Jak j\u00ed zabr\u00e1nit?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p><span>V p\u0159evratn\u00e9 studii publikovan\u00e9 v odborn\u00e9m \u010dasopise\u00a0<\/span><em><span>JAMA Network Open<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci potvrdili p\u0159\u00edmou korelaci mezi del\u0161\u00edm \u010dasem str\u00e1ven\u00fdm p\u0159ed obrazovkou a rizikem vzniku kr\u00e1tkozrakosti (myopi\u00ed), zejm\u00e9na u d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie, kter\u00e1 analyzovala \u00fadaje ze 45 studi\u00ed zahrnuj\u00edc\u00edch v\u00edce ne\u017e 335 000 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, zjistila, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed hodina \u010dasu str\u00e1ven\u00e9ho p\u0159ed obrazovkou denn\u011b po prvn\u00ed hodin\u011b zvy\u0161uje pravd\u011bpodobnost vzniku kr\u00e1tkozrakosti o 21 procent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Toto zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed podtrhuje rostouc\u00ed obavy o zdrav\u00ed, proto\u017ee d\u011bti st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ve st\u00e1le mlad\u0161\u00edm v\u011bku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Metaanal\u00fdza brala v \u00favahu r\u016fzn\u00e1 digit\u00e1ln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b chytr\u00fdch telefon\u016f, tablet\u016f, hern\u00edch konzol\u00ed, po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016f a televizn\u00edch p\u0159ij\u00edma\u010d\u016f. Anal\u00fdza odhalila slo\u017eit\u00fd vztah mezi \u010dasem str\u00e1ven\u00fdm p\u0159ed obrazovkou a rizikem kr\u00e1tkozrakosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u011bdci, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou znepokojeni v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edch obrazovek v modern\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b, zd\u016fraznili pot\u0159ebu lep\u0161\u00edho pochopen\u00ed toho, jak tato za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed zdrav\u00ed o\u010d\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na u d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201eJeliko\u017e d\u011bti st\u00e1le v\u00edce pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed inteligentn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ve st\u00e1le mlad\u0161\u00edm v\u011bku a tr\u00e1v\u00ed v\u00edce \u010dasu na digit\u00e1ln\u00edch obrazovk\u00e1ch, existuje nal\u00e9hav\u00e1 pot\u0159eba l\u00e9pe pochopit souvislost mezi \u010dasem str\u00e1ven\u00fdm na digit\u00e1ln\u00ed obrazovce a kr\u00e1tkozrakost\u00ed,\u201c<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0napsali v\u011bdci ve sv\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Tuto nal\u00e9havost podtrhuje zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00fdskyt kr\u00e1tkozrakosti, kter\u00fd postihuje p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 42 procent populace lid\u00ed na Z\u00e1pad\u011b, v\u010detn\u011b zna\u010dn\u00e9ho po\u010dtu d\u011bt\u00ed \u2013 a\u017e 41 procent v m\u011bstsk\u00fdch oblastech a 16 procent ve venkovsk\u00fdch oblastech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie nazna\u010duje, \u017ee omezen\u00ed \u010dasu str\u00e1ven\u00e9ho za den p\u0159ed obrazovkou na m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e jednu hodinu by mohlo potenci\u00e1ln\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit riziko vzniku kr\u00e1tkozrakosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Toto doporu\u010den\u00ed vych\u00e1z\u00ed z p\u0159edchoz\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu, kter\u00fd zjistil, \u017ee jen \u010das str\u00e1ven\u00fd na inteligentn\u00edch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch byl spojen s 26procentn\u00edm zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00edm pravd\u011bpodobnosti vzniku kr\u00e1tkozrakosti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kdy\u017e se mezi p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed faktory zahrnulo i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, pravd\u011bpodobnost vzrostla o 77 procent.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Pro\u010d to zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 riziko?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Kr\u00e1tkozrakost (myopatie) nastane, kdy\u017e se oko prodlou\u017e\u00ed zep\u0159edu dozadu, co\u017e zp\u016fsob\u00ed, \u017ee se sv\u011btlo zaost\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ed s\u00edtnic\u00ed, a ne p\u0159\u00edmo na ni. To m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek, \u017ee vzd\u00e1len\u00e9 objekty vypadaj\u00ed rozmazan\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Optometristka Dr. Meenal Agarwalov\u00e1, majitelka n\u011bkolika optometrick\u00fdch klinik, vysv\u011btlila mechanismus tohoto jevu:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201eJe to kontraintuitivn\u00ed, ale teorie \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee zaost\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed na bl\u00edzk\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty na del\u0161\u00ed dobu m\u016f\u017ee zp\u016fsobit p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed zaost\u0159ovac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu oka, co\u017e n\u00e1sledn\u011b ovlivn\u00ed jeho tvar.
