{"id":73782,"date":"2025-03-07T00:21:35","date_gmt":"2025-03-06T23:21:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/?p=73782"},"modified":"2025-03-06T15:14:00","modified_gmt":"2025-03-06T14:14:00","slug":"temna-strana-moderniho-osvetleni-jak-vam-fluorescencni-a-led-svitidla-nici-zdravi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.infokuryr.cz\/n\/2025\/03\/07\/temna-strana-moderniho-osvetleni-jak-vam-fluorescencni-a-led-svitidla-nici-zdravi\/","title":{"rendered":"Temn\u00e1 strana \u201emodern\u00edho\u201c osv\u011btlen\u00ed: Jak v\u00e1m fluorescen\u010dn\u00ed a LED sv\u00edtidla ni\u010d\u00ed zdrav\u00ed"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p><span>V dob\u011b, kdy technologick\u00fd pokrok poh\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161 ka\u017edodenn\u00ed \u017eivot, se um\u011bl\u00e9 osv\u011btlen\u00ed stalo ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed existence.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Rostouc\u00ed po\u010det v\u00fdzkum\u016f v\u0161ak nazna\u010duje, \u017ee modern\u00ed \u201ene\u017e\u00e1rovkov\u00e9\u201c osv\u011btlen\u00ed \u2013 tedy fluorescen\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159ivky a LED diody \u2013 m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159edstavovat zna\u010dn\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed rizika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 studie z roku 2018 od Samuela Milhama a Davea Stetzera, publikovan\u00e1 v odborn\u00e9m \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span>Medical Hypotheses<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0, zpochyb\u0148uje dlouhodob\u00e9 p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee ultrafialov\u00e9 z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed (UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed) je prim\u00e1rn\u00ed hnac\u00ed silou ko\u017en\u00edho malign\u00edho melanomu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nam\u00edsto toho studie p\u0159edkl\u00e1d\u00e1 p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010div\u00e9 d\u016fkazy o tom, \u017ee elektronika ve fluorescen\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1\u0159ivk\u00e1ch a LED diod\u00e1ch generuje \u0161kodliv\u00e1 elektromagnetick\u00e1 pole (EMF) a \u0161pinav\u00e9 radiofrekven\u010dn\u00ed (RF) z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu v\u00fdskytu melanomu mezi pracovn\u00edky v interi\u00e9rech.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed Milhamovy studie 2018<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>V\u00fdzkum Milhama a Stetzera vyplynul z pozorov\u00e1n\u00ed, \u017ee pracovn\u00edci v interi\u00e9rech maj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdskyt melanomu ne\u017e pracovn\u00edci venku. Jedn\u00e1 se o je zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nen\u00ed v souladu s konven\u010dn\u00edm ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00edm, \u017ee hlavn\u00edm vin\u00edkem melanomu je vystaven\u00ed UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie zd\u016fraz\u0148uje n\u011bkolik d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch bod\u016f:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>1. Pracovn\u00edci v interi\u00e9ru \u010del\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu riziku vzniku melanomu, a to i p\u0159esto, \u017ee jsou p\u0159irozen\u011b vystaveni UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e pracovn\u00edci venku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>2. Fluorescen\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159ivky a LED sv\u011btla p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k \u00farovn\u00edm proudu v t\u011ble nad zn\u00e1m\u00fdmi karcinogenn\u00edmi prahy m\u011b\u0159en\u00fdmi pomoc\u00ed multimetru Fluke 187.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>3. Modern\u00ed osv\u011btlen\u00ed produkuje \u201e\u0161pinavou\u201c elekt\u0159inu a radiofrekven\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 interaguj\u00ed s lidsk\u00fdm t\u011blem zp\u016fsoby, kter\u00e9 mohou vysv\u011btlovat n\u00e1r\u016fst v\u00fdskytu p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f melanomu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>4. Re\u00e1ln\u00fd experiment na ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 farm\u011b zjistil, \u017ee zaveden\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159ivkov\u00e9ho osv\u011btlen\u00ed vedlo k drastick\u00e9mu poklesu produkce ml\u00e9ka, co\u017e nazna\u010duje biologick\u00fd stres u krav z vystaven\u00ed nep\u0159irozen\u00e9mu sv\u011btlu a elektromagnetick\u00fdm pol\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Milham a Stetzer navrhuj\u00ed, aby modern\u00ed osv\u011btlen\u00ed bylo p\u0159ed\u011bl\u00e1no na \u201eelektricky \u010dist\u00e9\u201c, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e by potenci\u00e1ln\u011b zahrnovalo uzemn\u011bnou Faradayovu klec, kter\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje pr\u016fchod viditeln\u00e9ho sv\u011btla a UV z\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 blokuje \u0161kodliv\u00e9 frekvence.