Filosofia, 149 stran). Napsal ji \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd sou\u010dasn\u011b \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed autor, v\u011bdec, \u0164iang \u010cching, v\u00a0p\u0159ekladu Milana Kreuzziegera. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9: obecn\u011b se \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b prob\u00edh\u00e1 jak\u00e1si digit\u00e1ln\u00ed diktatura, anebo taky diktatura a cenzura komunistick\u00e1, ale p\u0159i \u010detb\u011b textu pana \u0164ianga \u010dten\u00e1\u0159 s\u00a0\u00fasm\u011bvem nab\u00fdv\u00e1 p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee to v\u0161echno jsou na sou\u010dasnou \u010c\u00ednu nen\u00e1vistn\u00e9 pomluvy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Autor \u0164iang \u010cching se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 nov\u00fdm sociopolitick\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem, kter\u00fd by byl nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pro \u010c\u00ednu, a vych\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159itom z\u00a0Konfucia (Konfucius 551-479 po Kr., v\u00a0t\u00e9 dob\u011b v\u00a0Evrop\u011b kulminovala \u0159eck\u00e1 kultura a filosofie \u2013 pozn. LM). Kn\u00ed\u017eku jsem si se z\u00e1jmem a s\u00a0chut\u00ed p\u0159e\u010detl, a proto\u017ee kn\u00ed\u017eka m\u00e1 co \u0159\u00edci lidem zaj\u00edmaj\u00edc\u00ed se o politiku, ud\u011blal jsem p\u00e1r re\u0161er\u0161\u00ed, s\u00a0nimi\u017e bych ve\u0159ejnost sezn\u00e1mil.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Autor knihy tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee nejlep\u0161\u00edm sociopolitick\u00fdm syst\u00e9mem pro \u010c\u00ednu, a nejen pro ni, je tzv. Cesta lidsk\u00e9 autority. Z\u00e1kladem Cesty lidsk\u00e9 autority je ot\u00e1zka t\u0159\u00ed forem politick\u00e9 legitimity. Legitimita je rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed faktor pro ur\u010den\u00ed toho, zda m\u00e1 vl\u00e1dnouc\u00ed pr\u00e1vo vl\u00e1dnout. Cesta lidsk\u00e9 autority \u2013 tvrd\u00ed autor -, spojuje t\u0159i sf\u00e9ry, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee politick\u00e1 moc se mus\u00ed op\u00edrat o t\u0159i druhy legitimity: legitimitu Nebe, Zem\u011b a \u010clov\u011bka, pokud m\u00e1 b\u00fdt leg\u00e1ln\u00ed a spravedliv\u00e1. Legitimita nebe odkazuje k\u00a0transcendent\u00e1ln\u00ed, posv\u00e1tn\u00e9 legitimit\u011b; legitimita zem\u011b vych\u00e1z\u00ed z\u00a0legitimity odvozen\u00e9 z\u00a0historie a kultury, proto\u017ee kultura se vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v\u00a0historick\u00e9m procesu na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edch m\u00edstech; legitimita \u010dlov\u011bka odkazuje na v\u016fli lidu, proto\u017ee soulad s\u00a0n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo ur\u010duje, jestli se lid\u00e9 pod\u0159\u00edd\u00ed politick\u00fdm autorit\u00e1m. Tyto t\u0159i faktory legitimity dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed zajistit, \u017ee autorita vl\u00e1dnouc\u00edho a poslu\u0161nost lidu jsou nahl\u00ed\u017eeny jako pr\u00e1vo a povinnost.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Dal\u0161\u00ed my\u0161lenky autora: Legitimizac\u00ed cesty rozum\u00edme legitimitu politick\u00e9 moci, zat\u00edmco implementac\u00ed Cesty m\u00e1me na mysli zp\u016fsob, j\u00edm\u017e se politick\u00e1 moc uskute\u010d\u0148uje a vykon\u00e1v\u00e1, jako\u017e i metody a um\u011bn\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvat legitimn\u00ed moc. Legitimizace politick\u00e9 moci je z\u00e1kladem a c\u00edlem ka\u017ed\u00e9ho politick\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu metody, \u0159\u00e1du a um\u011bn\u00ed politiky. Bez toho nem\u00e1 politick\u00e1 realita smysl ani hodnotu.