 oblasti sice ji\u017e nejsou schopny jednat kv\u016fli st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edmu dluhu. Na tom nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Pen\u00edze by m\u011bly okam\u017eit\u011b proudit, aby mohla za\u010d\u00edt zbrojn\u00ed v\u00fdroba. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee heslo \u201ekone\u010dn\u011b v\u00e1lka\u201c.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Dluhovou brzdu m\u00e1 do budoucna v z\u00e1sad\u011b obnovovat komise odborn\u00edk\u016f. Pak u\u017e alespo\u0148 nebudou moci zasahovat lid\u00e9 a zastupitel\u00e9, dokud bude n\u00e1rodn\u00ed bankrot d\u00e1le \u017eivit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Shrnut\u00ed: T\u011bmito opat\u0159en\u00edmi bylo z\u0159ejm\u011b definitivn\u011b opu\u0161t\u011bno euro a dokonce i cel\u00e1 finan\u010dn\u00ed architektura.<\/span><br \/>\n<span>Ot\u00e1zka zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bchto \u00fav\u011br\u016f nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m. V prosinci 2019 byl z\u00e1kon o vyrovn\u00e1n\u00ed b\u0159emen ji\u017e reorganizov\u00e1n a m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt implementov\u00e1n kdykoli.
