Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee hromad\u00edc\u00ed se soubor v\u011bdeck\u00fdch v\u00fdzkum\u016f ukazuje p\u0159esn\u011b t\u00edmto sm\u011brem.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Jednou z takzvan\u00fdch \u201enevyl\u00e9\u010diteln\u00fdch\u201c nemoc\u00ed, kterou trp\u00ed miliony lid\u00ed na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b, je cukrovka (diabetes) 1. typu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Na rozd\u00edl od diabetu typu 2, kde se t\u011blo st\u00e1v\u00e1 odoln\u00fdm v\u016f\u010di vlastn\u00edmu inzul\u00ednu, 1. typ je charakterizov\u00e1n neschopnost\u00ed t\u011bla produkovat dostatek inzul\u00ednu. D\u016fvodem jsou beta bu\u0148ky ve slinivce b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za produkci inzul\u00ednu (a proinzul\u00ednu, ze kter\u00e9ho je inzul\u00edn vyroben).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Tyto beta bu\u0148ky jsou bu\u010f zni\u010deny, nebo v\u00e1\u017en\u011b po\u0161kozeny. M\u016f\u017ee k tomu doj\u00edt v d\u016fsledku autoimunitn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f, bakteri\u00e1ln\u00edch nebo virov\u00fdch infekc\u00ed, nekompatibiln\u00edch potravin ve strav\u011b, expozic\u00ed chemik\u00e1li\u00edm, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b kombinac\u00ed t\u011bchto faktor\u016f, pokud bychom m\u011bli jmenovat jen n\u011bkolik hlavn\u00edch spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d\u016f nemoci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Mno\u017estv\u00ed nov\u00fdch recenzovan\u00fdch a publikovan\u00fdch v\u00fdzkum\u016f nazna\u010duje, \u017ee n\u011bkolik rostlinn\u00fdch slou\u010denin, v\u010detn\u011b t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v b\u011b\u017en\u011b konzumovan\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch, jsou schopny stimulovat regeneraci beta bun\u011bk ve slinivce b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>D\u00edky t\u00e9to regeneraci lze potenci\u00e1ln\u011b dos\u00e1hnout p\u0159irozen\u00e9 formy l\u00e9\u010dby. Jde v\u0161ak o n\u011bco, co nen\u00ed ochotna akceptovat medic\u00edna zalo\u017een\u00e1 na zisku, kter\u00e1 prosperuje z koncepce nevyl\u00e9\u010ditelnosti lidsk\u00e9ho t\u011bla posti\u017een\u00e9ho nemoc\u00ed a v\u011bnuje se pouze potla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f nemoci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Objev regenera\u010dn\u00edho potenci\u00e1lu beta bun\u011bk pomoc\u00ed l\u00e1tek v r\u016fzn\u00fdch potravin\u00e1ch ur\u010dit\u011b naru\u0161\u00ed rozv\u00edjej\u00edc\u00ed se pr\u016fmysl kolem cukrovky, do kter\u00e9ho se ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b lij\u00ed miliony z ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch a soukrom\u00fdch pen\u011bz za \u00fa\u010delem nalezen\u00ed l\u00e9ku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Probl\u00e9m je, \u017ee se hledaj\u00ed jen drah\u00e9 patentovateln\u00e9 l\u00e9ky, co\u017e automaticky znamen\u00e1 um\u011bl\u00e1 syntetick\u00e1 farmaceutika, jeliko\u017e p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed l\u00e1tky se patentovat nedaj\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pod\u00edvejme se na\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/23656171\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span>p\u0159edklinickou studii<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0na toto t\u00e9ma, publikovanou v odborn\u00e9m \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span>Canadian Journal of Physiology and Pharmacology<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zjistilo se, \u017ee aktivn\u00ed l\u00e1tka ze ln\u011bn\u00fdch sem\u00ednek, kterou v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci nazvali aktivn\u00ed frakce Linun usitassimum (LU6), generuje \u0161irok\u00e9 spektrum zdravotn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f na zv\u00ed\u0159atech s diabetem 1. typu, v\u010detn\u011b