Pou\u017eili inovativn\u00ed metodu pro mapov\u00e1n\u00ed r\u016fstov\u00fdch prstenc\u016f v ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch zubech, co\u017e jim umo\u017enilo ur\u010dit hladiny t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch kov\u016f a z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u017eivin v r\u016fzn\u00fdch st\u00e1di\u00edch v\u00fdvoje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie zjistila, \u017ee ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 zuby d\u011bt\u00ed s autismem obsahovaly vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hladiny toxick\u00e9ho olova a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladiny z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u017eivin ne\u017e zinek a mangan v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s zuby d\u011bt\u00ed bez autismu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Arora vysv\u011btlil, \u017ee autismus je komplexn\u00ed stav ovlivn\u011bn\u00fd genetick\u00fdmi i environment\u00e1ln\u00edmi faktory. Identifikace environment\u00e1ln\u00edch p\u0159isp\u011bvatel\u016f v\u0161ak byla n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e1 kv\u016fli obt\u00ed\u017e\u00edm p\u0159i m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed expozice p\u0159ed diagn\u00f3zou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Inovativn\u00ed metoda pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch zub\u016f pro anal\u00fdzu minul\u00e9 expozice t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm kov\u016fm tak nab\u00edz\u00ed nov\u00e9 okno do ran\u00e9ho \u017eivota d\u00edt\u011bte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci studovali 32 p\u00e1r\u016f dvoj\u010dat, aby kontrolovali genetick\u00e9 vlivy a zam\u011b\u0159ili se na environment\u00e1ln\u00ed faktory. Zjistili, \u017ee kdy\u017e m\u011blo autismus jen jedno dvoj\u010de, byly v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed rozd\u00edly ve vychyt\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed kov\u016f, co\u017e nazna\u010duje potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed environment\u00e1ln\u00ed spou\u0161t\u011b\u010d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Cindy Lawlerov\u00e1, vedouc\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed NIEHS pro genetiku, \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a zdrav\u00ed, zd\u016fraznila v\u00fdznam t\u00e9to studie:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201eMysl\u00edme si, \u017ee autismus za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 velmi brzy, s nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost\u00ed v d\u011bloze, a na\u0161e \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko pro d\u00edt\u011b. S ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdmi zuby se m\u016f\u017eeme skute\u010dn\u011b vr\u00e1tit v \u010dase vid\u011bt, \u010demu byly vystaveny u\u017e maminky.\u201c<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span>Studie zd\u016fraz\u0148uje d\u016fle\u017eitost pochopen\u00ed toho, jak environment\u00e1ln\u00ed faktory, zejm\u00e9na vystaven\u00ed t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm kov\u016fm, mohou ovlivnit rozvoj autismu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>P\u0159edchoz\u00ed v\u00fdzkumy uk\u00e1zaly, \u017ee vystaven\u00ed toxick\u00fdm kov\u016fm, jako je olovo, m\u016f\u017ee po\u0161kodit v\u00fdvoj mozku a nedostatek z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u017eivin tak\u00e9 hraje roli v rozvoji autismu. Metoda pou\u017eit\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch zub\u016f k m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed minul\u00e9 expozice kov\u016fm je slibn\u00e1 i pro jin\u00e1 ochot\u0159en\u00ed, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad porucha pozornosti s hyperaktivitou (ADHD).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>David Balshaw, vedouc\u00ed odd\u011blen\u00ed NIEHS pro expozici, reakci a technologii, vyj\u00e1d\u0159il nad\u0161en\u00ed z potenci\u00e1lu tohoto nov\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>&#8222;Nar\u016fst\u00e1 nad\u0161en\u00ed z potenci\u00e1lu ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fdch zub\u016f jako bohat\u00e9ho z\u00e1znamu o tom, jak je d\u00edt\u011b v ran\u00e9m v\u011bku vystaveno u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fdm, ale i \u0161kodliv\u00fdm faktor\u016fm \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed,&#8220;<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0\u0159ekl.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zat\u00edmco zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jsou slibn\u00e1, v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed pot\u0159ebu replikace studie na v\u011bt\u0161\u00edch vzorc\u00edch d\u011btsk\u00e9 populace, aby se potvrdilo spojen\u00ed mezi absorpc\u00ed kov\u016f a autismem.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Tento inovativn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00e9 zuby otev\u00edr\u00e1 nov\u00e9 cesty pro pochopen\u00ed komplexn\u00ed souhry mezi genetikou a prost\u0159ed\u00edm p\u0159i rozvoji autismu a jin\u00fdch neurologick\u00fdch poruch.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span>Studie mezit\u00edm podtrhuje d\u016fle\u017eitost sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed expozice toxick\u00fdm kov\u016fm b\u011bhem t\u011bhotenstv\u00ed a ran\u00e9ho d\u011btstv\u00ed a zd\u016fraz\u0148uje pot\u0159ebu dal\u0161\u00edho v\u00fdzkumu dlouhodob\u00fdch vliv\u016f vystaven\u00ed se \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed na v\u00fdvoj d\u00edt\u011bte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Je tak\u00e9 velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee rtu\u0165 je dal\u0161\u00ed toxin ze skupiny t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch kov\u016f, kter\u00fd ochromuje centr\u00e1ln\u00ed nervov\u00fd syst\u00e9m \u010dlov\u011bka a m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 zp\u016fsobit autismus.
