Ceny pozemk\u016f jsou nesmysln\u00e9, podobn\u011b hotov\u00fdch dom\u016f a byt\u016f jak\u00e9hokoliv st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Spir\u00e1la rozto\u010den\u00e1 z\u00a0v\u00edce d\u016fvod\u016f u\u017e za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 ohro\u017eovat \u017eivotn\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 \u010cech\u016f i Moravan\u016f. V\u00a0t\u00e9 dob\u011b vznikala satelitn\u00ed m\u011bste\u010dka a plno lid\u00ed pova\u017eovala tuto variantu za jist\u00fd \u00fanik z\u00a0m\u011bsta s\u00a0mo\u017enost\u00ed se do n\u011bj kdykoliv pod\u00edvat, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b v\u00a0n\u011bm pracovat. Bohu\u017eel po p\u00e1r letech jejich rozm\u011bry narostly, a i v\u00a0obc\u00edch kdysi klidn\u00fdch a okrajov\u00fdch za\u010daly develope\u0159i mezi tyto rodinn\u00e9 domy vm\u011bstn\u00e1vat \u010din\u017e\u00e1ky o v\u00edce jak dvou patrech. Je s\u00a0podivem, jak\u00fd hlad po bytech je, kdy\u017e si uv\u011bdom\u00edme, \u017ee porodnost kles\u00e1 a v\u0161ude se stav\u00ed. A \u017e n\u00e1s to nut\u00ed k\u00a0zamy\u0161len\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0posledn\u00edch cca 5 letech za\u010daly razantn\u011b stoupat ceny pozemk\u016f i nemovitosti ur\u010den\u00fdch k\u00a0bydlen\u00ed i k\u00a0rekreaci. Pokud by n\u00e1s bylo st\u00e1le stejn\u011b, nem\u011blo by to logiku. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u00fdch vin\u00edk\u016f je v\u00edce. Vynechme z\u00a0ceny bydlen\u00ed energie a vodu. Vodu z\u00edskali p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b Francouzi a nijak n\u00e1s ne\u0161et\u0159\u00ed. Plyn a elekt\u0159ina jsou drah\u00e9 d\u00edky st\u00e1tu a politik\u016fm, kte\u0159\u00ed ho \u0159\u00edd\u00ed. O okolnostech vedouc\u00edch k\u00a0tomu nen\u00ed t\u0159eba hovo\u0159it, ideologie nad\u0159azen\u00e1 z\u00e1jm\u016fm obyvatelstva a nenasytnost t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed ceny ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed, jsou dohromady mixem, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s dost\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b na hranici chudoby. A vezmeme li v\u00a0\u00favahu i zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se dan\u011b, pak je zjevn\u00e9, \u017ee politick\u00e1 svolo\u010d hraj\u00edc\u00ed si na p\u00e1ny drt\u00ed obyvatelstvo zcela systematicky a bez v\u00fd\u010ditek. To plat\u00ed i o zvy\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1jm\u016f st\u00e1tn\u00edch byt\u016f. V\u011bt\u0161inu z\u00a0nich postavili komunist\u00e9, dok\u00e1zali udr\u017eet cenovou hladinu tak, aby to odpov\u00eddalo \u00farovn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed. To, co p\u0159edv\u00e1d\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00e1 komun\u00e1ln\u00ed elita podporovan\u00e1 st\u00e1tn\u00ed, hrani\u010d\u00ed s\u00a0likvida\u010dn\u00ed politikou v\u016f\u010di n\u00e1jemc\u016fm. V\u00a0soukrom\u00e9 sf\u00e9\u0159e je to je\u0161t\u011b pochopiteln\u00e9, ov\u0161em absence soci\u00e1ln\u00edho my\u0161len\u00ed ze strany \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f sm\u011brem k b\u011b\u017en\u00fdm ob\u010dan\u016fm je \u010dasto stra\u0161ideln\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Slo\u017eit\u00fd syst\u00e9m placen\u00ed n\u00e1jm\u016f a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 st\u00e1tn\u00ed podpory na bydlen\u00ed pro m\u00e9n\u011b majetn\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edvat jen \u010d\u00e1st posti\u017een\u00fdch a cel\u00e9 to pohled na spravedlnost pok\u0159ivuje. Kdysi b\u00fdvalo st\u00e1tn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed jistotou pro ty, co nem\u011bli prost\u0159edky na vlastn\u00ed nemovitost. Bohu\u017eel, tomu odzvonilo a \u0159ada d\u016fchodc\u016f \u010di samo\u017eivitelek doslova bojuje o ka\u017edou korunu. Slo\u017eit\u00e9 