C\u00edlem je vyvinout\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>bioelektronick\u00e9, inteligentn\u00ed obvazy<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017eou\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>detekovat, p\u0159edv\u00eddat a l\u00e9\u010dit infekce ran v ran\u00e9 f\u00e1zi<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0\u2013 je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed jejich roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Podle DARPA jsou tyto senzory s vysok\u00fdm rozli\u0161en\u00edm navr\u017eeny\u00a0tak, aby nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b monitorovaly r\u00e1ny\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m \u010dase\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>anal\u00fdzou mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00edch komunit a\/nebo biologick\u00fdch signatur hostitele<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0. Shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e1 data pom\u00e1haj\u00ed p\u0159edv\u00eddat, zda se r\u00e1na bez l\u00e9\u010dby nezahoj\u00ed, diagnostikovat infekci a zah\u00e1jit c\u00edlenou l\u00e9\u010dbu. To by m\u011blo platit pro v\u0161echny f\u00e1ze vojensk\u00e9 l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de \u2013 v\u010detn\u011b p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 aplikace na boji\u0161ti.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span>Pokroky ve v\u00fdzkumu<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span>Krom\u011b DARPA ji\u017e\u00a0na podobn\u00fdch \u201einteligentn\u00edch obvazech\u201c nebo\u00a0<strong>\u201ekybernetick\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ei\u201c pracuj\u00ed renomovan\u00e9 instituce jako\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><strong><span>Caltech, Keck School of Medicine of USC a Stanford University<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0. Ty jsou ur\u010deny ke sledov\u00e1n\u00ed a l\u00e9\u010db\u011b chronick\u00fdch ran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201eVyv\u00edj\u00edme nov\u00fd typ \u201akybernetick\u00e9 k\u016f\u017ee\u2018, kter\u00e1 nejen hoj\u00ed r\u00e1ny, ale tak\u00e9 je nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b monitoruje,\u201c vysv\u011btlil Dr. David Armstrong z Keck School of Medicine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>DARPA se v\u0161ak li\u0161\u00ed sv\u00fdm\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na rychlou diagnostiku a l\u00e9\u010dbu infekc\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0. Tyto technologie by\u00a0mohly\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>zachr\u00e1nit \u017eivot<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0, zejm\u00e9na v extr\u00e9mn\u00edch prost\u0159ed\u00edch, kde m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e1 pomoc zpo\u017ed\u011bna.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span>Spr\u00e1va programu a z\u00e1zem\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span>Projekt BEST vede\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>Dr. Leonard Tender<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0, kter\u00fd je v DARPA od ledna 2023. P\u0159edt\u00edm byl vedouc\u00edm v\u00fdzkumn\u00edkem v\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>US Naval Research Laboratory<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0a pracoval na mnoha mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch projektech.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Je tak\u00e9\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>sou\u010dasn\u00fdm programov\u00fdm mana\u017eerem\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><strong><span>programu \u201eBioelectronics for Tissue Regeneration\u201c (BETR)<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0podporovan\u00e9ho DARPA\u00a0, kter\u00fd existuje od roku 2019. Zat\u00edmco BETR se zam\u011b\u0159uje na regeneraci\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>k\u016f\u017ee, sval\u016f a nerv\u016f po exploz\u00edch nebo pop\u00e1lenin\u00e1ch<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0, BEST se zam\u011b\u0159uje na\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>prevenci a l\u00e9\u010dbu infekc\u00ed<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span>Program DARPA BEST by mohl\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>zp\u016fsobit revoluci v p\u00e9\u010di o r\u00e1ny<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0t\u00edm, \u017ee\u00a0<\/span><strong><span>v\u010das odhal\u00ed infekce, automaticky je l\u00e9\u010d\u00ed a bojuje proti antibiotick\u00e9 rezistenci<\/span><\/strong><span>\u00a0.
