Tyto fragmenty poch\u00e1zej\u00ed z bun\u011bk nebo proces\u016f pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch k v\u00fdrob\u011b produkt\u016f.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Pokyny Sv\u011btov\u00e9 zdravotnick\u00e9 organizace (WHO) uv\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee jedna d\u00e1vka vakc\u00edny by nem\u011bla obsahovat v\u00edce ne\u017e 10 nanogram\u016f zbytkov\u00e9 DNA. Studie v\u0161ak zjistila, \u017ee hladiny ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch Pfizer p\u0159ekra\u010duj\u00ed tento limit \u0161estkr\u00e1t a\u017e 470kr\u00e1t.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci analyzovali vakc\u00edny z\u00edskan\u00e9 od BEI Resources, dodavatele napojen\u00e9ho na N\u00e1rodn\u00ed institut pro alergie a infek\u010dn\u00ed nemoci. K m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed hladin DNA pou\u017eili metody NanoDrop a Qubit. Ob\u011b metody uk\u00e1zaly kontaminaci nad p\u0159ijatelnou prahovou hodnotou. Zbytkov\u00e1 DNA byla nalezena v \u0161esti lahvi\u010dk\u00e1ch ze dvou r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u0161ar\u017e\u00ed vakc\u00edn.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Zat\u00edmco studie uvedla, \u017ee zdravotn\u00ed rizika, kter\u00e1 p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed fragmenty DNA, jsou\u00a0<\/span><em><span>\u201ev sou\u010dasnosti nezn\u00e1m\u00e1\u201c,<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci varovali, \u017ee by se teoreticky mohly integrovat do lidsk\u00e9 DNA a zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko genov\u00fdch mutac\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 vyj\u00e1d\u0159ili obavy, \u017ee fragmenty mohou obsahovat onkogeny, kter\u00e9 by mohly v\u00e9st k rakovin\u011b. Auto\u0159i doporu\u010dili dal\u0161\u00ed testov\u00e1n\u00ed k posouzen\u00ed potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch rizik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>FDA zat\u00edm zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nekomentovala. Zat\u00edmco zpr\u00e1vy o kontaminaci DNA ve vakc\u00edn\u00e1ch proti Covid-19 koluj\u00ed ji\u017e l\u00e9ta, americk\u00e9 regula\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ady je opakovan\u011b odm\u00edtaly s t\u00edm, \u017ee nep\u0159edstavuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed rizika.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Kevin McKernan, zakladatel Medicinal Genomics, popsal\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/Kevin_McKernan\/status\/1874947175735566778\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>n\u00e1lezy<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0jako\u00a0<\/span><em><span>\u201ebombu\u201c<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0a varoval, \u017ee fragmenty DNA mohou nadm\u011brn\u011b stimulovat imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m a potenci\u00e1ln\u011b\u00a0<\/span><em><span>\u201epodporovat r\u016fst rakoviny\u201c.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><span>&#8222;Opakovan\u00e9 vystaven\u00ed ciz\u00ed DNA prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm booster\u016f Covid-19 m\u016f\u017ee toto riziko v pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u010dasu zes\u00edlit a vytvo\u0159it podm\u00ednky vedouc\u00ed k rozvoji rakoviny,&#8220;<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0\u0159ekl McKernan v rozhovoru s Maryanne Demasi, investigativn\u00ed novin\u00e1\u0159kou z Austr\u00e1lie, kter\u00e1 na studii\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.maryannedemasi.com\/p\/exclusive-fda-lab-uncovers-excess?utm_campaign=post&amp;utm_medium=web\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span>poprv\u00e9<\/span><\/a><span>\u00a0upozornila ve\u0159ejnost.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Nikolaj Petrovskij, profesor imunologie a vedouc\u00ed australsk\u00e9 biotechnologick\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti Vaxine, uvedl, \u017ee n\u00e1lezy jsou\u00a0<\/span><em><span>\u201eku\u0159\u00e1ckou pistol\u00ed\u201c<\/span><\/em><span>\u00a0a vy\u017eaduj\u00ed nal\u00e9havou pozornost regula\u010dn\u00edch org\u00e1n\u016f.