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">V\u00a0r\u00e1mci \u00fastavn\u00edho r\u00e1mce nab\u00edz\u00ed Cesta lidsk\u00e9 autority parlamentn\u00ed syst\u00e9m. Parlament se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze t\u0159\u00ed komor a ka\u017ed\u00e1 z\u00a0nich reprezentuje jeden ze t\u0159\u00ed druh\u016f legitimity: Komora vzd\u011blanc\u016f, tzn. Komora konfuci\u00e1nsk\u00fdch vzd\u011blanc\u016f, kter\u00e1 reprezentuje posv\u00e1tnou legitimitu; Komora lidu, reprezentuje lidovou legitimitu; Komora n\u00e1roda (zem\u011b) zastupuje kulturn\u00ed legitimitu. Takto utvo\u0159en\u00fd Parlament, jako svrchovan\u00fd org\u00e1n st\u00e1tu, se \u2013 podle \u0164ianga \u2013 nejl\u00e9pe uskute\u010d\u0148uje v\u00a0monarchii, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e jako suver\u00e9nn\u00ed monarcha pro sou\u010dasnou \u010c\u00ednu je posledn\u00ed potomek Konfucia.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Kniha, jej\u00ed\u017e n\u00e1zev je na za\u010d\u00e1tku t\u00e9to \u00favahy, m\u00e1 podtitul: Jak starov\u011bk\u00e1 minulost \u010c\u00edny m\u016f\u017ee utv\u00e1\u0159et jej\u00ed budoucnost. Hlavn\u00ed rysy knihy \u2013 i pro n\u00e1s obyvatele \u010cR velice podn\u011btn\u00e9 a inspiruj\u00edc\u00ed \u2013 jsem nazna\u010dil a d\u00e1le nebudu popisovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 podrobn\u00e9 politick\u00e9 finesy a ud\u00e1losti \u2013 odkazuji na \u010dten\u00e1\u0159e, aby si knihu p\u0159e\u010detl.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u010c\u00ednsk\u00fd autor \u0164iang \u010cching ve sv\u00e9 knize srovn\u00e1v\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00e9 sociopolitick\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, krom\u011b toho si v\u0161\u00edm\u00e1 tak\u00e9 z\u00e1padn\u00ed demokracie. Autor uv\u00e1d\u00ed: Kdy\u017e byla demokracie postavena p\u0159ed ot\u00e1zku legitimity, sv\u00e9 teoretick\u00e9 z\u00e1klady nalezla ve spole\u010densk\u00e9 smlouv\u011b, kter\u00e1 zd\u016fvod\u0148uje a pojmenov\u00e1v\u00e1 p\u016fvod st\u00e1tu a z\u00a0n\u011bj odvozenou politickou legitimitu. Legitimita demokracie je produkt \u010dist\u00e9ho rozumu a spekulace, je\u017e trp\u00ed nedostatkem autentick\u00e9ho historick\u00e9ho z\u00e1zem\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Na jin\u00e9m m\u00edst\u011b autor uv\u00e1d\u00ed: Pohled na ot\u00e1zku legitimity z\u00a0perspektivy t\u0159\u00ed element\u016f Nebe, Zem\u011b a \u010clov\u011bka odkr\u00fdv\u00e1 trojrozm\u011brnou legitimitu a d\u011blbu jej\u00edch ustavuj\u00edc\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Sou\u010dasn\u00e9 z\u00e1padn\u00ed pojet\u00ed suverenity lidu je pouze v\u00fdsledkem odm\u00edtnut\u00ed st\u0159edov\u011bk\u00e9 suverenity Boha. V\u00a0k\u0159es\u0165ansk\u00e9m st\u0159edov\u011bku poch\u00e1zela politick\u00e1 autorita od Boha. B\u016fh byl jedine\u010dn\u00fd, absolutn\u00ed, z\u00e1visl\u00fd pouze na sob\u011b, a tedy s\u00a0v\u00fdlu\u010dnou a nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed esenc\u00ed, a tak bylo v\u0161echno odvozeno od Boha. Ve skute\u010dnosti je suverenita lidu pouze sekul\u00e1rn\u00edm ekvivalentem suverenity Boha. V\u00a0sou\u010dasn\u00e9 z\u00e1padn\u00ed kultu\u0159e hraj\u00ed lid\u00e9 roli, kterou hr\u00e1l ve st\u0159edov\u011bku B\u016fh. P\u0159esn\u011b z\u00a0tohoto d\u016fvodu prosazuje demokratick\u00e1 politika jedinou legitimitu p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed lidu a nedok\u00e1\u017ee si p\u0159edstavit jin\u00e9 formy legitimity.