to maj\u00ed i ti, kdo tou\u017e\u00ed \u201e po sv\u00e9m\u201c. Raketov\u00fd vzestup cen byt\u016f i pozemk\u016f a dom\u016f nahr\u00e1v\u00e1 bank\u00e1m. V\u00fd\u0161e \u00farok\u016f z\u00a0hypot\u00e9k je d\u011bsiv\u00e1 a bank\u00e9\u0159i profituj\u00ed z\u00a0nesmysln\u00fdch n\u00e1kupn\u00edch \u010d\u00e1stek. 6% z\u00a0jednoho milionu a z\u00a0deseti se v\u00fdrazn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed. Mnoho pozemk\u016f skoupili v\u00a0minul\u00fdch polistopadov\u00fdch dob\u00e1ch politici a s\u00a0nimi spol\u010den\u00ed kmot\u0159i, nav\u00edc nyn\u00ed po c\u00edrkevn\u00edch restituc\u00edch u\u017e tady mnoho voln\u00fdch \u201eparcel\u201c pat\u0159\u00edc\u00edch st\u00e1tu \u010di obc\u00edm nezb\u00fdv\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed se doba, kdy n\u00e1s budou cht\u00edt okr\u00e1dat je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce. Evropsk\u00e1 komise se utrhnula ze \u0159et\u011bzu a cel\u00e1 EU se v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b zbl\u00e1znila. Nejde jen o extr\u00e9mn\u00ed zadlu\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 bude t\u0159eba zastavit a za\u010d\u00edt dluhy spl\u00e1cet, \u010demu\u017e si budou elity pom\u00e1hat jakkoliv v\u010detn\u011b nesmysln\u00fdch dan\u00ed, ale hrozbou je dosud pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed greendealov\u00e9 \u0161\u00edlenstv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 v\u00a0podstat\u011b zamezit soukrom\u00e9mu vlastnictv\u00ed v\u00a0mnoha oblastech v\u010detn\u011b bydlen\u00ed. N\u00e1roky na energetick\u00e9 hodnoty u budov jsou stejn\u011b idiotsky nastaven\u00e9, jako se o to pokou\u0161\u00ed u automobil\u016f. Naprosto nesmysln\u00e9 po\u017eadavky nemaj\u00edc\u00ed absolutn\u011b \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd vliv na ovzdu\u0161\u00ed \u010di klima jsou v\u00fdplodem chor\u00fdch mozk\u016f napojen\u00fdch na um\u011ble vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 pen\u011bzovody. Op\u011bt budeme br\u00e1nit sv\u00e9 domy, statky se zbran\u00ed v\u00a0ruce, nebo to p\u0159ed\u00e1me novodob\u00fdm komunist\u016fm (liber\u00e1l\u016fm) dobrovoln\u011b. Zn\u00e1me plno lid\u00ed, pro kter\u00e9 plat\u00ed za a.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1me je\u0161t\u011b jeden dotaz. Do \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky dorazilo ofici\u00e1ln\u011b 600\u00a0000 Ukrajinc\u016f. Realita m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt je\u0161t\u011b o stovky tis\u00edc hor\u0161\u00ed. Kde tedy t\u011bchto zhruba 8-10% z\u00a0celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu obyvatel \u010cR bydl\u00ed? Nen\u00ed ten nedostatek byt\u016f zp\u016fsoben pot\u0159ebou ubytovat tyto state\u010dn\u00e9 modro\u017elut\u00e9 bojovn\u00edky proti Rusku sch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed se na demonstrac\u00edch pod svou z\u00e1stavou daleko od Ukrajiny? Nejsou ceny napnut\u00e9 i kv\u016fli tomu, \u017ee jim bylo p\u0159ednostn\u011b p\u0159id\u011bleno mnoho st\u00e1tn\u00edch byt\u016f? Nebo proto\u017ee za p\u0159ivezen\u00e9 a z\u00a0korupce vznikl\u00e9 \u010di zdefraudovan\u00e9 pen\u00edze, \u010dasto na\u0161\u00ed vl\u00e1dou z\u00a0na\u0161ich dan\u00ed z\u00a0velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti v\u011bnovan\u00e9, skupuj\u00ed byty, parcely \u010di domy? P\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b za zla\u0165\u00e1ky sice vyd\u011blan\u00e9, ale \u010dasto na m\u00edstech, z\u00a0nich\u017e byli vytla\u010deni ob\u010dan\u00e9 \u010cR, si pronaj\u00edmaj\u00ed byty a domy v\u00a0klidu i za vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ceny, ne\u017e by si mohl dovolit \u010cech? T\u011bch 600 \u2013 990 tis\u00edc lid\u00ed opravdu nebydl\u00ed ve stanech. Sta\u010d\u00ed se zamyslet. Opravdu jste r\u00e1di, \u017ee tu jsou a v\u00a0tak vysok\u00e9m po\u010dtu?