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Dal\u0161\u00ed d\u016fkazy: Studie Science Advances (2021)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Studie z roku 2021 publikovan\u00e1 v odborn\u00e9m \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span>Science Advances<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0tak\u00e9 vyjad\u0159uje obavy z um\u011bl\u00e9ho osv\u011btlen\u00ed a jeho \u00fa\u010dink\u016f na lidskou biologii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zjistila, \u017ee chronick\u00e9 vystavov\u00e1n\u00ed se um\u011bl\u00e9mu sv\u011btlu v noci naru\u0161uje cirkadi\u00e1nn\u00ed rytmy, zvy\u0161uje metabolick\u00e9 poruchy a m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159isp\u011bt ke vzniku rakoviny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Tato zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed posiluj\u00ed argument, \u017ee um\u011bl\u00e9 osv\u011btlen\u00ed nen\u00ed jen probl\u00e9mem melanomu, ale i \u0161ir\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed, kter\u00fd spojuje jeho expozici s obezitou, kardiovaskul\u00e1rn\u00edmi chorobami a poruchami du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>\u0160ir\u0161\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed d\u016fsledky fluorescen\u010dn\u00edho a LED osv\u011btlen\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum potvrzuje a roz\u0161i\u0159uje Milhamovy obavy a ukazuje, \u017ee jin\u00e9 osv\u011btlen\u00ed ne\u017e klasick\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1rovky ovliv\u0148uje, ovliv\u0148uje mnohem v\u00edce v\u011bc\u00ed ne\u017e jen riziko rakoviny.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Revidovan\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va Roberta K. Stevensona \u201eNahra\u010fte toxick\u00e9 fluorescen\u010dn\u00ed sv\u011btlo p\u0159irozen\u00fdm sv\u011btlem\u201c hloub\u011bji pojedn\u00e1v\u00e1 o fyziologick\u00fdch a neurologick\u00fdch d\u016fsledc\u00edch dlouhodob\u00e9ho vystaven\u00ed lidsk\u00e9ho organismu um\u011bl\u00e9mu osv\u011btlen\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pokud um\u011bl\u00e9 osv\u011btlen\u00ed p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k \u0161irok\u00e9mu spektru zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f, jak\u00e9 je tedy \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed? Odpov\u011b\u010f m\u016f\u017ee spo\u010d\u00edvat v p\u0159irozen\u00e9m denn\u00edm sv\u011btle a plnospektr\u00e1ln\u00edm \u017e\u00e1rovkov\u00e9m osv\u011btlen\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie, kterou si objednala\u00a0<\/span><em><span>Kalifornsk\u00e1 komise pro ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 slu\u017eby<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0, zjistila, \u017ee d\u011bti ve t\u0159\u00edd\u00e1ch s p\u0159irozen\u00fdm denn\u00edm sv\u011btlem dosahovaly v\u00fdrazn\u011b lep\u0161\u00edch studijn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f ne\u017e d\u011bti v um\u011ble osv\u011btlen\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Konkr\u00e9tn\u011b, u student\u016f nejv\u00edce vystaven\u00fdch p\u0159irozen\u00e9mu denn\u00edmu sv\u011btlu nastaly n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed zm\u011bny:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>byly o 20% rychlej\u0161\u00ed v matematice<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>zlep\u0161ily se o 26% ve \u010dten\u00ed<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>vykazovaly sn\u00ed\u017eenou hladinu stresu a m\u011bly lep\u0161\u00ed celkov\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span>\u0158e\u0161en\u00ed a doporu\u010den\u00ed<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Vzhledem k nar\u016fstaj\u00edc\u00edm d\u016fkaz\u016fm proti fluorescen\u010dn\u00edmu a LED osv\u011btlen\u00ed je nal\u00e9hav\u011b zapot\u0159eb\u00ed rozs\u00e1hl\u00fd posun sm\u011brem ke zdrav\u011bj\u0161\u00edm alternativ\u00e1m osv\u011btlen\u00ed. Zde je n\u011bkolik praktick\u00fdch doporu\u010den\u00ed:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>1. Pokud je to mo\u017en\u00e9, odstra\u0148te fluorescen\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159ivky a LED sv\u011btla<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span>Vym\u011b\u0148te je za klasick\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1rovky, halogenov\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1rovky nebo plnospektr\u00e1ln\u00ed osv\u011btlen\u00ed s n\u00edzk\u00fdm elektromagnetick\u00fdm vyza\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00edn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pou\u017e\u00edvejte \u010derven\u00e9 nebo jantarov\u00e9 sv\u011btlo v noci, abyste sn\u00ed\u017eili naru\u0161en\u00ed produkce\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.badatel.net\/bezpecne-uzivanie-melatoninu-na-liecbu-nespavosti\/\"><span>melatoninu<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0v mozku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span>2.