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Demokracie m\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u00fd probl\u00e9m: postr\u00e1d\u00e1 mor\u00e1lku. V\u00a0demokratick\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu je autorita a legitimita vl\u00e1dy ur\u010dena v\u016fl\u00ed lidu po ryze form\u00e1ln\u00ed str\u00e1nce. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je v\u011bt\u0161inov\u00fd n\u00e1zor bez ohledu na jeho kvalitu. Kdyby v\u016fle lidu byla v\u00a0rozporu s\u00a0lidskou mor\u00e1lkou (v takov\u00e9m stavu n\u00e1\u0161 n\u00e1rod \u017eije od r. 1918 \u2013 pozn. LM), pak sta\u010d\u00ed, aby v\u011bt\u0161ina voli\u010dstva z\u00edskala z\u00e1konem po\u017eadovan\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed hlas\u016f k\u00a0tomu, aby vl\u00e1da m\u011bla nezbytnou politickou autoritu a legitimitu. Demokracie je z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed s\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed hlas\u016f, nebere se ohled na mor\u00e1lku. Nemor\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u016fle lidu m\u016f\u017ee vytvo\u0159it legitimn\u00ed autoritu a vl\u00e1du. Hlub\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9mem je, \u017ee na \u00farovni legitimizace nen\u00ed v\u016fle lidu omezena posv\u00e1tnou legitimitou ani univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed mor\u00e1lkou. Jej\u00ed historick\u00fd a kulturn\u00ed p\u016fvod m\u00e1 ko\u0159eny v\u00a0odtr\u017een\u00ed c\u00edrkve od st\u00e1tu. Na Z\u00e1pad\u011b zastupuje mor\u00e1lku c\u00edrkev, a proto odluka c\u00edrkve od st\u00e1tu znamen\u00e1, \u017ee c\u00edrkev (mor\u00e1lka) opustila politickou ar\u00e9nu.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">V\u00fdsledkem je, \u017ee v\u00a0politice nepanuje nijak velk\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 mor\u00e1lky ani vysok\u00fdch ide\u00e1l\u016f. Z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed pouze obna\u017een\u00e9 touhy a z\u00e1jmy. U\u017e zde nen\u00ed prostor pro vzne\u0161en\u00e9 nad\u011bje a velkou vit\u00e1lnost. Za t\u011bchto okolnost\u00ed se politika st\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l pokleslej\u0161\u00ed a vyb\u00edz\u00ed k\u00a0uspokojov\u00e1n\u00ed tu\u017eeb; vl\u00e1da se st\u00e1v\u00e1 firmou vedenou politick\u00fdmi l\u00eddry coby \u0159editeli; politick\u00e1 vl\u00e1da se st\u00e1v\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitost\u00ed uzav\u0159en\u00fdch smluv a v\u0161echno lze posuzovat z\u00a0hlediska finan\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1jm\u016f. Pro kdysi vz\u00fdvan\u00e9 ide\u00e1ly ani u\u0161lechtil\u00e9 osobnosti minulosti u\u017e tu nen\u00ed m\u00edsto.