V\u011bdci hodnotili p\u0159\u00edznaky v\u00e1\u017en\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Britsk\u00e9 noviny\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/news\/2025\/01\/05\/milk-vegans-depressed-anxious-more-likely-medical-research\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span>The Telegraph<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee kdy\u017e se vezme v \u00favahu v\u011bk, zdrav\u00ed a finan\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem, pak lid\u00e9 konzumuj\u00edc\u00ed polotu\u010dn\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko, maj\u00ed o 12 procent men\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost deprese ao 10 procent men\u0161\u00ed pravd\u011bpodobnost, \u017ee se u nich vyskytne \u00fazkost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Bylo v\u0161ak zji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee pit\u00ed odst\u0159ed\u011bn\u00e9ho (n\u00edzkotu\u010dn\u00e9ho) ml\u00e9ka nep\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 v\u00fdhody, zat\u00edmco pit\u00ed jin\u00fdch druh\u016f ml\u00e9ka, jako jsou s\u00f3jov\u00e9 nebo mandlov\u00e9, je spojeno se 14procentn\u00edm zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm rizikem deprese.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span>\u201eMl\u00e9ko je bohat\u00fdm zdrojem makro a mikro \u017eivin jako lakt\u00f3za, lipidy, b\u00edlkoviny a miner\u00e1ly, kter\u00e9 jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro udr\u017een\u00ed lidsk\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed,\u201c<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0napsali v\u011bdci ze\u00a0<\/span><em><span>Southern Medical University<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0ve sv\u00e9 studii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ml\u00e9ko je bohat\u00fdm zdrojem miner\u00e1lu v\u00e1pn\u00edku, o kter\u00e9m se ji\u017e d\u0159\u00edve v\u011bd\u011blo, \u017ee aktivuje metabolick\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy v t\u011ble zvy\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed produkci serotoninu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Serotonin je l\u00e1tka v mozku zodpov\u011bdn\u00e1 za modulaci n\u00e1lady a du\u0161evn\u00edho zdrav\u00ed. Nejpopul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed druhy antidepresiv funguj\u00ed na principu potla\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed inhibitor\u016f serotoninu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Ml\u00e9ko je bohat\u00e9 i na nasycen\u00e9 tuky, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e polotu\u010dn\u00e9 ml\u00e9ko m\u00e1 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed hladinu t\u011bchto molekul ne\u017e plnotu\u010dn\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>P\u0159esto\u017ee nasycen\u00e9 tuky jsou zdrav\u00e9, jejich p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed ve strav\u011b je spojeno s r\u016fzn\u00fdmi zdravotn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my.