n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>zlep\u0161en\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed gluk\u00f3zy v j\u00e1trech<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>podporovan\u00e1 normalizovan\u00e1 glykogeneze (aktivita tvorby gluk\u00f3zy) v j\u00e1trech a svalov\u00e9 tk\u00e1ni<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 inhibi\u010dn\u00ed aktivita pankreatick\u00e9 a st\u0159evn\u00ed glukosid\u00e1zy, co\u017e se prom\u00edt\u00e1 do ni\u017e\u0161\u00edho zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hladiny cukru v krvi po j\u00eddle<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span>Je\u0161t\u011b pozoruhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bylo pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee tato slou\u010denina ze ln\u011bn\u00fdch sem\u00ednek normalizovala hladiny inzul\u00ednu a C-peptidu v plazm\u011b (C-peptid je p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm indik\u00e1torem toho, kolik inzul\u00ednu produkuj\u00ed beta bu\u0148ky ve slinivce b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed), co\u017e nazna\u010duje, \u017ee funkce beta bun\u011bk byla \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b obnovena.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci popsali skute\u010dn\u011b \u00fa\u017easn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky takto:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201eU diabetick\u00fdch my\u0161\u00ed byla pozorov\u00e1na normalizace hladin plazmatick\u00e9ho inzul\u00ednu a C-peptidu, co\u017e poukazuje na endogenn\u00ed sekreci inzul\u00ednu po l\u00e9\u010db\u011b l\u00e1tkou LU6.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span>Histochemick\u00e1 a imunohistochemick\u00e1 anal\u00fdza na pankreatick\u00fdch ostr\u016fvc\u00edch nazna\u010duje \u00falohu frakce LU6 p\u0159i regeneraci ostr\u016fvk\u016f a sekreci inzul\u00ednu, co\u017e je evidentn\u00ed p\u0159i zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed funk\u010dn\u00edch pankreatick\u00fdch ostr\u016fvk\u016f produkuj\u00edc\u00edch inzul\u00edn.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span>Krom\u011b toho byla po l\u00e9\u010db\u011b bu\u0148kami produkuj\u00edc\u00edmi inzul\u00edn pozorov\u00e1na v\u00fdznamn\u00e1 tvorba ostr\u016fvk\u016f produkuj\u00edc\u00edch inzul\u00edn PANC-1 iv in-vitro nov\u011b vytvo\u0159en\u00fdch ostr\u016fvc\u00edch. To nazna\u010duje potenci\u00e1l l\u00e1tky LU6 p\u0159i tvorb\u011b nov\u00fdch ostr\u016fvk\u016f in-vitro (ve zkumavce), jako\u017e i in-vivo (na zv\u00ed\u0159atech). L\u00e1tku LU6 lze tedy pou\u017e\u00edt jako prim\u00e1rn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dbu diabetu prvn\u00edho typu.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>M\u011bjte na pam\u011bti, \u017ee to nen\u00ed poprv\u00e9, co bylo zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee ln\u011bn\u00e1 sem\u00ednka zlep\u0161uj\u00ed poruchy hadin krevn\u00edho cukru. Zde je 10 experiment\u00e1ln\u011b potvrzen\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch l\u00e1tek ke stimulaci regenerace beta bun\u011bk:<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>1. L-Arginin<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Studie z roku 2007 zjistila, \u017ee aminokyselina L-arginin je schopna stimulovat vznik beta bun\u011bk na zv\u00ed\u0159ec\u00edm modelu p\u0159i cukrovce vyvolan\u00e9 aloxanem.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>2. Avok\u00e1do<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Studie z roku 2007 zjistila, \u017ee extrakt ze semen avok\u00e1da sni\u017euje hladinu cukru v krvi u diabetick\u00fdch potkan\u016f. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci pozorovali regenera\u010dn\u00ed a ochrann\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek na bu\u0148ky ostr\u016fvk\u016f slinivky b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed v l\u00e9\u010den\u00e9 skupin\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>3. Berber\u00edn<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Studie z roku 2009 zjistila, \u017ee tato rostlinn\u00e1 slou\u010denina, kter\u00e1 se b\u011b\u017en\u011b vyskytuje v bylink\u00e1ch, jako jsou bor\u016fvky a zlatobyl, indukuje regeneraci beta bun\u011bk u diabetick\u00fdch potkan\u016f. To vysv\u011btluje, pro\u010d se v \u010c\u00edn\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ji\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e 1400 let k l\u00e9\u010db\u011b cukrovky.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>4. Mangold<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Studie z roku 2000 zjistila, \u017ee extrakt z mangoldu pod\u00e1van\u00fd diabetick\u00fdm potkan\u016fm stimuluje obnovu po\u0161kozen\u00fdch beta bun\u011bk.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>5. Vlasy kuku\u0159ice<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Studie z roku 2009 zjistila, \u017ee l\u00e1tky nach\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se ve vlasech kuku\u0159ice sni\u017euj\u00ed hladinu cukru v krvi a stimuluj\u00ed regeneraci beta bun\u011bk u potkan\u016f \u200b\u200bs diabetem typu 1.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>6. Kurkumin (aktivn\u00ed l\u00e1tka v kurkumu)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Studie z roku 2010 zjistila, \u017ee kurkumin stimuluje regeneraci beta bun\u011bk u potkan\u016f \u200b\u200bs diabetem 1. typu. Studie z roku 2008 nav\u00edc zjistila, \u017ee kurkumin zachov\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed bun\u011bk ostr\u016fvk\u016f slinivky b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed a \u00fa\u010dinnost jejich transplantace.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>7. Genistein (ze s\u00f3ji \u010di \u010derven\u00e9ho jetele)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Studie z roku 2010 zjistila, \u017ee genistein indukuje proliferaci beta-bun\u011bk slinivky b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm aktivace v\u00edce sign\u00e1ln\u00edch drah a zabra\u0148uje cukrovce s nedostatkem inzul\u00ednu u my\u0161\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>8. Med<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Studie na lidech z roku 2010 zjistila, \u017ee dlouhodob\u00e1 konzumace medu m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt pozitivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky na metabolick\u00e9 poruchy diabetu 1. typu, v\u010detn\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9 regenerace beta bun\u011bk, co\u017e nazna\u010duje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed hladin C-peptidu nala\u010dno.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>9. Nigella Sativa (sem\u00ednka \u010dern\u00e9ho km\u00ednu)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Studie na zv\u00ed\u0159atech z roku 2003 zjistila, \u017ee konzumace semen z \u010dern\u00e9ho km\u00ednu (\u010desky \u010dern\u00fd km\u00edn) vedla k \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00e9 regeneraci\/proliferaci beta bun\u011bk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie na lidech z roku 2010 tak\u00e9 zjistila, \u017ee konzumace 1 gramu t\u011bchto sem\u00ednek denn\u011b po dobu 12 t\u00fddn\u016f m\u011bla u diabetik\u016f \u0161irok\u00e9 spektrum p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed funkce beta bun\u011bk.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>10. St\u00e9vie<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Studie na lidech z roku 2011 zjistila, \u017ee st\u00e9vie m\u00e1 antidiabetick\u00e9 vlastnosti, v\u010detn\u011b revitalizace po\u0161kozen\u00fdch beta bun\u011bk a p\u0159\u00edzniv\u011b vy\u0161la ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s p\u0159\u00edpravkem glibenklamid, na rozd\u00edl od kter\u00e9ho st\u00e9vie byla bez ne\u017e\u00e1douc\u00edch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>O p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010db\u011b cukrovky jsme p\u0159ed \u010dasem vydali tak\u00e9 samostatnou elektronickou knihu.