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">\u0164iang \u010cching d\u00e1le p\u00ed\u0161e: St\u00e1t je organick\u00fdm, \u017eiv\u00fdm t\u011blesem. Vyv\u00edj\u00ed se v\u00a0historick\u00e9m \u010dase. St\u00e1t je st\u00e1tem minulosti, p\u0159\u00edtomnosti a budoucnosti. Dne\u0161n\u00ed rol\u00ed st\u00e1tu je p\u0159en\u00e9st \u017eivot z minul\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu do budoucnosti. St\u00e1t nen\u00ed v\u00fdsledkem racion\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdb\u011bru nebo v\u016fle lidu. Je v\u00fdsledkem historick\u00e9 kontinuity a d\u011bdictv\u00ed tradice. To organick\u00e1 p\u0159irozenost st\u00e1tu rozhoduje o ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch legitimity. Politick\u00e9 autority musej\u00ed z\u00edskat uzn\u00e1n\u00ed odvozen\u00e9 z\u00a0historie a kultury. Musej\u00ed nav\u00e1zat na kontinuitu p\u0159edchoz\u00edho \u017eivota st\u00e1tu, pouze tehdy mohou z\u00edskat legitimitu.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Pokud je v\u016fle lidu pova\u017eov\u00e1na za jedin\u00fd zdroj legitimity, pak politika nem\u016f\u017ee nikdy usilovat o uskute\u010dn\u011bn\u00ed dobra. Proto nen\u00ed probl\u00e9mem nastolen\u00ed demokracie, ale ot\u00e1zka, jak zm\u011bnit z\u00e1kladn\u00ed principy demokracie a znovu ustavit principy legitimity. Toto je nejz\u00e1kladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed politick\u00fd probl\u00e9m, kter\u00e9mu \u010del\u00ed lidstvo.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">V\u00a0praxi to znamen\u00e1 p\u0159isoudit ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed stupe\u0148 legitimit\u011b odvozen\u00e9 z\u00a0lidu, odebrat j\u00ed status jedin\u00e9ho zdroje legitimity a ustavit nov\u00fd model politiky, v\u00a0n\u011bm\u017e n\u011bkolik druh\u016f legitimity p\u016fsob\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u011b vedle sebe v\u00a0rovnov\u00e1ze.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Tolik \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd autor \u0164iang \u010cching.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">P\u0159i \u010detb\u011b knihy mn\u011b man\u011b napadlo \u2013 jak je mo\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee sou\u010dasn\u00fd \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fd myslitel pro budouc\u00ed sociopolitick\u00e9 uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed sv\u00e9 vlasti m\u016f\u017ee pou\u017e\u00edvat n\u011bco tak star\u00e9ho, \u201eztrouchniv\u011bl\u00e9ho\u201c jako je konfuci\u00e1nsk\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed? Pro\u010d se hrabe na star\u00e9m \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9m smeti\u0161ti, neperspektivn\u00edho filosofick\u00e9ho haraburd\u00ed a vyt\u00e1hne Konfucia? Nepochybn\u011b proto, \u017ee v\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b po dlouh\u00e1 stalet\u00ed ne\u017eili \u017did\u00e9 a zedn\u00e1\u0159i, jako tomu bylo v\u00a0Evrop\u011b. V\u00a0\u010c\u00edn\u011b nebyli \u017eidov\u0161t\u00ed intelektu\u00e1lov\u00e9 a zedn\u00e1\u0159i, nebyl zde nikdo takov\u00fd, a\u017e do \u010das\u016f marxisticko-bol\u0161evick\u00e9 indoktrinace, kdo by \u010d\u00ednskou historii a kulturu prohnal historicko-kritickou anal\u00fdzou a zbavil tak masy \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho lidu jejich tajemn\u00e9 poezie pohansk\u00e9ho n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed; duchovn\u00edm p\u0159edstavitel\u016fm \u010c\u00edny a \u010d\u00ednsk\u00fdm moudr\u00fdm filosof\u016fm se po cel\u00e1 stalet\u00ed nikdo beztrestn\u011b nesm\u00e1l a nepoukazoval na neviditelnost jejich bo\u017estev, tud\u00ed\u017e \u017ee nejsou. To je ten d\u016fvod pro\u010d nad \u010c\u00ednou vych\u00e1z\u00ed konfuci\u00e1nsk\u00e9 u\u010den\u00ed jako slunce na v\u00fdchod\u011b.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Mgr.
